I really like the hotel. The service, food and the road to the sea are the best of the nearby hotels. This is the second time I come and enjoy my vacation.

We had a rest with our daughter from May 26 to June 9.
Check-in
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, there were no problems with check-in, we settled in quickly with the wishes of "welcome to complain" the staff practically does not speak Russian.

The room is spacious and very cozy, there are many mirrors of different sizes. A large bathroom, everything worked properly. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, our maid, a sweet smiling woman named Nesrin.She is very tactful and careful .
Restaurant
The restaurant is large and divided into sectors that are served by waiters. Our table was served by a waiter named Faisal. When he saw us, he was already carrying tea and juice for us to the child, it was very pleasant. There is a lot of food and a variety, and most importantly, the food is delicious. During our stay, we were fed beef, lamb, chicken, fish, turkey, duck, stuffed quails, lots of vegetables and fruits and a huge selection of desserts, oriental sweets.
Territory
The territory is relatively small, but very well maintained, flowers and ornamental plants are pronounced. But most of all we liked the path to the sea, we just enjoyed walking, rose bushes, laurel and palm trees are planted along the path, when watering is turned on, the turtles come to drink. The Manavgat River flows behind the hotel on the other side. Chickens, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, pheasant live on the river bank. Ships sail along the river, and there is also a ship parking within walking distance. The beach is clean, there are many shelters under canopies and there is also a wide sandy strip to the sea, the sea is clean and warm.
Animation
The animation was on top, during our stay there were shows every day and never repeated, there were foam parties with DJs. But most of all, my daughter liked the kids' club and the mini disco, she ran with pleasure, thanks to the wonderful Kubra girls and our beloved Fairy Fairy Olenka. Thank you very much for everything.
Thank you very much for the rest, we really enjoyed it and this is the hotel that I want to return to. Of course, there are some shortcomings, but they did not interfere with our rest.

I have never written bad reviews about hotels, this is the first one. We stayed at the hotel with a friend from 03/31/09/2023. We came to celebrate our birthday and really regretted choosing this hotel. On the first day of checking into the hotel, there was a good impression of the scale of the hotel, the food in the restaurant. But..... every day the hotel disappointed us more and more, as did the entire staff of the hotel. The hotel is 90% German. Turks have now begun to persistently learn German. They don't try to speak Russian, which they tried to teach before. All preference is given to Germans, this is evident in relation to the kind of disregard for Russians in bars and restaurants. When choosing a hotel, they wrote to the hotel's website about the upcoming birthday (round date), the hotel highlighted the date of birth in the voucher. When we arrived at the hotel, we were reminded at the reception once again about the upcoming event, we were offered to buy a cake for 10 euros and celebrate D.R. There were no congratulations from the hotel at all. There is no animation in the hotel from the word at all. There is no music anywhere, silence everywhere. The stated SPA at the hotel is generally terrible. Two Finnish saunas, one of which does not work, the Turkish sauna has a pronounced sewer smell and such a noise when steam is applied, as if you are on the runway. In the pool at the spa, you generally stand like on a tram. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, there are not enough seats. There is no air conditioning in the room, they do not give shower gels, shampoo, explaining that the hotel does not have money. The waiters in the bars are very tired, you stand as if on the porch, you ask to pour some kind of drink and they will pour it from the fifth request. The location of the hotel is not very good, you need to take a bus to Side and Manavgat. There are no shops near the hotel. All shopping is only in the shopping center at the hotel, where prices are 2 times higher than in the side and Manavgat bazaars. There is nowhere to leave the hotel for a walk, you walk along the road. The animators were distinguished only by their red costumes, because this set them apart from the vacationers, if there were no costumes, no one would have realized that these were animators. The receiving side of Pegasus generally works disgustingly. Ruslan, the guide, comes to the hotel. He was not taught to communicate with people at all. I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For 135,000 rubles. For two, for 9 nights, I think it would be possible to find more decent options. There is no air conditioning in the room.

