Here you can buy vegetables and fruits a little cheaper than in shops and on the shelves of the city. But the place itself is very unpleasant, dirty, cramped, etc. I have already lost the habit of such points.
Difficult navigation - it is not immediately clear where to go for a particular product, especially difficult if time is limited. If there is a lot of time and you just want to take a walk, trying everything that catches your eye - a great place. I won't say anything about prices, I didn't bargain, I was in a hurry😁
Personally, this market scares me with a riot of smells and the number of people. But there are very kind sellers there, they give everything a try, once they even gave a bag of Svan salt. Also there is my favorite second-hand store.
The choice is great, the prices are good, you can bargain, it's very dirty in the cheese and meat department, but people here are not worried about this.
..
We came at 10 a.m. and couldn't buy figs. It is necessary to come there at 7-8 o'clock in the morning to have time to buy from manufacturers. If later, then from resellers. Not the most well-groomed place and it is difficult to navigate where what is for sale. The prices are nice! I bought unrealistically delicious grapes
The market from the 90s. Some tents, shops. The indoor market is old and dirty

Even without buying anything, it's just interesting to wander around, to see the difference between our market and this one.... But I can't leave without shopping, I always buy ground coffee and spices.
I bought a lot of delicious churchkhela and a bottle of wine here, after tasting. I was very upset when I found out that it could not be taken out without an excise tax: (
I gave it to a friend
They do not clean well and, as always, the buyer is shortchanged in the markets)))

If you are traveling around Georgia by car, then you definitely need to, otherwise the impression of Tbilisi will not be complete: 1. Come to the Deserter. Climb to the second floor of the large pavilion. And buy there for yourself and for gifts: tkemali, chacha, spices, churchkhela, and of course, Guda cheese. We are doing this for the eighth time. You will hardly find better quality and prices. Success to all, and prosperity to Tbilisi.

Is this a market like a cesspool? We wanted to walk around the market, to be impressed by the color. But in fact it was some kind of horror dirty, complete unsanitary conditions, the sellers are not very polite
