Very friendly staff! They are always smiling and ready to help. The hotel building is beautiful. Interesting architectural solution, lots of light. The room is big enough. They settled on the 4th floor, with a view of the avenue and the fortress (as requested in the application). Location on the main street, 20 minutes walk to the beach. Meals are served three times a day, at a certain time (8-10, 12.30-14, 19-20.30). The bar (local beer, red and white wine) is open until 23 hours. Until the same time, you can take tea, coffee and juices (from the vending machine). The food is simple. The choice is small. Hot dishes are served in portions. The dishes are repeated. There was fish once a week, semi-finished chicken, stewed chicken, and some meat on the remaining days. There are few fruits. Everything was delicious for us! The bed linen and towels are not new. Plumbing at an average level is generally not bad. Sometimes there was no hot water. The hotel staff came and tried to help when contacting us. We decided that we need to turn on the water for 10 minutes, wait for it to run.  Guests from different countries live in the hotel. There were many Russians, some of them drinking, singing and dancing by the pool to the Gentle May and similar compositions) Wi-fi is available only on the 1st floor. Overall, the impressions from the hotel are positive.  Considering the low cost and the listed advantages, I recommend it. For the rest, I suggest you be prepared and not get upset)

A decent hotel for three stars. I was pleased with the service regarding the funds spent. It was in November 2024. I liked the food: the assortment is small, but everything is delicious, there is not much meat and sweets, vegetables in the assortment, fresh fruits according to the season, there is beer and wine, coffee, tea. Location: the center of the center. It takes 10-15 minutes to the sea to the best city beach Cleopatra. The same distance to all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are cleaned daily. Clear. The hotel has a swimming pool. I arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock. I was offered to go for breakfast. They settled in at 10 instead of the official 14 o'clock. The staff is friendly.

If we visit Alanya again, we will definitely visit this hotel. The staff are great, cool guys, they speak Russian partially, the food seemed delicious to us, the choice is sufficient for three stars. The best Cleopatra beach is a 15-minute walk away, there is everything you need around the hotel: cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, money changers. Everything is cool, especially the friendly staff. The rooms are clean and tidy.
