My husband and I were on our romantic getaway to Dilijan and stayed at Dili Town. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views.

Hello recently, we visited Dilijan , Dili town.. we had a amazing experience a lovely stuff very helpful. The place falls very relaxing, peaceful full of amenities. We loved it and we are going to come back 🙏🙏 God bless Armenia 🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲

We went to the SPA.
And this is the worst SPA I've been to, it was cold, the water in all the pools except the children's paddling pool is cold, no one swims outside, because how to swim in subzero weather in cold water. Only the sauna is warmed up normally, and this is not a sauna, it is the sauna that has a lower temperature than in the sauna, and a room with super hot water. That's it. There's nowhere else to keep warm. The room itself is also cool. We were on a day off, there are not enough deck chairs for everyone. All we did was stand in our dressing gowns and watch the child splashing around in the paddling pool, and there were so many adults and children there every now and then that there was nowhere to fall.
Women's locker room: if you and your child are ready to suffer, there are lockers and three chairs, I have not seen this even in ordinary scoop pools. Even if they threw a shop for decency for 13 thousand for one, I'm not talking about changing tables.

Nice spa, neat rooms, excellent breakfasts, the staff is very polite and helpful. Solid four stars. Of the minuses, the room cleaning checklist does not work periodically, you have to additionally ask for "cleaning up" + the hotel is located among private houses and built-up areas, there is no normal road to the center, but this is the problem of the whole Dilijan and almost all hotels in the city in such a situation. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel complex and the service are excellent. The rooms are cozy, clean, the restaurant is spacious, the spa center and the pool are super, the food is delicious, the staff is responsive. There is no unique panorama, only the roofs of their own houses, nowhere to walk, the forest is quite far away. You can go for a day.

I really liked the hotel. Everywhere is clean and beautiful, well-groomed territory. For children there is a room with vending machines and a play area.
An excellent spa with different rooms: a room with hot stones, with cold water, separately with hot water, with essential oils, a salt room, a sauna and a tea room. There is one outdoor pool. There is a children's pool with very warm water, a Jacuzzi and a large swimming pool. All pools are heated.
The breakfast table was set for us, the food was very tasty. We also ordered snacks at the restaurant, we also liked everything.
Fresh renovation, beautiful views. We took a room with a balcony. Very spacious.
I wish there were blankets that can be taken at the reception. It's cool in the evening, it would be comfortable to see outside in open areas. If there is already such a thing, then we have not provided for it :)
In general, the staff is responsive, they will always help and answer all questions. I recommend it!

If you take it with a swimming pool and a SPA area, then this is a very, very, very cool hotel. If you don't use these services, but you're in a car, then this is a good hotel. If you don't use them and you're not in a car, then the hotel is good, but it's a long way. :-) something like that

Lovely hotel. The houses are well equipped, everything is clean and new. All the necessary things are there. The views are beautiful. I also really liked the spa, the pool has a cool coating. Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam, other rooms work without complaints, everything is clean and very pleasant to relax there. The warm outdoor pool was also very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast is a buffet, they cook very tasty. There is not a single claim, just a request - to add a shoe spoon to the houses.

In general, it is not bad, although it is an overprice (like almost everything in Armenia). A beautiful spacious room, ours was on the ground floor, and we had a small courtyard. A large bed with a good mattress. Clear. Large portions in the restaurant, prices are like in Yerevan.
