Actually, they sold me what I wanted after I re-entered the chain's website and showed the article to an employee of the store. I think that sellers should understand the assortment of at least their store.Employees probably have beautiful laptops for beauty.
In all possible networks, I saw an advertisement for the store diamonds as a gift. During the purchase, the consultant did not say anything about the promotion, when the question was asked directly, she was very confused. At first, I tried to say something about the purchase price, but the purchase was above 800 rubles, which fits the terms of the promotion. After some pathetic excuses, she declared that the gifts were over. And this is December 19th, three days since the start of the campaign.
While visiting this store, I was, to put it mildly, shocked by the level of service. In addition, the consultants had the audacity to discuss me and, somehow, my social networks between themselves and their supervisor, whose competence I highly doubt. After a while, insults were brought to me from this very Maria. If your network wants a scandal so badly, then I will not ignore this behavior. Good luck
Please change the staff, the service is at the lowest level. 06.03 at about 21:30 we went to get a chain with a pendant, the consultant almost rolled her eyes and clicked with a displeased face every time she was asked to try on the chain twice!!! Horror, she left in upset feelings, without choosing anything.

03/19/2022 I purchased a piece of jewelry (a gold ring with cubic zirconia) in one of the stores of the Diamante chain. After only 3 weeks, one stone successfully fell out of it. Naturally, I applied for the replacement of the stone under warranty (04/18/2022). About a week later, I received a letter from Platinum Group with a refusal, which explained that there were scratches on the product, and it was also deformed (slightly oval rather than round) due to my fault. I will not deny that this is possible, because I wore a ring on my index finger (maybe rubbed against the handrails in the subway and/or a neighboring ring on my hand), but after all, such products assume permanent, not temporary wear. But I also wear other rings with cubic zirconia, which are 20 years old - and not a single stone, please note, has fallen out of them over the years (and, I remind you, I wore it for 3 weeks!). And they promised a lifetime warranty on stone loss when buying, here you go. They offered to conduct an examination, but in this case I have to pay for it. However, without accepting the product from the store, she once again described her claims in the complaint book. A week later, of course, I received another refusal for the same reasons.
I am telling all this in order to warn customers about the following: offering a "lifetime" warranty, it turns out that there is a footnote in the booklet "only if the stone is not lost." Well, how interesting is it to catch him? Circus.
Of course, I will repair the ring at my own expense in another place, but the very fact that cubic zirconia costs from 3 to 8 bel.rub. and they could not replace it for me makes me laugh.
I will no longer be a buyer of the Diamante chain, even considering how beautifully they wrote "We hope that you will remain a regular customer" under the refusal :)
P.S. The head of one of the capital's stores twice behaved quite incompetently, raising her tone and speaking in an inappropriate manner.
