I am writing not for reasons to reduce the reputation of Pasteur, but in order to improve service.
I understand that times are hard now and there is not enough honey.staff, but... Today I arrived at 8.05 at the Pasteur department, which is located on the territory of the maternity hospital (Vishnevsky hospital). This department is open from 8.00. I was the fifth in line... outside... there was already a visitor inside. So, until 8.20, they and the registrar (he is also a specialist who takes tests) were just discussing which tests to take! And then some more time was spent on the analysis fence itself. That is, it took another 10 minutes for sure, but I didn't wait for it, I had to leave, because at this rate I realized that four more people who were ahead of me, it would be an hour and a half more for sure... and I have to go to work by 8.00, I already asked for time off to make it(((
Although I only had to hand over a container with ready-made material for analysis.
Now we have to redo the analysis. But I don't want to return to this department, where the registrar, he is also a specialist in sampling analysis, he is also a cashier.
It's a pity that in such a place, in a hospital, everything is so sad with the staff. If there is a possibility, then redirect more specialists there.
I still understood if it was free, but the tests are paid and are sooo not cheap.
