A wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean, there are no questions about the service, everything that I asked for was quickly delivered to the room. The aesthetic side is a separate story. The hotel is nice, I liked the overall architecture, the pool area is beautiful, the views are amazing. There is an opportunity to entertain yourself with a game of small tennis or beach volleyball. The breakfasts are delicious, the format of cooking eggs can be chosen, the rest is a buffet, cheeses, cold cuts, salads, milk, vegetables, pastries (I really liked pancakes with cottage cheese), I frankly overeated. Lunches and dinners at the hotel restaurant, I also liked everything. You can also have lunch in the pool area, there is a separate menu.

As delicious as it was here 3 years ago, it's not that delicious this time. Simple soups are not at all tasty (I do not recommend any). Disgustingly sweet pumpkin soup- as if sugar had been accidentally poured into it, plus something was added there (either semolina or butter, which does not taste very good), it is impossible to eat. How can you ruin mashed potatoes is also a question. Don't take an avocado and trout salad for anything, avocado and trout are delicious, but spicy carrots in kimchi sauce interrupt the whole taste. I advise them to replace this item on the menu with a full-fledged salad with lettuce leaves and trout + avocado. Only bread is delicious. I heard the dessert being praised at the next table. This is the most unpalatable place in Armenia in 4 years. It's a pity that I didn't listen to the latest reviews.

The hotel is fantastic, and I did not think that such a thing could happen in Armenia.) We organized a music festival in this place - we rented the entire hotel for a few days for ~ 150 people. The platform allows you to turn around and at the same time it is very convenient. The reviews where they write that there is nothing to do are a mystery to me. The hotel is practically on the territory of the Dilijan Nature Reserve, 5-10 minutes walk along the streets of the city and you are on an observation deck overlooking the entire valley and the city in a pine forest, there are also trekking trails in the reserve with red and white markings, do not get lost, put the app on your phone with trekking hiking routes. A walk for every taste, you can also walk to Lake Parz through protected areas. The hotel itself has common areas to read, sit by the fireplace, and play board games. People, do you want Turkish animation? Dilijan is not about that! this is a relaxing holiday, walking and contemplation of the most beautiful places. The hotel has decent cuisine, responsive staff. A large swimming pool is being built, they promise to launch it this summer. One of the best hotels in Armenia. A cool hotel, but very expensive. There is a good transfer service. Nearby (30 min by car) beautiful monasteries and a deer farm. We lived in a room in the tower on the top floor — the room is amazing. The breakfast is very varied; additionally (free of charge) you can order scrambled eggs and Armenian coffee. The hotel has a stunning restaurant and a small well-kept garden with a waterfall.

Probably one of the best hotels we've visited! Impeccable rooms, comfortable beds, the feeling of a large space in a small room. There is a lot of light - you can turn it on and off as convenient. However, the air conditioner was not working - perhaps it will be fixed. Delicious, but not very cheap cuisine. But it's worth it: the waiters are always ready to help, very tasty food, a large selection. There are outdoor and indoor tables. Excellent bottled water at breakfast and in the rooms! And everywhere there is simply amazing architecture of the hotel! Not very convenient transport accessibility to the city, but Yandex.Taxis are inexpensive. All the issues that arose were resolved instantly. We definitely recommend it! Accept the WORLD cards.
