I really liked the hotel. The staff is comfortable, green, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious.
The breakfasts are modest, but you won't stay hungry.
There are some minor disadvantages, but they can be solved.: there are no slippers in the room, the air conditioner blows strongly on the bed, if you walk with wet feet on the floor, the floor becomes slippery and dries for a long time.
All unpleasant moments will be compensated by the sea and the beach at this hotel...this is the most comfortable beach in Thailand.
Let's come back again!

We had a family vacation in the second half of August. The hotel does not meet the standards of 5 stars.
We were well met and settled quickly. The food was monotonous. The pool is small, it is not cleaned regularly. There are restaurants near the hotel, but mostly Thai food. Honestly, I got the impression that they don't know how to cook. Phuket itself is a dirty city. People are not very neat and well-groomed.
The child had a birthday. We bought balloons and asked them to inflate and decorate the room. In the morning, we made a compliment from the hotel, a piece of cake with a candle and took a photo. My daughter was glad that she was congratulated.
They asked to bring an iron and a board. I was very surprised. The iron was all dirty, they didn't even clean the stuck fabric. The bed was changed when they were told about it. 2 times in 12 days. They took 3 dirty towels, and brought 2 towels.
The staff smiled at first, until they said about bed linen and towels. Poorly, they know English and are not oriented in their sights.
I will not return to this hotel anymore.

It's not bad, you can stay here; but you don't get 5 stars at all. 4 stars is the maximum. Everything is always fresh- there are no complaints about the quality of the food, just a small selection. The pool is clean, but small and narrow. Children love to frolic in the pool, play water polo, and there were difficulties in this pool. The ball was constantly flying out of the basik into the lobby. But next to the beautiful Nai Yang beach, the sea with optimal depth and moderate waves is very suitable for families with children. Even in summer, when it's stormy on other beaches, the sea is perfect here) there are no dangerous rip currents and wild waves. Only there are no free sun beds on the beach). I will return to the hotel-the rooms are normal, clean, without much comfort and originality. Austere decoration😂 we critically lacked space in the cupboards. They're kind of awkward. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are always changed. The territory is very small, practically there is none. But there is a lot of greenery even in such a compressed space. The staff is friendly and friendly. There are free bikes-you can ride on the way to the airport, there are not many cars there and it's nice to drive. In general, the hotel is not bad for accommodation. But it is expensive for its size and the services provided. And it's a bit far from civilization-the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. the difficulty of this location is that on water excursions (to the islands) it took 2 hours to drag to the pier in another part of the island. Very far away and for a long time. To get to shopping malls by taxi, it took us from 300 to 500 baht one way) of course, from Karon or Patong, the price tags are lower for a taxi. There is a small market nearby within walking distance, but there are only fruits / vegetables (very inexpensive, by the way). The market is not particularly abundant. Souvenirs, clothes and other things dear to the tourist's eye are not there. It looks like this is a bigger market for locals.

I am very glad that we stayed at this hotel (early August). I liked absolutely everything: the attitude of the staff, the rooms, the breakfasts, the pool and, of course, the beach. We took a room with 1 bedroom, we were lucky to get it on the 4th floor. It has a terrace with 2 sun beds, a shower and a table with chairs. Any requests were resolved instantly through the app. The breakfasts are varied, including porridge, soup, etc. The pool is cleaned every day. The rains did not bother at all. The beach opposite the hotel belongs to the Sirinat Park, there are no sun beds there. The main hangout is to the left of the hotel. There are sun beds of 100 baht with an umbrella, the sand is cleaned periodically, there are many cafes, pharmacies, massage, tops dayli, also near the market and the exchanger in the hotel opposite. Swimming on this beach is a pleasure, there are no waves. There were small tides . If you are interested in deluxe rooms: there are connecting rooms and the renovation in them is fresher than in the room in the cat. We stopped. The deluxe building is closer to the reception. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. I booked directly from the hotel with on-site cash payment (I contacted via WhatsApp). As a compliment, we received a free round-trip transfer from the hotel. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport.

The hotel is located on Nai Yang Beach, separated from the sea by a grove, which has been awarded the status of a national park.
It is very peculiar because of the "privacy zone" fenced with concrete fences. You walk through the maze of paths to the main buildings.
The staff is friendly, a little careless room service.
The rooms are "tired", the bathroom is fenced off with frosted glass, instead of a closet there is an open lattice metal structure, above which there is an air conditioner.
The breakfasts were not bad, no one stayed hungry, but in the same Pattaya the food was tastier.
The sea is warm and clean enough, in August, out of season, we swam calmly, walked along coral reefs at low tide.
The hotel is declared 5 stars, nothing like that, a strong "three".

