The hotel is great! From the category "the price fully corresponds to the quality".
For 1 week of "all inclusive", the price we paid for two people was completely satisfied with us! The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are great! Sea fish and shrimp every day. 2 huge swimming pools. Private beach by the sea with a bar. We had a two-storey room! Huge, clean, beautiful. At the hotel, tickets to 2 historical museums, 1 hammam and 1 concert are presented at the entrance. We went to all the places, we really liked it everywhere. The city is a tourist city, in the evenings you can safely walk along the embankment and in the Medina itself (a kind of city center where the hotel is located).
Of the cons: I agree with the previous comments about a poorly working toilet flush. And I will add from myself: cigarette butts, wrappers, caps on the beach. The sea is clear! But the beach is poorly cleaned, i.e. small debris is not cleaned at all. But, as a seasoned traveler, I will say that these are the features of the Arab service. Well, that's their idea of cleanliness, they think it's clean.
From the bottom of my heart, I put a five! The hotel deserves all its 4 stars.
Everything is fine, but a mouse was scratching in the room and no one wanted to do anything about it, for this I take off the stars. Otherwise, I liked everything - the kitchen is excellent, there are a lot of staff. The beach is not far from the hotel - 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself is beautifully located and very authentic, atmospheric.
I liked the hotel as a whole. We had a stunningly large (140m2) and comfortable room. And he compensates for everything. The sea is within walking distance. The hotel is huge and has a lot of entertainment (amusement park, museum of religions, bazaar, cute animation, etc.)
About the cons. The service is slightly limping. There are not enough towels, keys, and you need to press the button two or three times in the toilet. Something is falling off. The reception area is a bit gloomy. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor.
But overall we liked it.
The photo of the rooms differs significantly from reality. In fact, everything is much less well-groomed and clean. Although Tunisia generally has a peculiar idea of cleanliness. The dishes in the room are frankly dirty, the appliances are rusted, but the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, everything you need is there. Good surroundings - the hotel is located inside its own amusement park and traditional market, the Medina, there is a private beach with sun beds.
The hotel is super! It's like being in an oriental fairy tale. Friendly staff. Once a day, you could visit the nearby aqua park or amusement park, the children were delighted. Delicious food for every taste, especially melons.
A chic large room, very good cleaning (without tips),2 swimming pools, one quiet, one with animation and children's pools. Food-there is a choice, but it does not change often and there are long queues to the chefs for a grill, omelette, pancakes. The beach was cleaned after the official opening of the season, the sea seemed to be cleaned by order too, before the start of the season (before 10.06) there was an awful lot of algae, both on the sand and in the water, and a lot of dirt (((
Excellent hotel, excellent food, only one was a minus, the hotel had two pools, but the second one was not allowed to swim, and one was not enough, since they are not very large, and there are many guests(
A very cool hotel. I advise everyone. I'll go again. The hotel is on the second line, but it takes about five minutes to walk to the sea. The animators are great guys
Music in the yard , prevents you from sleeping . On the other side of the window, there are either fights or some kind of festivities.
Clean, thanks to the maids .
But it is necessary to do maintenance repairs !!!
Food is plentiful, for every taste
We are at the Diar Lemdina Hotel (Tunis, Yasmine Hammamet) for the second time.
After a 3-year break, we decided to restore our very positive impressions from our previous stay at this hotel.
Since everything starts with a Reseption, then let's start with this. We arrived at the hotel at 7.00 a.m. in the morning (on Saturday), there were no empty seats. We were politely sent to have breakfast, then to the sea, and after 14 o'clock. we were asked to stay one night in a free Suite. In the morning, they moved into a small but cozy room by the 1st pool. However, we were not very lucky, there were noisy neighbors and we did not sleep well for 2 nights. We turned to the Reception, where we were treated with understanding and moved to a very nice, quiet room by the 2nd pool.
I really want to mention and thank the manager of Nour
(Nuri), because it was with her that we had to communicate, because there are no more Russian speakers in the hotel. She is friendly, smiling and attentive. The rest of the staff (Basses, Chef and others) are also very polite and hospitable, but the difficulty of communicating in different languages makes it impossible to single out any of them.
If we talk about other hotel services, such as waiters, cooks, bartenders, maids, animators, then they all left the most positive impressions. The waiters are polite and attentive (I especially want to thank Ben Ahmed HAFEDH and Houmori Hovmga), the food is delicious and varied. The rooms are clean, the linen is changed every day, swans, hearts and other floral arrangements are especially impressive, which greatly enhance the mood.
Everything together makes our vacation not forget.
Our opinion is that this hotel may well qualify for 5*.
Of course, this time, just like last time, we will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.
Prussakovs, St. Petersburg (Russia), September 2019
The hotel is very interesting, occupies a large area, it feels like you live on the Medina itself... but there is something in it, the room is not bad, there is even a small kitchen, but there is no balcony...the cuisine is varied and spicy, lots of berries and fruits, and the dessert table is generally amazing, even if you don't like sweets, you can't resist...It's worth coming once, and then decide for yourself, we liked it, a calm and measured rest in May-June, despite the rain in the first days, the room is cleaned daily, I recommend tips... It is better to leave the territory carefully or not at all, it is not interesting there (village and mud) there are few Russian speakers, the language is French and English, it is desirable to know, the animation is weak, but there is... in short, self-made, WiFi throughout the territory and for free, 2 Russian information channels, there is an indoor pool, in bad weather, heated, 3 open, furniture tired EVEN in the lobby, the hotel is 2 lines from the beach, there is its own BEACH, with tea and beer, pizza or hamburger. Mostly parents with young children or the elderly...free bar in the lobby.
We had a rest in September October 2018, I really liked it, the room was excellent 2-room, although at night it was noisy, music was playing in the club until 4 am, but they didn't bother much for the whole day you get tired and sleep like a dead man. The hotel is a very unusual city in the city for the whole vacation, we did not want to waste his time, we did not want to walk to the beach 300 meters 5 minutes, the beach was clean, there were enough sunbeds. The food is excellent, I am not picky, there are no queues in the restaurant, there is just enough of everything, the staff is helpful, there are no complaints. In the evening there is a place to walk, the evening program is so-so, we did not swim in the pool all the time at sea. The cleaning was timely and tips were left . There are guards everywhere.
A top-class hotel, I advise couples with children to visit, the rest will be unforgettable. All entertainment is included, the food is excellent, seafood down to the shark ate👍
The food was the same every day, the room was large with a kitchen, the cleaning was good. They write that there is a swimming pool with sea water , yes , it is there , but they are not allowed there , they close and, as we understood , a cafe for locals . In the evening, everything is cleaned and animation is carried out on the territory of the pool, but they are not allowed to use the pool. But the hotel in Princeps is not bad.
Nice hotel, got a family room. Cleaning is daily, the food is excellent. The animation is super. I advise everyone.

They give themselves 4 stars, but by the standards of Europe and Russia no more than 3 *. The rooms have old serviceable furniture, somewhere something is broken or broken, but not critically (and this is a room with an extra charge upon arrival), repairs are sloppily done and cleaning is bad. The reception staff is quite decent, but in some places they just don't care. They feed well, they understand Russian. A lot of Arabs (logically).
