I bought a taillight for an Opel Astra restyling car, my car before the restyling and the lantern did not fit, I applied the next day, with a request to exchange it for the one I needed, they had it in stock, in response they said no.

They sell spare parts , they are not responsible for their condition , and if the spare part does not work , they do not take it back , I wonder how they still work and exist ?

There are few spare parts for Volkswagen. No matter what spare part you come with, there is nothing. I bought a fuel pump for Mercedes, they said that the warranty is up to 5 pm, then it will not be returned. I wanted to buy a damper pulley, asked if it would be possible to return it, said "no", Took the money and left. I do not recommend it