Two adults and a child had a rest from October 12-20.
1. The reception staff is good-natured and poorly-speaking in Russian.
2. In 8 days, the room was cleaned 2 times, after each time there were swans of towels, but the floor was covered in sand. We cleaned and changed the towels once and then when we went to complain 4 days later.
The water in all pools is ice!
3. The food is just terrible, every day is a test of what to feed the child (they constantly fed bread) and themselves, not to spoil someone.
Children's menu = the fact that in the main dining area (No yogurt, no juices, no porridge, nothing!!!).
We did not see shrimp for 8 days, 1 duck, and so it's the same every day:
- non-edible French fries, and other deep-fried foods, rice, pasta, chopped vegetables, veal (this is the maximum that is edible) every other time, spicy, not edible
- of the sweets (there are a lot of them), there are only two types that are to your taste (there may be a taste of course)
- from drinking water in disposable sealed glasses (this is +), lapped jupi, powdered coffee, beer more or less (the only non-charged alcohol) - watermelons and melons are not yesterday's or not green every other time, only apples and grapes are good.
The food is a sore spot, we came home and ate after such a rest.
4. On the second day, I caught poisoning (I lost one day), fortunately, I came to my senses a day later (I had medicines with me well). In bars by the pool and on the beach, they do a "favor" by pouring dilute cocktails into dirty glasses with an important face! after the second such cocktail, he began to force them to pour into disposable glasses, then he simply did not want to go (the attitude towards freeloaders, despite the fact that cocktails were taken a maximum of once a day for the first three days, and poisoning is not clear from what, I suspect the bar).
5. There is no entertainment for children, the maximum is 15 minutes of dancing in the evening every day to the same tune (1 Russian and 4 German songs).
6. The feeling that the Germans are more oriented towards the Russians, and the Russians are so much so, both in terms of attitude and in terms of language knowledge.
It's a problem to leave by elevator, there are a lot of people, queues in the canteen and in general a pilgrimage, especially for dinner.
They smoke like the last time, and no one cares about the children, the signs are not to smoke, especially the Germans, but ours are picking up.
Of the advantages:
+the hotel itself is nice, beautiful, modern
+ the room itself is not bad and comfortable despite the terrible noise insulation (learned German in 8 days) and terrible cleaning.
+ not bad slides with a bad mode of operation.
+ proximity to the sea and passage to it through the coniferous forest (we met a small calibre and a turtle).
+the presence of a children's pool and a children's room (but there is not much to do in it).
+fresh cola, fanta and water are brought to the refrigerator in the room every day.
result:
I do not recommend this hotel, there is something to compare it with, it pulls a maximum of 4 stars with 3 star meals, well, not like 5 ultra!!!!!!!!!!!

We were at sea with teenagers in October 2021 at the Diamond Premium Hotel & SPA 5*. I really liked it. I will write in more detail, because when I decided which hotel to choose, not all the info was:
1. Hotel. The hotel itself is great, the designer did his best. The staff is polite. Our room overlooked the pool. The room is good.The bar was replenished every day, There is a kettle in the room, we did not use it.There is a hairdryer in the room. In hotels, an iron is paid (ironing service). We had coffee on the balcony that overlooks the river, very close, along which beautiful sightseeing ships sail. There is only a bike path on this side of the hotel. Geese graze))))
Cons: cleaning for three, even tips did not help. And the music plays late, but to be honest, it didn't bother us, because we were so tired during the day that we fell asleep to the music.
2. Nutrition.There are no words, they were fed for slaughter, Every day fish, different meats, vegetables, herbs, several varieties of olives, pastries, sweets , fruits... there were even porridges in the morning, besides several varieties of cheese, yoghurts, breakfast cereals, dried fruits.The cakes were made on the beach.. everything is yum yum))). And what a strong, delicious coffee....It's something. By the way, you can not go to the hotel for lunch, but eat on the beach, everything is also delicious and very clean.
3. The sea. Wonderful, transparent, affectionate. The bottom is sand, 2-3 steps and starts deep. Sun beds under the tender, between the sun beds and the sea, 50 meters of warm sand is a pleasure to walk.. A clean beach. You can play volleyball, there is a swing. On the beach they offer 2.5 euros cocktail, we took it with pomegranate, very tasty and make a discount if you take 2 or more.Beach towels are provided and can be changed every day.. And I wanted to say about the road to the sea, it goes through a beautiful park, pine with beautiful lanterns and benches. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk through the park. There is a small road between the park and the hotel, the hotel has its own tunnel through it. A walk to the sea is a pleasure
4.SPA. I went for a massage, succumbed to the charm of Irma, who walks along the beach and offers these services. I went for lymphatic drainage to Thais, I really liked it.. Thais gave me a lot of advice on body care and nutrition... The women, both (Thais, Irma) look great, I want to take an example. Thank you very much, Thais, I try to support myself after your massage. Thanks also to Rufat (I hope I remembered the name correctly) - I showed them what they have in the SPA, what is paid for, what is free, I made discounts and chose a convenient time, I went to the SPA a lot.
5. Excursions. We went to Side for an excursion and Manavgat for shopping (in Side, the bus says SIDE, it brings you to the bus stop, you can also return to the hotel from there, the names of the hotels are written on the buses, buses run often).(Bus No. 2 goes to Manavgat and bus No. 10 goes back ) .
Anatoly walks along the beach and offers excursions. We bought a 5-seat mix tour for $35 and didn't regret it. The guide is Tatiana, a very beautiful woman and a professional in her field.Take it, you won't regret it.

