You can rent everything you need for classes, and there is also equipment for warming up. You can come and climb alone with automatic insurance. The first time you go, of course you need an instructor, all instructors know their business, are adequate, polite. Thanks for the atmosphere!

The staff is aggressive and arrogant. First, they called by phone and clarified the details of what they needed to take. The answers were quite monosyllabic. Okay, then we came to the climbing wall, and the reception staff also answered in monosyllables, sometimes even rudely, especially "where did you go, pay first." We picked up our shoes and changed our clothes. Then we started talking to a personal trainer, we were there for the first time, and he openly started hitting on my girlfriend with the promise, literally, "that he would show her a real pleasure room." And he tried in every possible way to play along with her, to flirt. Otherwise, of course, he told me how to climb properly, both to me and to the girl, although thanks for that
The trails and ropes are good, especially the automatic ones. The shoes are torn in places, but not critically
Because of this attitude, I would rather not advise it, and I do not plan to return myself.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff of this institution!!!! On February 25, I called to book and find out the conditions for visiting this entertainment, they told me on the phone that I did not need to book and to visit 1 time, you can take an instructor, but you can do without him.... On the 26th , I came with a group of friends in anticipation of visiting and interesting emotions , after which we learn that we can not dez the instructor ( visit 3 hours ) and you can only spend 1 hour with an intruder and even more expensive . After that, a group of friends left this institution and no longer wants to come again!!!! Thank you very much to the staff and administration for your time and bad mood for the rest of the day!!!!!!!!
