Nice compact hotel, green. In fact, there are only villas and 2 small buildings with deluxe suites.
We took a family room, 130 meters square, good layout, convenient.
Clean, green, within walking distance of shops, makashnitsy and an exchange office with a good exchange rate. The beach is 50 meters away through the national park. Nearby there is a village with restaurants and massage parlors (300 meters on foot).
One of the disadvantages is a very meager breakfast and an employee who fries scrambled eggs is just an eternally dissatisfied brake. He gets confused, forgets, breaks and drops everything. You shouldn't even teach them, you should fire them right away. Plus, he works with a perpetually dissatisfied look. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations, especially mine as an experienced travel agent!I liked everything-cozy, clean, beautiful!We booked a deluxe room in the main building for 11 nights, as a result, we stayed there for 6 nights, and upgraded to the grand pool villa for 5 nights (paying an additional 4,000 baht/day).I was charged to the hotel for an upgrade in advance, and I paid extra on the spot.The villa was cool, the children at sea did not want to leave it, they had to either lead them by force or go alone.The sea is across the street, 2 minutes.I don't think the breakfasts are great, but everything is there, even I, who have seen a lot, had just enough.The beach is very calm in terms of waves and people-very relaxing!Feel free to book if the price allows!

We had a family vacation in the second half of August. The hotel does not meet the standards of 5 stars.
We were well met and settled quickly. The food was monotonous. The pool is small, it is not cleaned regularly. There are restaurants near the hotel, but mostly Thai food. Honestly, I got the impression that they don't know how to cook. Phuket itself is a dirty city. People are not very neat and well-groomed.
The child had a birthday. We bought balloons and asked them to inflate and decorate the room. In the morning, we made a compliment from the hotel, a piece of cake with a candle and took a photo. My daughter was glad that she was congratulated.
They asked to bring an iron and a board. I was very surprised. The iron was all dirty, they didn't even clean the stuck fabric. The bed was changed when they were told about it. 2 times in 12 days. They took 3 dirty towels, and brought 2 towels.
The staff smiled at first, until they said about bed linen and towels. Poorly, they know English and are not oriented in their sights.
I will not return to this hotel anymore.