I was here in 2017 and 2020 - as if in different hotels. In 2017 I wanted to return, in 2020 I returned and realized: This was my last visit.
I came in 2017 and liked everything very much: the hotel was really new, everything was shiny and shining, the contingent was Russians, Belarusians and Germans.
In 2020, I chose this hotel again. Events have evolved from the worst to the best. I'm telling you in more detail.
We arrived on the first flight after the opening of flights via Istanbul. Already at the entrance, we were struck by a crowd of noisy Turks, it felt like we had arrived at a Turkish hostel. No, I have nothing against the Turks, some were adequate and came with their families - which causes only respect. But the chattering, staggering men who turn on Turkish songs on their mobile phones and shout them are clearly not what you expect to see in a fairly expensive hotel. By that time, we were already tired, we approach, we check in. A non-smoking room is indicated in the application, which was additionally reminded to the administrator. As a result, we were given a room, we went up - it was so smoky, as if some hookah bar had just moved out. That is, not a couple of cigarettes, but very much. But there was no strength and desire to butt heads anymore, after the flight I just wanted to open the balcony and go to bed. There was no water in the room either, they asked the staff to bring it, but the Turk left and did not come back. It turned out that it was distributed only in the morning and exposed during meals, missed - it was our own fault (and we arrived at 23 o'clock and it was nowhere to be found).
In the morning, the smell of cigarettes mostly disappeared, we looked out the window and saw that instead of the River Side we got the Sea View - for which thanks to the hoteliers. After leaving the room, we felt like we were in a Turkish hostel again - there were shouting, hooting Turks everywhere. The pool was occupied by them, neither Russians, Belarusians, nor Germans were there. After a quick breakfast, we decided to go to the sea, and then the first good news awaited us: the Turks did not come here, and not only we were on the sea beach, but also all Russians, Belarusians, and Germans. And the Turks were hooting at the hotel. Later we find out that we arrived extremely unsuccessfully - in the midst of the Turkish Eid al-Adha holiday, but it should all end in a day. And so it happened - the next day, the Turkish delegations moved out and the hotel resumed its former life. There weren't many people, there was always a place in the pool, in the dining room, and at the sea. It's time to take a closer look and put together your second, new impression of this hotel.
We're all not getting any younger, and neither is the hotel. There is no escape from wear and tear, it manifests itself in everything: what shone with novelty in 2017 is now tarnished, tables and chairs are burnt in places, sofas and armchairs (new 3 years ago) - with dust and dents. The stickers come off, the finish begins to go in small cracks. Previously shiny plumbing turns yellow. Recently, new refrigerators are covered with plaque. The paint on the street verandas is peeling off. In general, time takes its toll: the contrast is especially enhanced when I was here quite recently and it all just shone with novelty.
The cuisine has not been particularly updated over the years, there is no obvious excitement: the dishes are the same, about three varieties. Look at the apparent abundance of sweets, most of them taste exactly the same and tasteless. Juices are solid sugar, it's better to take tea, water, or eventually Cola. The sausages are of poor quality, dyed. The cheese is ordinary.
Towels according to coupons were given out strictly in the morning and taken strictly in the evening, and they continue to do so. You can't forget to take it in the evening. The safe was paid for, and remained. Wi-Fi is normal, the air conditioner also cools well.
Animation - 3 years ago, there were scenes in the amphitheater every day, now - once a week, the rest of the days dancing on the water (music plays around the pool and that's it).
The way to the sea is decent: it belongs here, takes 5 minutes and is really preserved as before. The beach itself is also very nice.
Final opinion: having discarded the Eid al-Adha that overshadowed the first 2 days and the smoky room, I can conclude that I came here in recent years, when the hotel is in such a borderline state. Then all this will start to fall apart without major updates. The cuisine does not stand out in variety. Cleaning is purely formal. Pestering merchants living in the hotel, a woman walks around and offers to take them to the market with fur coats. Of course, the road to the beach and the beach itself are very good, but I want everything to be good for this money. Will I come again? No. Definitely not. It was perfect in 2017. In 2020, it's good. I do not want to try the "satisfactory", which will inevitably be in the very next few years.

