We were celebrating a wedding. The place is not bad, beautiful locations. The service experience is not very good. The hall is for a maximum of 80 guests! One air conditioner did not work, and the second one could not cope with the whole hall. It was uncomfortable. The administrator is rude. The price increase by 5 rubles per guest (from 75 to 80) was announced a week before the celebration, assuring that we simply forgot this conversation earlier. They did not serve one of the obligatory dishes - fish, assuring us that they discussed it, we just do not remember. Moreover, when this was discussed at the celebration itself, the administrator stated that if they had served fish, the cost would have increased even more... Salads were floating in the gas station for the arrival of the guests. Two of the three salads had the same dressing. The tables were poorly monitored, we had to look for waiters and ask them to report food or remove garbage / bones. The table of the young, according to the young themselves, was not served at all. Personally, I came across a dirty fork with lumps of dry food on it. A rare serving of food, there are only a couple of chicken boards on a large table for 40 people, as a result, not everyone has even seen this dish. The restaurant's signature dish did not look very aesthetically pleasing. The ribs are glazed (according to the guests, they are delicious). .. And in fact they brought it on one tray along with another dish (doubts are already creeping in - two dishes in one, did you save money? ) Mixed up the first letters of the newlyweds' names! At the end of the evening (when the food was already being collected from the tables), the administrator hurried with the words "I will call the police." Tea/coffee, disposable paper cups were. Tip: require a contract, let them prescribe the amount when booking, if there is an opportunity to somehow fix the number and names of dishes, so that there will be no disputes later. Pay at the end of the evening, as agreed. We were asked to pay in the middle of the day.. Before we found out that there would be no one of the obligatory dishes.
