Hello everyone. We are currently vacationing at this hotel in (July 2024). As they say, a "hot" review, let's tell you what hurt. When choosing a hotel, I was bribed by the territory, beautiful photos, a large swimming pool, my own beach. Upon arrival, we were also impressed with the territory, the opportunity to walk, liked the bungalow and that we got it near the restaurant. But then there were difficulties that we want to tell you about.
Among the advantages: large territory, separate bungalows, quiet. Everything is here for a relaxing holiday, there is no music anywhere. Koreans come on weekends and it gets noisier. There are many bungalows throughout the territory, usually with 4 separate entrances. There is also a separate building, consisting of 4 floors, there are apparently rooms with balconies. They drive electric cars from the reception. Our bungalow: the room is small, but there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. Every day, they change towels, top up shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Room cleaning, also every day. Friendly staff. The room has a kettle, glasses, tea, coffee, hairdryer (normal power, and portable). There are few outlets, they took an extension cord, it came in handy.
Of the cons: only breakfast, and for lunch and dinner you will have to go to a restaurant, which is quite expensive compared to the city, 4 times. Approximately: dinner for two 980,000 dong, a dish of rice and vegetables with meat 2 servings, 2 salad, 2 freshly squeezed juices and a small plate of fruits. In the city, you can eat for two for 600,000 dong. We went to a restaurant with an entrance of 295,000 dong and a buffet. As of July 2024, the dollar exchange rate was 25,000 dong, provided that you have a dollar bill of a new sample. The old sample is 24,000. Do not change at the airport, there is even less.
The food is varied in the hotel restaurant, for every taste. And even if they had taken full board, it would not have saved them from the lack of variety in food (since there is a buffet for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, what they bring, you have no choice). We have already learned this here ourselves. Seafood is only in the city, there are plenty of them on the menu here, which is not available in the city. For example, for breakfast, seafood (fish pieces) in noodles, crab sticks. Meat or mushrooms from protein foods. Mainly rice, noodles, vegetables, herbs, pastries, yogurt, cereals, spices and sauces, some Korean national food, as well as eggs, fruits.
There is a language barrier. Of course, you can explain yourself on your fingers, but as stated, there is no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, English from the staff leaves much to be desired. I had to resort to the phone and translate my speech into Vietnamese.
There are no cafes or shops near the hotel. Water in the room every day, 2 bottles of 0.5. There is tea at the reception, but you will not take bottled water anywhere else if you drink 2 bottles from the room. There is nowhere to eat except the local restaurant, the restaurant closes at 22.00.
It takes 23 minutes to get to the city, usually 120,000 VND by taxi (plus or minus a couple thousand VND, depending on the end point).
Another disadvantage is the beach at the hotel. The bottom is terrible, clay and small stones, debris in the water and on the beach. The sun beds are uncomfortable. And from 10.00 the tide is out, it's terribly not convenient to swim, as it gets shallow, the water is dirty from the bottom. You need to walk far from the shore to at least reach the waist. But the bottom is disgusting slippery clay. Having bought in a light swimsuit (or cotton clothing that protects from the sun), the clothes are not washed. The smell is terrible. There are no washing machines, even for money. They washed it themselves, with soap that they brought with them. There is a hotel nearby, an electric car departs from it, which takes you to a distant beach, it costs 80,000 dong. You need to buy a ticket there separately. The sand and sea are cleaner on this beach, the sun beds are more comfortable (with mattresses), there is a shower and toilet. There is also no cafe, do not buy water.
There is a large swimming pool on site. It consists of 3 sections, 1.2 m each (two at the edges) and 1.8 in the center. In fact, not 1.8, but about 1.5, for those who like to swim and dive, it will not work (the bottom is about 1 m along the edges, where it is shallow and then a sharp descent to the middle of the pool). When walking along the bottom of the pool, you need to look down so as not to stumble. And if you want to swim, then approaching the edge, you need to look at the bottom so as not to hurt your feet on the ledge of the bottom. It is probably aimed at children or those who are at odds with water. But you can cool off. Towels can not be taken from the house to the sun beds, here they can be taken at the pool under the recording of their room, and in the evening they can be handed over.
