Шикарный спорт комплекс! Отличный каток! Все секции олимпийские и все БЕСПЛАТНЫЕ!!!
Все сделано для детей! Отзывчивые и добрые тренеры. Мы записались на шорт трэк - нам подобрали и выдали бесплатно специальные коньки. Или дети с удовольствием ходят на тренировки. Удобная парковка. Есть диван, где можно посидеть и подождать детей.

By the way, they were not allowed to go to see the rink in shoes, visually at night from the entrance, it is not possible to assess the entire rink and its condition.
After a legitimate demand to make a refund for services not provided with high quality / or not provided, the cashier rudely pointed out the rules according to which there is no refund, which is a gross violation of consumer rights.According to paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer, upon detection of deficiencies in the service provided, has the right to demand a refund of the money paid.
After repeated explanations that the skating rink was not suitable and repeated demands to make a refund, the cashier indicated in the most rude form that the administration did not give permission for a refund. Next, they demanded to give the contacts of the administration, after which, also in a rude form, the cashier and several other young people who were in the trailer, ate sushi and laughed merrily, began to say with ridicule, go to 2gis and look. Once again, the legal right to demand contacts from the administration was not successful, and their comments; "why are you too lazy to go online and look?" ....
From 2gis somehow they gave the phone number of the administration. But no one picked up the phone, after which the cashier opened the window with a sneer and said, of course they don't take our working time is over (the administration is). That is, the cashier is not responsible for anything, the rink is open until 23.00, and the administration's working day is over! And then who is responsible for everything?
Next, the cashier, being in the company of several people who were with her, mockingly told me to return the money from my pocket, so be it for you.
What kind of staff do you have?
They are rude, rude, mocked, and also by a group of people! It felt like we didn't come to the skating rink and to a public place , but to a diner, a booth where they eat sushi and are rude to everyone in the workplace!
