Excellent branch, I received my DHL shipment from Germany here. Combined with the OZON pick-up point. The operator who issued the shipment speaks Kazakh, Russian and English. The room itself is quite clean, I didn't see any queues, but I was there around 8 p.m., I don't know how things are during the day.