When traveling to Dolat, for example, on an excursion, it rained all day. We used raincoats. It is better to take your raincoats on a trip, so as not to buy things with sleeves here, since it is cool in the mountains.
In general, a solid three, far from 5 stars, as stated. After the construction of the hotel, there was no restoration in it, as they say, they squeeze out of the hotel to the last, without investments. To sum up, we will not come here a second time.
This is an incredible place)
Private beach in the lagoon, very beautiful hotel grounds, spa and rooms, staff, restaurant - everything is super. Of course it's not cheap. Nha Trang is a 15-minute drive away.
If I go to Vietnam again, only here. This place is worth the money.
The hotel is interesting for its rooms, a fairly large swimming pool, and, of course, a sandy beach, where the sea is always quiet, without surf and big waves. In addition, the hotel has a large green area with palm trees shading from the sun. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I liked the availability of a free shuttle service to Nha Trang several times a day.
The hotel is for people who want to take a break from the noise, a very beautiful territory, advice, when checking in, give a present, sweets,Vietnamese are very fond of sweets, room cleaning happens all the time, the rooms are very cozy, the hotel in fact has one beach on it it is best to take pictures and swim on a boat, the second beach is far away, there are always enough sunbeds We took them only tomorrow, they are very cool, if you want to sit in a restaurant in the evening, expensive, very expensive restaurant, had lunch and dinner in Nha Trang. I will say one thing, only positive impressions remained from the hotel
A very bad hotel, I do not recommend it, the hotel is completely abandoned after covid restrictions ... we checked in at 15.00, at 18.00 we were already in another hotel ... it is completely abandoned, the beach is dirty, restaurants are closed, there is no animation, just tin
The hotel is not bad, the staff is very polite and friendly. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. There are no animators in the hotel, it is not noisy at all. There are a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, chipmunks run around. The rooms are decent. The bungalow has a very large bathroom, which has both a separate shower and a bathroom. The food is hearty and delicious (buffet). We only had breakfast included. We went to the on-site restaurants for lunch and dinner. A free bus from the hotel takes you to the shopping center in Nha Trang, 2 times a day. I took 1 star for the lack of a normal beach at the hotel (there is a beach, but the sea is very shallow there, it won't even be knee-deep). They take you to a normal beach from the hotel, but it is paid (60,000 dong per day per person), plus money is also charged for travel. There is a swimming pool on site and everyone swims there.
Overall a beautiful, quiet place for those who want to be alone with each other.
Large, beautiful, a paradise for the eyes, well-groomed territory. Very clean. We took full board, we never regretted it. They cook very tasty, the variety of food is huge. There are no insects, everything is sprayed, no one has ever bitten during the rest) the staff is super polite, the spa was very pleasant, everything is so beautiful and the smells are delicious) The hotel is not a party, more for those who want privacy, sometimes walking through the territory there is a feeling that there is no one else there, 5 (like) restaurants on the territory. There are no clubs or dances. There are no animators (thank God) But there is a bar in the pool)) the music is mostly calm) the same story on the beach, the beach is big, there are few people, there is plenty of space for photos, so that no bodies get in the way) if you want to hang out, then you can safely get to the city from the hotel, in 20 minutes somewhere. Of the cons... to be honest, it was not for us, except that the prices of alcohol and drinking water 0.5 per day give out a bottle, and then for money)) 2 friends of 28 and 30 years old went there)

A great place, if you take a separate house, then feel the maximum immersion in the rainforest. It is far from the city (but buses go there), so it is very quiet, wonderful views of the sea and VERY BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS, which made an incredible impression on me!
I liked this hotel the first time, so my family and I visited it twice, a huge territory, so many flowers, palm trees, flowering trees are beautiful, the beach is clean, there is a swimming pool, buffets 750 rubles per person every day, a varied menu is very tasty and you do not need to go to the city. But it used to be like this, I would like this hotel to open after quarantine, it deserves the status of 4 stars.
