On 25.01.2025, we were on an excursion to Dalat from Dima Tour. I really liked everything!!! Wonderful guide Tatiana, who explained everything in detail, told a lot of interesting things!!! Everything that was promised (elephant riding, ostrich riding, crocodile feeding, tasting of Luwak coffee, various types of tea) was fulfilled in the best possible way!! A lot of pleasant impressions from this trip! And a bunch of beautiful photos "in the piggy bank".My husband and I are thrilled. Even the long journey did not spoil the impression! Thanks to the case of chance, we learned about the Dima Tour excursion company, which was located within walking distance from us (Phan Thiet Mui Ne).

Very loyal prices, unlike those offered by the hotel guide) We previously got acquainted with the excursions on the travel agency's website while in the Russian Federation. I talked to the director personally. Very responsive, always finds time to answer all questions. We also planned boat trips, but the weather at sea and the big waves on the days of arrival in Vietnam did not allow. Getting to know Dima-Tour company in the person of Irina is the beginning of my acquaintance with Vietnam.
I was looking for a company on the Internet that organizes excursions in Vietnam. And I found Dima-Tour contacts. They answered right away! It is important! A lot of companies disappeared from the market during the pandemic. This company is alive and developing. Manager Irina is a kind-hearted person. He will always answer all your questions and tell you. I'm also a travel agent. Therefore, for me, our communication is our cooperation. We took a guided tour of the Recumbent Buddha on Mount Taku.
A short, non-exhausting program was needed.
I liked everything about the organization.
The guide lacked knowledge of the Russian language, but told interesting facts.
We also ordered a transfer from Nha Trang to Mui Ne and from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City.
In the evening before the transfer day, we sent the car information and contact. The cars arrived on time. The transport is good and so are the drivers .

My mom and I decided to go to Vietnam for the first time. I wanted a relaxing holiday in a quiet picturesque place, but we understood that without at least a couple of excursions we would turn sour. Vacationing in Mui Ne (Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa

Since my mother is already aged, and I have a severe degree of topographic cretinism, the main criterion was that we should be picked up from our hotel and brought to the place. An Internet search in the very first lines suggested Dima-Toure. I contacted Irina's manager at watsapp. It was important for me to clarify everything -all the details - they answered all the questions and gave recommendations, taking into account the wishes and characteristics of tourists. The office turned out to be literally a 3-minute walk from our hotel, right across the street. They also answered all the questions and paid for the excursions. (an important point for anxious people like me is that payment takes place in the office, or at your request, already to the guide on the day of the tour, to pay something in advance, someone does not need to transfer)
We chose two excursions.
"Dalat." It's just a delight. For those who are in Vietnam for the first time, it is ideal for dating. We saw mountains, sea, waterfalls and much more.
We were incredibly lucky to have Ivan as our guide. A stunningly interesting and erudite person who knows history and knows how to present it beautifully and interestingly, with interesting facts.
The second tour "Winperl", alas, turned out to be not the best choice for us. But it's all about our tastes. In fact, this is Disneyland, the tour will perfectly fit into a vacation with children or a young active company (well, so that it is not boring to stand in line-because you will have to stand in queues there for a very long time). Me (31 years old) and my mother (64 years old), for us the situation was saved only by the aquarium and the circus (we enjoyed it).
All trips were on comfortable, clean mini-buses (minibuses according to ours), with air conditioning (!!!), stops for breakfast \ lunches and a toilet. Special thanks to the drivers, you can immediately see that they were experienced, very comfortable driving without sudden brakes and bumps (and it's very difficult on the roads there).
The guys have a massage parlor - we went to them several times, I really liked it.
Vietnam is love. It is a very hospitable country with a rich history and picturesque places, and Dima-Toure will help you to make sure of this.

In August 2024, we rested in Phan Thiet (we organized the trip ourselves). We ordered a Dima tour transfer from Ho Chi Minh Airport to the hotel and back. Clean, comfortable cars (jeeps), polite and courteous drivers, reasonable prices, timely delivery of transport. From the hotel, we ordered a Dima tour to Baolok waterfalls and Nha Trang to Vinpearl Park. Kolya's cool guide was on the Baolok: he read the full course of political economy and economic geography on the way. The trip to Nha Trang on the day we initially chose was disrupted due to the sudden refusal of potential travel companions, but the guys on the Dima tour made a fuss and organized a trip on a reserve day, did not leave us without a park. Despite some of the costs of the long journey, we were very satisfied: considering the cost of the entrance ticket to the park and the cost of the tour that we paid for the Dima tour (including the entrance ticket and round trip), the trip was very cheap. Special thanks to manager Irina: she was always in touch, promptly and exhaustively answered requests and promptly resolved any questions that arose. When buying a tour to Vietnam, it turned out that there was no transfer from Ho Chi Minh City airport to the hotel in Mui Ne, friends recommended using Dima Tour services. I contacted Dima-Tour through their website, ordered a transfer, the driver met me in front of the airport, took me to the hotel in a comfortable car with air conditioning, I even managed to sleep on the road after a long flight. On the way back, I also ordered a transfer to Dima Tour, was picked up from the hotel at the appointed time and brought to the airport before check-in.
And, since everything worked out well with the transfer, I ordered 3 excursions to Dima Tour and was very pleased with the organization. A half-day excursion to the reclining Buddha, an easy walk with beautiful views, an excursion to the Mekong River was remembered for a boat trip through the jungle. And the tour to Dalat is very eventful, we visited many colorful places, left a lot of impressions.
Well, after visiting the Dima Tour office, which is located on the central beach of Mui Ne, I found out that they have massage and SPA treatments, as Dima said, the best massage and did not cheat. I got to a professional massage therapist, I used to attend a therapeutic back massage, so there is something to compare it with. When you are in Mui Ne, be sure to go for a Vietnamese massage in a Dima Tour, especially cool after tanning, since they use oil, which is great for the skin.
Summing up, I am glad that my stay in Vietnam was accompanied by Dima Tour services, only positive emotions remained, I recommend it to everyone.