In general, the hotel is not bad, it was in the rainy season, there was a villa with its own pool, the water in it is very cold, compared to the sea and a lot of mosquitoes, although the hotel provided pressure and spirals, but due to humidity, they quickly got damp and did not smolder. The sea is across the road, but it was impossible to swim there because of the strong waves, I had to walk to the left side to swim normally or to the right and I could watch the takeoffs and landings of airplanes.

Overall, the hotel is quite decent. But there are a lot of complaints about him. The staff is lazy. Very poor management. Just think about it. 5 stars... in 12 days, the bed was changed only 2 times. And that's the second time after the complaint. There were 4 towels for two adults and a child (two for the face and two for the body). Well, towels were not changed every day, and sometimes some of the towels were changed, and some were not. With an outdoor temperature of 30 degrees and wild humidity, it's just a crime. The food is delicious and varied (fruits of 7-8 types, pastries, three types of freshly squeezed juices, porridges, several types of rice, egg dishes and much more... but the food is always the same. Already on the third day, we tried the entire menu and then barely picked up food for breakfast - we stupidly did not want anything. On the other hand, this hotel is located in Thailand and you need to take into account the fact. although by European standards it is a maximum of 3 stars, by Thai standards it is quite a cool hotel. Those who left for others would be glad to come back because in others there is just a hat. I give 4 stars only for a change of linen.

Great hotel! I was here in September 2023. The staff is polite. Everything is clean and tidy. There are breakfasts. In 10 days, the food did not disappoint. Everything is delicious and a good choice. The place is quiet here, maybe we were lucky, it wasn't the season yet. The beach is across the street. Ask for beach towels at the reception. And if something needs to be changed in the room, it's better to leave notes for the staff. You can apply treats from Russia. We brought chocolates and sweets. The hotel is stylish and cozy.

The sea is very close, at breakfast you can choose a table on the terrace and admire the view. The sunsets are also wonderful. The pool is small, but there is enough space to swim.

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars, at the entrance you will be greeted by the smell of rotten meat and a toilet, then you will proceed to the room, everything is as in the picture except for one or more "small" nuances:
1. the door to the toilet is not a door, but a glass partition because of which everything is audible, the water in the shower smells like "shit" and the mixer is old…
2. Room cleaning is daily, but at the same time the cleaner must be told what to do or otherwise the dirty towel will not be removed, but turned clean side up (this is a trick, I have not seen this anywhere)
3. The bed was changed with a hole in the bedding and the cherry on the cake became, upon our eviction, a letter saying that tomorrow they will poison insects in the room and a request to remove all things....
4. The hotel has a restaurant, the breakfasts were included, they are the usual standard.But if you are going to go here for dinner, "it's better not to", you won't try worse than Tom yam anywhere, pasta is also so-so, but maybe they have other dishes better, but doubts prevail.
Dear friends, it's worth going here if you need to sleep one night from the airport, you should try to have a good rest.

The rooms are outdated and need to be repaired. THE WORST THING is that in room 4302 at night I was bitten by BEDBUGS in bed! I have been treated for the 5th day, everything itched very much, I had a severe allergy. I applied for insurance, prescribed medicines and ointments.
It was very unpleasant to face this on the first day after the flight.

* The room smells of mold, dampness! I told the cleaner, she brought the dryer, but it didn't help! The cleaner opens all the rooms next door when she cleans up to get some air… But I am not pleased that the door is open while we are not there and it is being cleaned nearby.
* There is an application, but no one is responding to the chat in it…
* The air conditioner is directed at the bed, the blades cannot be raised higher, I called the master, he poked the air conditioner blade with a screwdriver, trying to lift it, but at night it sank, my ear was blown out, I had to take pills for ear pain…
* in the toilet, the smell of sewage is very strong and there is one door to the bathroom and to the bathroom and toilet… * room cleaning is very "easy", I had to ask for dirty dishes to be removed.
* Wet towels from the floor were hung on chairs and a suitcase…

The child began to cough at night from the persistent smell of mold. And this problem is everywhere, whether you live in a bungalow or in a shared building. I wanted to change the room for money, but alas, there is the same persistent smell of mold everywhere, as a result, the rooms a little higher on the floor have a little less smell, but it does not go away. I talked to those who are resting, everyone has such a smell. Someone has more, someone has a better mind. The location of the hotel is good-it is 200 m to go to the reserve, there are no entertainments. There are many cafes on the beach. Cocktail smoothies from 50 baht in makashnits. The market is open every day. There is nothing for children, there is a children's room, but not that there is anything to do there. The Wi-Fi on the territory is good, the children's pool is not cleaned. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, there is garbage in the photo, although we just stopped by, and it is in all corners. They wanted to cancel the trip to the islands, but it was not possible to return the money, they make faces and everything is disgustingly simple.
