In general, we decided to go to this place, although we initially said that this was a vento store, but we brought it here. There are no customers in the store, they met immediately from the car, took them to the store, their doors open everywhere through a code, in general, you can't run out yourself. We immediately saw the price tags from $ 3,000 - $3,500. They say something:that's dead, no one forces you to buy, in general, you measure, and somehow it all relaxes, they pour tea. In general, we decided to buy two jackets, like we bargained, they gave us a big discount. We didn't even look at the things ourselves. For $ 450, one jacket, and this is 36200 rubles and 350, $ and 28,000 rubles a second jacket. We arrived at the hotel, began to consider, for our winter jackets are very thin, the declared llama wool, there is not a single label that it is made of llama. Plus, after searching the Internet, I found the same jacket, instead of 36,000 thousand it cost 17 thousand, and on the Turkish website. And the second one is clearly not 28 thousand, but 10 thousand, maybe less. We didn't sleep all night, we thought how we were so deceived, they allegedly made another huge discount. There was a store 60 km from our hotel, we went to those sellers who were on the territory of the hotel. In general, honestly, my nerves can't stand it, after all, the amount turned out to be decent. We started talking to them in raised tones, immediately found a car and took them to the store. The same thing started in the store, no one was in a hurry to return the money, allegedly the store director was waiting for them, so the money could not be given, we waited an hour... We still have a small child, it was not very convenient to be in the store. Some man came up, started to give you everything, like we have a store, not a market. In general, we realized that no one was going to give us the money, we started asking other sellers when they would give us the money, some other man came out, said - do you want to go back to the hotel? I'll call a car now. In general, they no longer had the patience to wait for their money, they started talking to them in raised tones. Everyone came running, before that no one else came up. Like that's how you behave, go to your country and behave like that. I don't cheat people in my country. As a result, after shouting, they took these two jackets, threw us money and escorted us out. They didn't give me the car back, so go ahead yourself. We didn't have the Internet or a SIM card, we don't go to Turkey often either, even with a child.. Their employee was asked where the car was, he said he did not know. And he was offended that we demanded our money in raised tones, that if it wasn't for the child, he would have spoken differently to me. In general, we got there ourselves. They were introduced at the hotel and said that we had run away from the store ourselves, like we had abandoned everything. I called them scammers. To which Vugar, their representative, started yelling at me all over the hotel, I thought he would really hit me, though I was very scared. In the store, I also thought that they were kicking me there with the whole store, they mostly have men working there. Even another man in the hotel, hearing him yell at me, stood up for me, so the representative of this company, Vugar, told this man who does not know him -let's go out and talk. scared my child, in general, I've been crying all day, now I'm afraid to leave the room and walk past this leather and fur store. What do you call such people who do this to tourists? I also started saying that this is how you behave in your country. They would behave honestly with tourists in their own country. In general, I will not buy anything else in Turkey, this is terrible, I was deceived, they do not want to return the money later, and I am also wrong, in their opinion, I still have to fight for my money, I do not need the goods, I did not wear jackets and the money should have been given without problems.

This is Turkey and haggling here is a tradition. Those who do not like / do not want / have problems about this - just do not go to such stores. Yes, there really is a ritual, it is difficult to get away from them, they will be given until the last. But it's your money :) No one will take it away.
You need to be guided in prices and goods at least a little to understand what you are buying and at what price. It's better not to look at the price tag at all.
We bought three things, although we were just going to see. Philipp Plein leather jacket for her husband, the price is 20-30 percent cheaper than in Russia. I have an alpaca coat, it is very beautiful and I gave a price for it that I am ready to pay. And then they also bought a down jacket, they have a new direction, a practical beautiful jacket with beautiful fur, according to the season. It would cost the same in Russia, but you can't find it here, that's for sure. I offered $400 for it, they gave me $500. Although the price tag says $ 2500. But initially I know how much these can cost.
They brought everything to us at the hotel, we also tried it on there.

The result of negotiations and haggling - I bought two jackets "for the winter" of the Moscow region for $ 950 on a credit card: one is good up to minus 10, the second just went crazy - the glue came off on the redhead! Shame on Turkey and their products, they fucked up so much, forgive me for being blunt, that I will return these products. The purple jacket got soaked from the snow; and the beige product just peeled off the external decorative parts, it's just p...c!!! The quality is just shit!!! How prestige is being lost in these stores!!!!

We were given a personal manager who told us how good we were, that we definitely needed to make the maximum discount, called the director, he said that buy at this price, we paid and left. In the room, I tried it on again, looked at the quality carefully, it was terrible. The sheepskin coat was in a film, which will break in our frosts, the skin is thin. I decided to return it to the store, so they arranged a circus with horses there, which cannot be returned, etc. as a result, the goods were taken away, and they promised to refund the money. All this time of rest, they fed us with conversations that the money had been sent and would come soon. On the day of departure, they asked for a document from the bank that the transfer had been made, so a man from the store with a sheepskin coat arrived and said that they could not return the money, only give it now or send it by mail. I didn't take the goods. I'm waiting for the money. I wrote to the owner of the hotel that there is a shop with scammers on its territory. The owner said he would sort out the situation. As a result, they have to return the money to us through Western Union and at the same time we have to pay all the costs for sending the money ourselves. The DIazz store is scammers, deceivers. Don't go there. You will be shaken out of your last money and will be persuaded to give up your gold, borrow, etc.

Our prices are several times lower than the one they sold for, and you can choose decent jackets. Horror. I decided to return it the next day. And... horror... I have never seen such rudeness. Just other people and attitudes. Threats, hubris, refusal to refund money. They only said an exchange. They said they had their own laws and didn't care about anything. I went to look at everything again, in an attempt to find at least something to exchange. But the mood was spoiled. She started asking for money again. As a result, an accountant appeared-the brother of the owner's wife, who does not understand anything in Russian, does not meet halfway. Somehow they agreed on a refund, but 18%, it is not clear where they came from, they kept from the cost of the goods. As a result, time is lost, the mood is spoiled and losses are incurred. No more going to the Turks in the store of expensive things!!! Friends, be vigilant!