The pool is cool, the sun beds should be occupied from 7 a.m.)) the sea is warm, the beach is well maintained, there are a lot of children screaming and crying everywhere all the time.. Well, they're small, there's nothing you can do. I must say right away that I am not writing on emotions. The food is really bad, the people are dark, the elevators are breaking down. One elevator for 2000 people is tin.... At night, continuing about football fans... whistling and singing with their drunken sips, Ukrainians, Russian Turks are most often drunk (I'll say right away I love all people and the nation is not important) and they interfere with sleep, they think there are no people besides them anymore... for example, children or pensioners don't sleep, they don't give a shit about everyone!! I apologize that it is written this way, it is not visible that I am writing... The phone is a little buggy.

Good day to everyone. We were at the hotel from 06/26/26/2021 with my husband and grandson for 7 years. I read different reviews before the trip, they are really different. My opinion: they met us well, placed us in a normal room with a view of the river, although they bought it with a view of the sea, this is at our request. The sun is shining in the morning, the roosters are singing and the view of the river is beautiful. The joys of nightlife have not been heard. The food is wonderful. The first 2 days were not convenient, food was given out and sometimes you can't see what you're taking. Then everything is as before, you apply it yourself. The food is very diverse, I will not list it, but you will find everything you want and of high quality. There are a lot of people, but we didn't react to it. The sun beds on the beach were occupied at 7 a.m., you will always find free places at sea. I liked everything very much. The only downside is cleaning. Leaves much to be desired. But all the disadvantages. Overall a very good hotel. There is entertainment for children, a slide and a large swimming pool. There was enough room for everyone. Food and drinks throughout the day. There is a children's disco, entertainment on the beach. We will be happy to come again! Thanks to the staff of the hotel!

This is my first time in Turkey, as strange as it may sound. The hotel was recommended to us, and I didn't really delve into it. Maybe my expectations were too high, so I'm not very happy. The first is very noisy! Like a big anthill. The audibility is strong, sometimes you can distinguish what is being said in the next room. It's getting in the way! Food: there seems to be a lot of everything, but to really like it - only baklava. It would be better to have a smaller assortment, but higher quality. Everything is bland, dry, monotonous... there are a lot of cold dishes, but few hot ones. Why is there no normal Coffee? There is not a single decent Coffee machine with a barista in the entire hotel! There are vending machines from which it is impossible to drink! Cocktails are too primitive, there is a conveyor belt, there is no time for inventions! The rooms are clean every other time: in the first one, where we were settled, my white socks turned black in an instant. I asked for relocation, it was clean there. Among the advantages: spacious rooms with modern interiors, friendly staff, beautiful view of the hotel. The sea and the pine grove are also clean- well, this is already a plus for nature)
Summing up, I can say that it's not worth the money. I can't give you more than 4 stars, to be precise, 3.8

The most luxurious hotel, I really liked everything, cleanliness, rooms, courtesy of the staff, a very large number of locations in the hotel itself, the work of the animators, dj ozzy, the night before my departure gave me a clear stomp!!! The hotel is just terrible! I have been to many hotels, including in Turkey, I have never seen such horror as in this hotel. The food is not worse, there is no choice at all, side dish and meat, that's the whole dinner, breakfast is one omelet, there is no fruit, the attitude of the staff is terrible, they do not respond to requests. The floor in the room has never been washed in 8 days. The food is monotonous, the pastries and confectionery are not at all impressed. The coffee is not delicious.
About the advantages - it is very spacious in the hotel itself, large halls, many places where you can sit and relax, both indoors and outdoors. There is a large swimming pool on the territory, 3 minutes walk to the sea through the park. The location is excellent - on the one hand the sea coast, on the other the Manavgat River. There is a bike path around the hotel grounds. There is a bicycle rental service at the hotel.

It is 5 minutes to the sea through a small grove. There are many sun beds on the beach. Your own bar. There is a grill on the beach from 12 to 16. There is a discounted taxi service from the hotel. There are also bike paths, bicycles and scooters can be rented. The price of the souter is 10 euros per hour. There are shops on the ground floor.

