I did not argue in front of him and pointed out that as a consumer I have the right to evaluate their work, and I am not afraid of any blackmail, because in the 90s, when I had a used Lada with a mileage of 80 thousand, I faced blackmail and extortion from employees of diagnostic stations, but all these I passed the tests. My KIA Rio was built in 2011, but it has a mileage of only 30 thousand km, it is not used in winter. Therefore, it is possible to pick up flaws only by thoroughly straining. According to the instruments, the suspension, brakes and lighting devices showed no deviations. He walked back and forth and finally, tugging on the seat belts, said that the seat belt did not lock on the passenger's side in the front seat. I didn't wear this belt myself, so I took their word for it, although the employee who changed it for me said that this one works for you, but I decided to replace it, since I already bought another one.Already before the last inspection, I had vague doubts about the identity of the employee who issued the documents. Slightly shaggy hair , a Russian accent of pronunciation and a too cloudy face , as if the Bishop had been at the name day yesterday. I myself communicated at work in a working environment. The diagnosis, in non-literary terms, is chronic malnutrition syndrome. Such persons, if they drink at least 100 grams, cannot work, since their body does not break down alcohol well. But on holidays and weekends they get to the norm , lie with their bellies to the top and swallow oxygen like a crucian in hot weather. By the way, there were also such workers who , having taken a glass for each eye , worked as if nothing had happened. I tried to figure out, after my belt was changed, what clear criteria determine whether the belt is locked or not, but so far I have not received a clear, intelligible answer.I would have left our confrontation with the station employees with a score of 1:1, if not for one moment. Immediately after the inspection, I began to look among the employees of the companies neighboring the station in order for this belt to be removed. I must say right away, this procedure is not simple, no screwdrivers and keys are used, as you can scratch the skin. One young guy asked why I was taking off my belt? When I said that I had not passed the inspection, I laughed and offered to solve the problem within half an hour. I said that this number would not work with me, since I was in conflict with them, and I was already tired of humiliating myself and paying a bribe. I've been thinking for a long time, should I write about it or not? On the one hand , it seems indecent. But hypothetically modeling the situation, I came to the conclusion that as long as their case is on stream , it is not known what kind of malfunctions they note, if insignificant, it is not dangerous , and if serious, it may threaten the lives of other drivers and pedestrians. But these are just my assumptions, although based on real facts. As for the evaluation of the work, I give them a strong four. They worked quickly and efficiently. As for the belt, I'm in doubt, 50-50. But since I did not figure it out immediately on the spot, I withdraw my claims against them : not caught is not a thief. The issue with the fact that they celebrate the passage of acquaintance is left in limbo. I put myself in their place and realized that, for example, if relatives , acquaintances , acquaintances of relatives and acquaintances fall down with a joint, it will be very problematic to refuse, But in this matter, as a girl, she will only give in once and went hand in hand. If they have problems, then let them blame only themselves: if I hadn't been running around looking for a locksmith, then I wouldn't have dug up this anthill.P.S. In Soviet times, motorists told such a story during the inspection. An old man of 65 years old drove into the inspection station in his Moskvich 2140. The car is almost new, shiny. It was the end of the shift, the workers were drunk and decided to make fun of it, they said that they needed a glass in the car and condoms in the first-aid kit. Regarding the glass, I have heard that some employees make such demands. It is not clear what it is : an attack of tyranny or a subtle hint? The old man found condoms with difficulty and fulfilled their requirements. His grandson worked in the prosecutor's office and promised to look into it. The station was monitored and taken warm at the end of the week and working day. The "workers" were so drunk that they were all taken to a sobering-up center. They were all fired with wolf tickets , they were not imprisoned , but they were given such fines that all their past incomes were completely blocked.
The service is excellent. The quality of the work is at the level of the guys who know their business. The staff treats customers very politely. The diagnosis is carried out qualitatively. Somewhere there is a small nuance, they will tell you what and how to eliminate it correctly.
A very good station was inspected quickly without waiting in line, the staff was friendly and everything was arranged quickly. I really liked it. I will only pass through here from now on. I recommend.

The biggest price for THAT is for this business entity. There are holes and potholes at the entrance to the station, if the rain has passed, then there are also ditches. I.e. there is no road to the station at all.

It would be very advisable to introduce the passage of vehicle condition control points at the station by your driver, and not by the owner of the car, who would be nearby. With respect.

A very good station. My 1995 car always passes by itself. Sometimes they received recommendations, but they always passed the first time. I recommend it!
