The place is super! Nice clean room that has everything you need. And if something is missing, you can ask. Very well maintained area, lots of flowering trees. I especially liked the hammock with a view of the mountains) If desired, you can order breakfast (we didn't take it, I can't rate it). But the most important treasure of this place is the people - both the owner and all his assistants are just golden people! We especially appreciated this in comparison with our neighbors, where our friends were vacationing at the same time. There were always some incomprehensible quibbles and assaults against them. And when half of the city's lights went out from a thunderstorm, their owner didn't even remember about them. Everything was quiet, peaceful, as polite and friendly as possible. And when the lights went out, they immediately called so that we wouldn't worry and brought candles. And in the morning, at our request, they were allowed to have breakfast with friends in a gazebo on the territory, moreover, they set the table for this. Such an attitude is a complete delight!!! You really feel that you have fallen into caring hands and your vacation will be great.

Overall: a good hotel where you can comfortably stay while you are in Dilijan. Based on the experience of traveling in Armenia, I can say that the price-quality ratio is good. + friendly staff, + we met at the right time, we were allowed to stay until 14:30 upon departure, + beautiful territory, hammock, gazebos, barbecue places, good views of Dilijan and the mountains, + silence at night, you can get a good night's sleep, + there are shops nearby, good cafes, the Agsteva embankment and the center are also within walking distance, + the room had a dining table, refrigerator, kettle, chairs, wardrobe, dishes ready to bring if asked, + there is an inexpensive breakfast (but I did not use it, as I got up very early both days that I lived here) + the most comfortable beds, - audibility, - it's cool in the rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor (January), - ants were found in the room on the 1st floor , - you need to walk a little to the center, but the walk is a pleasure, the places are beautiful.