A very good hotel with a huge green area and several restaurants, located 20 km from the noisy and bustling Nha Trang, since the prices in local cafes and restaurants are, to put it mildly, overstated (4 times) it is best to take breakfast and dinner, if desired, you can replace dinner with lunch, your hotel beach is not popular becausefor the constant ebb. There is a free shuttle service to the city 4 times from the hotel, as well as tuk tuks electric buses to the beach of the neighboring diamond bay condotel resort, 800m away, it takes about 7 minutes, the entrance to the beach is 60,000 dong per person...
Excellent hotel, polite, responsible and friendly staff. The rooms are cleaned every day. There are 2 beaches on the territory, one shallow, the second just a fire)))))
In the evening it is very pleasant to return from noisy Nha Trang to the peace and quiet of diamond Bay) I advise everyone, a hotel for a relaxing holiday. We were bored in the evening and took a free bus to the city.
This is not the first time in Vietnam. Everything is changing, sometimes not for the better. We had a rest with children, 02 to 02/13/2020.(Breakfast).The impression is twofold. Of the advantages: A large territory. The absence of the Chinese (thanks to the coronavirus) The staff, by the way, is not happy about this. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The piece of beach opposite the reception, closer to the parking lot, is deep-water, even at low tide. The rest is really a swamp. One room has a view of the garden, the other on the road. So you can hear the road. The pool is nice. Clean, quiet, calm. That's all, perhaps. There are more disadvantages. The plane is at 6 a.m., check-in at 14. Give $ 50 for earlier check-in. The same can be said with departure. The plane is at 22, the room must be vacated and handed over by 12. Transfer to the airport at 17, for an extension of another $ 50. The tour operator provides the hotel with guest lists in advance, and then the extortion begins from the hotel side.... the response of the staff: many were cut, s/p was cut. therefore: Room cleaning is superficial.Leave, don't leave a tip until you poke and show - they won't clean up. In the evening, pizza was ordered at the restaurant. Frozen preheated in the microwave. But the bill is like for fresh pastries. The bus to the city runs 2 times a day, but the time is extremely inconvenient. The first departure is at 14.00, when the city, markets, etc. freeze from the heat. In the morning, only by taxi. In Nha Trang itself, the sea is dirty. It smells like sewage. No one has a question: where does the smell come from? and where do the city and the thaws drain all the shit? After 5 days, at the initiative of the hotel, they moved to the villa. Villa: the shower is leaking, the taps in the bathroom are not screwed on, like the bathtub itself, the water does not leave, there is a layer of blue-green mold on the shelves in the closet. It is better not to touch the canopy over the bed. Dust is everywhere, especially under the bed and on the tops. About the mini bar. Everything is marked. It is not visually visible. You can't drink and replace it. Be vigilant. We paid all the bills during the eviction, but they forgot to give us our passports. We caught ourselves on the bus on the way to the airport. We hoped that a representative of the travel agency would pick them up, but he was only interested in us for the rest period. (Excursions, shops, etc.) Then everything is in a rough form. Your problems. No one will turn the bus around. (4.5 hours before departure).Take a taxi yourself or pay the driver. They paid. But there are no apologies at the hotel.
Summary: territory 5, breakfast/buffet 5, swimming pool 5, free bus 3, room cleaning 3, staff 3, beach 3, restaurant 2, does not correspond to five stars. It's up to you to choose.
We had a GREAT rest! Excellent cuisine, friendly and attentive and friendly staff, well-groomed territory, well-equipped beach, large outdoor pool, gym, spa. It is well suited for a relaxing beach holiday.
A great 5* vacation in September 2018! Colorful territory, courteous staff, white sandy beach! I recommend everyone to take half board, because you will find a gorgeous buffet for dinner with tiger shrimps, oysters, various fish, poultry and divine desserts! The breakfasts are always the same, but the dinner is really a restaurant. The rooms in the buildings are not inferior to bungalows for us, they are perfectly located. There is no animation in the hotel, but you can always go to Nha Trang and return from there to the relax hotel with even more pleasure. The only thing is that clouds often descend from the mountains, rains are possible at any time. The spa is really expensive, and tennis needs to be negotiated. I recommend it to everyone!
