Once again, I am convinced that you cannot believe the promised promotions and discounts. Just empty words to attract customers.
We've booked a table for a big birthday party. We specifically clarified in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, we were promised a 15% discount on the entire bill. They took their passport with them as a confirmation. At the end of the event, the administration refused to even look at the passport, citing the fact that the account had already been closed and demanded to pay the full amount. Why vote on shares if they are not actually valid?? I am completely disappointed with the establishment.
