The cafe is visually pretty. Modern interior design. It is quite spacious. I would say that the place is ideal for celebrations and corporate events, for companies. It's kind of uncomfortable here alone, and sometimes that's exactly how I like it. The service is good. Serving within 15 minutes. The dishes are beautifully decorated. Most of them were written to my liking. There are no seasonal drinks. In wet and cold weather, you want to keep warm with mulled wine and punch... but not in this place)

I booked a table via Instagram, asked for a cozy table (not in the middle). Everything is OK here. When they arrived, the waiter led them to a table that stood in the corner. David, the waiter, is a pleasant young man who leaves good impressions. BUT there were 2 banquets held in the hall, one of which occupied half of the hall. I think that this should be warned about if I book a table in advance. If I had known there would be banquets, I would have gone to another place. When the food arrived, we were shocked. I ordered a homemade roast. They brought a small pot, which is more suitable for Julien, but that's okay. Potato slices on top, TASTELESS. It feels like the potato slices stood on the table for a long time, then they were put in the refrigerator, and then heated in the microwave and shoved into this pot. But these are still flowers. Pork is a shock. Just lumps of lard, I almost threw up. A friend ordered a pork neck, there is also more fat from a piece of pork than meat. That's horrible. We called the administrator, he came over, we explained that so much fat in 2 dishes is just tin. To which the receptionist said that this was normal, and if we didn't like something, take a plate, go to the counter and then he would call the chef. We said that we would not go anywhere with a plate, let the cook come himself. That is, the administrator did not even try to resolve the conflict and somehow smooth out the situation, but, on the contrary, provoked even more negativity on our part. I believe that an administrator should be able to handle any situation, and not prove that this is normal, and we do not understand. As a result, the cook came up, said that lard in pork is normal, like somewhere more, somewhere less, but here you have such pieces. We failed to prove that this is NOT the NORM. Naturally, I had to pay for it, and they did not consider it necessary to somehow smooth out the negative. For example, by offering some dessert as an apology. There was a very unpleasant feeling, as if we had been deceived. I am by no means a conflicted person, I have never had to call a cook before. It just seems to me that if such a situation occurs, the administrator and the cook should do everything so that positive emotions remain from the institution as a result. It is because of this attitude (well, and because of the food, too, of course) that I will never visit this institution again. P.S. The music was turned on very loudly at 6.30 pm. I had to shout sooo loudly to each other to hear something!

And a bottle of champagne)))) according to the program for 30 rubles: guess the word contest, a competition with chairs, a dance competition, a round dance)))) congratulations from Santa Claus.when ordering, they also told us that the hall was packed, both for us and for the second company that was with us that evening, the guys were also shocked). One drink was brought after the soup, the second - by the end of lunch (they reminded me, but the bartender was busy with the Internet, terminal, change, in short, there was no time to pour a glass of beer) . Now about the dishes . Everything , everything is stale , and it 's not even warmed up when serving . The salad "Olivier" was sour, they told the waitress about it, she included it in the receipt. The cutlet is cold and rubbery , the hodgepodge is sour . The soup is cold . The cherry on the cake was the offer (after payment) that the cook allowed!!!! give us back the money for the soured salad . We refused, but never set foot here again