Adequate prices (lower than other agencies), excellent service, experienced drivers, our favorite guide is Anatoly (excellent Russian for a Vietnamese, told in detail and interestingly, took care that everyone was comfortable). All arrangements for excursions (time, content of the tour) were respected. We were satisfied. We came with a friend to rest in Vietnam with a distant dream "what if we get to see Angkor Wat". The first person we asked about this, of course, was the hotel guide, who tried in every possible way to dissuade us from this idea, that relations between the countries are not very friendly and may not be allowed at the border, and drive for 18 hours, and the cost is very high, etc. So we went to the room to look for other options and thus found a Dima tour. We wrote to WhatsApp, immediately received two pictures in response with a description of the program and the cost, and booked plane tickets on the same day. In addition, we agreed that we need a transfer from the hotel to the airport and back. We have issued an electronic visa. Everything is very friendly, fast and without problems. We went with Dimatur on 3 excursions: Da Lat, Vinh and a 2-day trip to Saigon, Mekong, Ku Chi Tunnels. After the last one, Dima arranged for us to spend another night in Saigon and take a taxi to the airport. I liked this big trip the most, I really liked it, we are satisfied, and the official tour operator has charged such a price that there are no options. We consider this the coolest trip on the tour. The hotel was chosen for us in the very center of Saigon, everything is within walking distance.
We also note the excellent guides: Ivan and Vasily, who perfectly told us the history of Vietnam.

In December, we took 2 excursions: a 2-day Ho Chi Minh City with surrounding places and a 1-day trip to Dalat.

2. Ho Chi Minh City: as such, there was no excursion, as we are used to, where everything is told in detail (about the buildings (architect, year of construction, etc.). About the American invaders is quite superficial. And so it is in everything. A lot of trips to purchase something. Among the advantages, the Guide Anatoly who spoke Russian with dignity. The hotel that was checked in for the night is not bad. There is everything you need. Breakfast is just fierce. We stopped at the Mekong: buy honey. Buy some candy. Buy some fruit. Etc.
3. Dalat. There was another guide, Kolya. Here they told a little more about the history of the country. Of the cons. Arriving at the sightseeing points, we were just given time to look around. And no more. When we were brought to the temple, I, as a person who does not understand Buddhism, was forced to use the Internet and search for what and where it means. Etc. He was not aware of the working hours of the waterfalls and we had to change the route.
4. The dates of the excursions have changed. And it turned out that I lived in this Ford for three days. Because I was just confronted with the fact that it happened like this.
In fact, for the most part it's just a transfer from Mui Ne to the cities and shops with easy information that every tourist reads when traveling.

We also ordered a transfer from Mui Ne to Nha Trang, all without problems. Responds in what app quickly, always in touch, communication in Russian. We changed their dollars at a good exchange rate and also bought us air tickets from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City, since we did not have an international card. We visited Mui Ne in February 2018, booked 2 excursions and a transfer to the airport. Dima Tour made my vacation comfortable and memorable. Hello. I fully support Dmitry R.'s review of November 5, I rode with him on the same bus. I'll tell you how it was, I bought an excursion at the Dima tour agency on Baolok, at 5 a.m. I was picked up by a brand-new Ford Transit minibus with a good comfortable interior and went happy on the tour. While we were leaving the residential area, everything was fine, but as soon as we left for a country road, our driver immediately turned into a demon and began to drive like on a track, things flew all over the cabin, the child and the woman felt sick to vomiting, we flew into pits so I thought the rear axle would be in the cabin, the passage The mountain serpentine reminded me of the movie "Tokyo Drift". We repeatedly asked the guide to explain to the driver that we are tourists, and they are coconuts and that he drove the car more carefully and smoothly, but the driver I can't call him anything else did not react at all to our and his requests, he just didn't care. At the first stop, everyone who was in the cabin had a desire to throw this * udak out and send him on foot to Mui ne, and leave by themselves. Initially, I planned to take two excursions, but this driver discouraged all desire. Upon returning to the hotel, (thank God they returned unharmed) everything was told to the manager. Manager Elena apologized as much as she could for the inconvenience and sympathized as much as she could with our grief-trip, not a single apology was received from the agency's management, but it was possible to give a small sightseeing tour with a Normal driver for our nerves. And so everyone liked the tour. The guide, old Anatoly, is very good, polite and responsible, always looked after every tourist and waited for everyone until he was photographed, forever remembered how he addressed us, "My brothers, sisters and daughter")) In general, I recommend Dima tour, but ask which car will come for you from their fleet, then you can go, if from a third party, it is better to postpone the tour to another day and return with a healthy nervous system, and not with a twitching eye.
Dima tour is a two for you, if you have taken up work in the field of travel services, be kind enough to do this job completely and 100%, and not how.

We rested in Mui ne this summer, went to Dalat. They said it was a long drive and that it was fine there... But not a word about the fact that the road is serpentine and in pits, endless.... We spent 10 hours on the tour... Check out at 5 a.m. Of the total time in Dalat, we spent 2.5 hours, the rest on the road.. Dalat has been pouring torrential rain all these hours, it's cold. We got wet, we didn't see much, the guide seemed to have already tired of telling everyone the same thing ... As a result, a terrible mood, headaches, snot, a lost day of rest. I don't advise anyone.