The hotel itself is gorgeous. The problem is with the sea, it is very shallow. I had to go to the far beach, which was left from an abandoned hotel. Moreover, they also charge money for admission) Well, on the other hand, there is a gorgeous place, and walking 20 minutes almost through the jungle is also a normal kind of entertainment)

We were at the hotel in May 2016 and in May 2018, we lived in a bungallo overlooking the garden, the hotel deteriorated.... We will not go any more. Positive: the hotel's territory is still green, there is an employee who speaks Russian, the pool is not bad.
Cons (compared to 2016):
1. The hotel has its own beach, very shallow, suitable only for kids (you can go into the water for half an hour and go knee-deep in it, plus for families with very young children), the water is almost stagnant, without waves and other things, villas with sea views frankly, I do not recommend it, it is better to have a view of the garden.
2. There is a distant beach to which it takes 15 minutes to walk in the heat, previously it was free and the hotel staff drove groups of people to it for free, now they offer taxis + the beach itself has become paid (approximately 1.5-2 $ per person), the beach itself is quite good, the sea is warm, fruits and others were sold near the beach bathing accessories. There is a cafe on the beach where you can buy cocktails and food, everything closes around 17:00.
3. distance from Nha Trang, previously a free bus went to the city every hour, which brought to the NhaTrang center, at the last visit to the hotel, the schedule dropped to 3 per day + check-in at the local spa became mandatory..
4. Silence... After the bustling Nha Trang, this place seemed like a breath of fresh air... Now groups from China came on weekends and held noisy team-building meetings..
5. Bungallo was a little tired. Upon arrival, a needle was found on the bed, which by pure chance did not stick into the causal place, the hotel compensated for this case with an apology....
6. The number of restaurants on site also decreased.
In general, everything is not bad, problems arise with the mini-bar in the room. If you put at least one item out of the ram table, then you will be credited with it. the entire mini-bar can be credited at once. This is about one and a half million dong. and it's very difficult to prove that you didn't take anything from there. We rested for a week. From the first to the Seventh day, we fought to prove that we didn't take anything from the mini-bar. It was a nightmare!!!!!
At the reception, the receptionist was very rude and not friendly. Thanks to the administrator Nina but for helping me navigate the area. we went to the nearby beach, it didn't bother anyone. The food is great. It's too bad that there is no evening animation, neither for adults nor for children. The transfer to the city is well organized.
It's a good hotel, but it doesn't look like a 5* hotel. It was built in 2008 for a beauty contest, a lot of things have become outdated in 10 years. A couple of weeks ago, a typhoon passed, all the bungalows and the first floor of the buildings were damaged, the nearby beach was out of order ..., a couple of restaurants and a gym with a children's room. There are + and - in this. There are few people in the hotels now, the near beach has begun to be restored, a minibus takes you to the far one and there is almost no one there, the whole huge beach is for you. The pool was washed and started, while they have such problems, they give discounts and arrange promotions for spa and food.
Don't take a tour here!! It looks like the hotel is going to close. We are resting in it now. The hotel is in austerity mode. The beach is 1 km away. Until today, tuk-tuks went back and forth every 30 minutes. From May 1, there will be a tuk-tuk on the beach at 6:30, despite the fact that breakfast starts at the same time! And back at 17:30, when it starts to get dark on the beach. That is, either breakfast and then you walk in the sun for 20 minutes on foot, or skip breakfast and sausage on the beach hungry until the evening! The heat is +37, the road goes through an open area, not in the shade. The road connects only the hotel and the beach, you can't call a taxi. In general, there are no other options except on foot. And walking on a hot road, under the scorching sun, is still a pleasure. They were outraged, but it was said that the owner's management decided to do so. Except for the closure of the hotel, it is difficult to explain such a decision, which in fact turns a beach hotel into a hotel without a beach. So be careful not to risk buying a tour here.
The beach has become a paid one. The cleaning comments were not accepted. On the 3rd day of the stay, they stopped giving a knife and fork for fruit. They asked me to bring it, but they never did.
We had a rest from May 07-18 , 2018 . I liked the hotel! Service too. But there is a nuance, they want to impose water in the room for an additional fee. This fact is so intrusive, even to the point of frenzy. The food is excellent. Proximity to the sea, sun beds, towels - everything is like in the best hotels. I recommend
There is no beach of your own, you need to go or take a taxi, the food is monotonous every day, everything is the same and there was also no entertainment.
