Nice hotel close to the center.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a large balcony and a view of Ararat.
Bed linen and towels are clean.
There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, a kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery.
There are friendly receptionists at the reception: they will tell you everything, advise you where and how best to go.
The restaurant is open until 12. The bar.
On the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, sauna. Clear.

Brilliant service! Excellent breakfasts from the chef, meeting dear guests with tea, etc., quick check-in even ahead of time, super comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, perfect cleanliness everywhere! At our request, additional hangers and an iron with ironing board were brought to the room. We settled on the 5th floor in family rooms 503 and 504. There is a door between them. It is very convenient for families with children or companies. The view from the window is just top! If you lean out of the window and look to the left, you can see Ararat! A spa area without frills. Swimming pool and Finnish sauna. but! In the sauna, you can throw water on the stones🔥 This is a rarity in Russia. I was pleasantly surprised by this opportunity in Yerevan)) At the same time, the water bottle is securely drilled to the wall😲 How the water turns out to be there is a mystery😂🤌 I recommend the hotel to everyone! There is something to compare it with. No complaints here. Everything is perfect!

A wonderful little hotel on the edge of the historic city center. On the one hand, the Cascade and the Opera are within walking distance, on the other – it is not as noisy and bustling as on the main streets. There is a metro station nearby. Friendly and competent staff. Swimming pool and spa.

Located a little far from the center, 2 metro stations or 15-20 minutes on foot. The room didn't seem very cozy to us. The only big plus is breakfast, they cook very tasty, varied, there is plenty to choose from. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too high. It was very hot in the room in October, the air conditioner worked only for heating, so I had to sleep with the window open, and the street was terribly noisy, even earplugs were weakly saved

Nice little hotel. The breakfast is delicious, you can ask them to cook it right for you according to the menu, but it's enough. The location is not exactly in the center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Cascade. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. They can be heated on request. The rooms are good. Somewhere it would already be possible to repair (the ceiling in our bathroom was with traces of stains). The staff is polite. There is a small park 5 minutes away. Take a room on the top floor - there is a great view of Ararat and the city.

Great hotel. The rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable. The service is good, the hotel staff are attentive, smiling and always ready to help. We took a room with breakfast: the food was pleased with the variety and quality. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 1st floor and you can swim. Unfortunately, the sauna at the pool was under reconstruction, which upset us Northerners who love baths and saunas a little. I recommend the hotel! For the golden elevator - a separate respect! :)

The hotel is very pleasant, everything you need is there, comfortable mattresses, comfortable bathroom, hair dryer, mini kitchen. A gorgeous veranda with views of the whole city and its main attractions (two-room room on the 7th floor). The staff is very friendly, good breakfasts. Dog friendly! For guests with dogs, there is a big disadvantage in the location of the hotel - there are no playgrounds or even a lawn for walking nearby, the nearest park where you will not be kicked out with dogs is twenty minutes from the hotel. Next to the hotel, the locals allowed us to walk the dogs only really in an abandoned dumpster.

Good service, very friendly and attentive staff. Upon check-in, while the girl was making us out, it was nice to sit in the lobby, where we were treated to a cup of coffee.
The room is clean, tidy, the plumbing is not loose. Towels, bathrobes, bed linen - everything is as it should be. Good full breakfasts. Coffee machine with coffee beans. Cheese, sausage, yogurt. You can have porridge or an omelet for hot food. Of course, pastries and fruits. We were at the end of May and gave delicious strawberries and watermelon. Wonderful dried fruits. We were very satisfied with the breakfasts.

We were on March 7-10, 2024, I liked the hotel. Nice room, clean, has everything you need. They asked for additional hangers in the closet, they brought them right away, thank you:) The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste, and delicious. The location is convenient, the metro station is within walking distance. The area is quiet, a shop and an exchange office are nearby.

