I wouldn't say that I take buses quite often, as I prefer either by car or on foot. But there are such situations (very cold, high taxi prices) and then a bus is a good option.
Bus number 4 never arrives on time, which is why I am at the bus stop about 10-15 minutes in order not to miss it.
(this is not the first such case) it is very cold outside, and especially when you realize that the bus did not arrive and all this time was wasted, it is very insulting.

How is that possible? Today, take the minibus 6, stop Shop (Gorodotskaya). A bus pulled up in which the grandfather was about to get out, a fallen cane got stuck in the door. It didn't take a couple of seconds for the grandfather to pick up and leave, followed by a man standing at the bus stop. The doors immediately closed and the bus left. They do not monitor the entrance and exit of passengers, as they drove up and left. One star!👎🏻
