In the end, he said that it did not pass due to the lack of front fog lights. I took the child, got into the car, and he changed his mind and told me to go get the documents. The baby burst into tears, I just ran back and forth, then buckling, then unbuckling the car seat.

There are 4 people sitting and they send everyone for the second and third time.The question of making money for the service station is not worth it. It can be seen that Gazprom pays them a good salary, regardless of the number of cars serviced. Then why make unnecessary movements?.. I do not advise anyone to go to this station.

At the very least, it did not pass (it always passed before) on the front brakes - a difference of 22%. I found a nearby service station "Texx Service" on the same day, the uspport was cleaned (thanks to them for their promptness) - everything passed.

On 05/26.23, the car was inspected at this diagnostic station No. 193. Faced with an extremely disrespectful, bureaucratic attitude. The car is in almost normal working condition, easily passed all the diagnostic points. At the last stage, two bolts were found loosely clamped from the inspection pit in the suspension. They called me to look at it. I was convinced, yes, they really need to be tweaked. It's only two minutes' work. I asked for permission to do it right on the spot. Moreover, at the station itself, and at the entrance to the gate, it is free, not a single car. They didn't allow it. Okay, if you can't do this in the observation pit, then give them the opportunity to screw them up on the parking lot outside the doors of the diagnostic station. Moreover, access to the bolts without a lift and pit is practically free. And the work there is only for a couple of minutes! DOWN AGAIN!!! They issued a diagnostic card indicating the malfunction and sent it to fix the problem. He drove out the gate. I parked in an empty lot. I took out the key and tightened the bolts. This case took just a few minutes. After that, I drove back to the station, paid 8 rubles for a second inspection and calmly passed it.
Certain conclusions can be drawn from this. Yes, they check the car here carefully, and that's right. But why is it not allowed to fix even a minor malfunction on the spot? How long does it take to tighten the bolt, or change a burned-out light bulb? For me, a pensioner, and 8 rubles is decent money! After all, he asked to take into account that he was a pensioner, he asked for permission to tighten the bolts without filling out a diagnostic card indicating the malfunction. The employee of the diagnostic station, V.S.Yurkevich, who processed the documents, is a soulless, callous person! I do not recommend anyone to undergo an annual technical inspection at this station in Minsk at 4 Skaryna Street. Because you will encounter the same bureaucratic attitude here and the desire to snatch an extra penny from you.
04/03/2023 Monday, called at 9.30, offered time before lunch and after, signed up for 10.20, arrived at the gate at 10.00, went to the checkpoint, explained that they wrote down the car number and surname, indicated the route through the territory, drove up to the station, NO ONE!, went into the room, handed over the license and certificate about registration, paid 35 rubles in cash for technical inspection, drove the car to the line, up to 10 min. check, two specialists checked everything carefully, adjusted the light, drove the car to the parking lot, returned to the station premises, paid 11.10 rubles for admission, received a diagnostic card and permission, got into the car at 10.20 and left. The result: without queues, quickly, politely, loyally (they don't find fault with the little things), give recommendations and help. I have been undergoing technical inspection at this station since 2016, during all this time there have been no negative impressions. I RECOMMEND IT!