We have just returned from a trip to Armenia with a young man, stayed at the Dave Hotel and were completely delighted!The polite and courteous staff, especially, I would like to thank the young man Andranik, smiling,kind and always ready to help with any questions!The rooms are clean, cleaned well, the renovation is fresh, everything is modern and beautiful!The breakfasts are delicious, you will not stay hungry, there is a choice of both denser dishes (eggs, sausages, sausages, etc.) and lighter ones (pastries, cookies, fruits, cakes). I also want to recommend the restaurant at the hotel, we often had lunch and dinner there, at prices cheaper than in city restaurants, the portions are large and, most importantly, very tasty! 😋
In general, I recommend the hotel for all 5! 👍Drive without hesitation!We will recommend it to all our friends and hope to come back again!🤩

Excellent hotel, location - 10-15 minutes to all the iconic central places. The rooms are large, with everything you need. Tea, coffee, kettle, etc. A wonderful breakfast for every taste. Everything is really as it should be in a good hotel. And the lovely, helpful staff.

We were with the children, the children were entertained in the pool, delicious, varied breakfasts. The city center is almost within walking distance.

We have just returned from Yerevan. I really liked the hotel! It was the first time we stayed at Dave, although we go to Yerevan quite often. And by far, this is the best hotel we've been to. The most pleasant thing is the attitude of the staff! Everyone is very friendly, they do their job perfectly! They settled us ahead of time without additional payments, and allowed us to check out at 18h. The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable. We had a family room - a chic one - two full rooms connected by a door. The children have their own TV and their own bathroom. I would also like to note the quality of cleaning! Other hotels had problems with this. But everything is very good at Dave - snow-white towels, linen, clean floor! Everything is fine! There is a swimming pool, sauna. Everything is also very clean, it looks quite new. The breakfasts are good, the coffee is delicious! And, of course, the location of the hotel is very good! The metro is 5 minutes away. The center/cascade/vernissage, etc. - everything is within walking distance!
In general, many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality! We will definitely come to you again!

The hotel is located close to the center, from the window you can see the Cascade and the mountains.
The breakfasts are meager, a couple of types of cheese, meat and salad.
The rooms were rarely cleaned, the floors were never washed, the linen and towels were all old, with holes.

The most important thing you need to know about this hotel is that it is located on a hill. If you go down to the city center, then returning back you will have to climb the mountain several times! Consider this point if you like to travel on foot.
The main advantage of the hotel is the responsive and friendly staff, who solves any questions and is ready to help in all aspects of the holiday.
Minuses:
- Very poor and irregular cleaning. Dust on the window frames, mirrors are not wiped, a toothpick left in the bathroom has been lying all week, etc. The funny thing is the lack of a brush, which is difficult to explain.
- The second disadvantage is noisy air conditioners, and we were unlucky - it was noisier than the neighboring rooms and they could not fix it. The hotel has two sides, one noisy (on the street) and a quieter one on the residential area. So consider this point too, if you like comfortable silence.

The hotel is nice, not the center, but also not far by taxi. There is a swimming pool and a sauna - I didn't have time to evaluate, but at least it's not bad. A variety of food (buffet breakfast) is 3 out of 5, you can have breakfast, but I would like more choice, food and drinks + fruits, still in the southern regions. The room stock is good, there are no questions about cleaning, there is also a mini-tower. The staff is polite, and upon check-in they give a 7% discount on a one-time purchase at a local restaurant.

Rooms: very cozy, there is a kettle. I didn't really like the fact that there is no door in the shower cabin - water can leak out.
Good cuisine, average prices.
Very good location of the hotel within walking distance from the center. There are shops, metro and post office nearby.

This is a nice new hotel in the city center. Very polite and caring staff, delicious and varied food, spacious bright rooms with good mattresses on the beds. The manager always strives to go to a meeting in any situation. They even congratulated me on my birthday, unexpectedly turned on the music and brought me a cake, a very pleasant surprise. Of course it was on the house. So, personally, my impressions of the hotel are only positive.

A wonderful hotel. Very cozy. Very hospitable. They speak excellent Russian and English. Very tasty breakfasts. A great bar. Excellent staff. I highly recommend it for visiting with children. While the children are swimming in the pool, parents can visit the massage therapist's office. The hotel is a must-visit 💯

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Clean, new rooms. The staff is very helpful. A good restaurant on the ground floor: breakfasts are quite varied, suitable for every taste; when ordering from the menu, delicious and inexpensive dishes (at the rate for June 2022). There is a supermarket and an ATM in the next building, very convenient.

We had a rest in July, at the height of the season. The cleaning is perfect, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is on top! The location is also good. The Cascade can be reached in a leisurely 10-minute walk. And the subway is 3 minutes away)