We chose several days, sat for days and nights to get the perfect accommodation for our money. We read reviews on all kinds of websites, and hotels were searched all along the coast of Turkey.
Preference has gone in favor of Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa based on intuition, price, reviews. We did not lose, although there are a couple of disadvantages.
As soon as we arrived (evening), we were immediately taken to a restaurant so that we could have dinner before closing time. Even the staff was held back. And soon we weren't the only ones like that. The first glance means a lot - here 5 points out of 5!
The area is stunning, green, and cozy. A large swimming pool that is diligently cleaned every day.
Everything you can imagine. We were looking for just such a thing!
There is a contingent of foreigners, but there are also a lot of locals. Decide for yourself - for whom it is ideal, and for whom it is boring)) We were comfortable.
We took a two-room room with two bathrooms. More precisely, we ordered a regular family room-1, paid 80€ on the spot and, voila! Cheaper than on the website and in tours.
I can't help but note the cleanliness of the room, which is a rarity in these resorts.
The hotel itself is fresh and well maintained. The entertainment program is extensive, the animators try very hard, while not straining the vacationers.
The food is delicious, every day is different, queues were not noticed.
The staff is helpful, pleasant, and friendly. Eliminates all conflicts peacefully, we have seen different situations ourselves. They will always prompt and guide you. I liked it. There are no complaints. By the way, this is what left the best idea of the hotel, as amazing, sane people were selected.
English is preferred, but you can clarify in Russian.
I can also thank the lifeguards on the beach, not every hotel has them, who are mega-responsible for their work. And the receptionists at the reception. 👍🏽
Of the cons/recommendations:
Wi-Fi was important to us, and I caught it well only in the lobby and in restaurants. In a room where the importance exceeds, I loaded slowly.
Safe deposit. It's paid! Although the voucher says that the use is free. It's a mess.
The elevator, which does not have air conditioning, is small, it takes a sooo long time to get up and down!
Dinner until 21:00. Actually, it's early for a resort hotel. I want to stay on the beach, watch the sunset, and so, you are always in a hurry to eat, knowing that already at 20:50 the chefs begin to collect food. There are no snack bars and light snacks anywhere else.
And it's stuffy in the whole hotel...

We had a tour purchased. However, we liked it so much, just imagine that we did not board our flight and extended our vacation by ourselves for another 8 nights! And they even celebrated a birthday. 4 times a day we were congratulated at the hotel: setting the tables, presenting a cake, and also receiving many, many congratulations from the staff)) ❤
To sum up,
the hotel is decent. I advise everyone to have a wonderful vacation and a busy trip! And we already want to get back as soon as possible 😞

The hotel is new, beautiful, delicious food, cocktails. I liked the evening program, the beach, the area around the beach (pine grove), going to the sea. The standard room is small. The room has never been cleaned in 8 days! They left tips under the bed, they were not even noticed. Only a change of towels and replenishment of the mini-bar. We had a good rest, but the room service could have been better.

I am surprised that people write about the best hotel! This hotel is a premium type, it's terrible. The food is normal, the drinks are chemical, there is no ice cream at all. The towels are old and worn. Rooms are cleaned all day and yours may not be reached. Without waiting for the maid three times, we went ourselves and took towels and paper (we rest in the top five after all)
, My daughter said that she had never seen a worse hotel. When we stopped at the hotel, it was cool, there were only sheets on the beds, we asked for blankets in the room, as a result - three evenings of trips to the reception and conversations with the manager, who has "good" reasons for refusing us about blankets - there are not enough of them in the hotel, enter our position (who would enter ours?! ) The room is ordinary, but the furniture is damaged in places, in our room there are stains on the bedside headrest - very unpleasant. They spread their hands at the reception, they did not meet me in the plan to change the room. They said that the rooms are reserved (???) Looking at the public who are resting, I conclude that if they had come in hijabs, the conditions would have been better for us. And we were also asked the question: "How much did we pay for the rest? And what do we want for this money?" And if we had paid three times more, I wonder what would have changed, maybe the animation would have worked ..... In short, we will not come to this hotel anymore and we do not advise others!

It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to drive from the airport, it's beautiful, cozy, the food and cleaning are good,your beach, I lower my rating because of the sound insulation, it just doesn't exist, it feels like vacationers are in your room behind the wall, you can hear everything!

The hotel is gorgeous. Good rooms, food, swimming pool and water park. Wi-Fi is everywhere and free of charge. Actually, I'm writing this sitting in the hotel bar :) You need to walk 400 m to the sea, but the beach itself is quite free. The neighboring hotels are packed, but we always have free sun beds and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea with small pebbles is not very convenient, although the beach itself and the bottom of the sea are sand. Where the stones come from is not clear. Of course, there is nothing to look at the sea, just to swim.
