During the initial examination, the girl receiving us calculated the maximum possible amount per day, warned about the mortality and tactfully left to give us time to think again. But we have already decided everything for ourselves.

She has kidney stones and ureters like in the Ural Mountains. But she feels much better. And she behaves more calmly after the reception, he knows how to communicate with cats, this is very important. And the treatment was prescribed from 2 drugs, not 5, which are unrealistic to cram into some animals.
The prices for services are probably slightly higher than in the previous clinic (it is not cheap). But all the amounts were discussed with me before each service was provided.

All the doctors said that everything is fine with the kitten, that he has a small hernia, but this does not threaten his health in any way and then such hernias are easily repaired during castration surgery.
06/12/2024 the kitten was brought to this clinic, before the arrival the kitten was active, ate well, played, crawled. They applied because the kitten did not go to the toilet during the day, which turned out to be not critical at all, and this is normal for small kittens. We refuse to put him to sleep, he spends a couple more days with them, without appropriate treatment, since on 4-5 days I urgently pick up the cat and transfer it to another clinic. Prior to that, there was a conversation with the doctor of the 9 Lives clinic, who said that they no longer know how to treat the cat further and that they do not need any help, and plan to discharge the patient. My cat is on the mend in the new clinic! Of course, there will be a long recovery due to untimely and inappropriate treatment. I didn't like the clinic terribly. We went to a doctor's consultation, had an ultrasound, but I never heard the diagnosis. But I didn't like them in general - the prices are high, but they save on everything. The vet clinic resembles the cheapest office. I didn't see the treatment room - the blood was taken right in the corner of the therapist, they didn't even put a disposable diaper on. There was also no appropriate equipped place. The test tubes were falling-it's good that at least they weren't with blood. When the injection was given, the doctor went to another office, took the medicine there and returned through the corridor. If an assistant came to take the blood, who held the cat, then I had to hold it when I was injected, and, of course, the cat scratched me. To which the doctor calmly replied that it was very unexpected. Although I said before that the injection was very unpleasant. My wound was treated only after my request with Chlorhexidine and they didn't even find a normal patch. Now about the ultrasound room. The same office, only the phone and the couch were added. The doctor does not even have a table near the device where you can put and put the necessary materials - everything is on the windowsill. Animals are wiped after ultrasound with the cheapest toilet paper, not even paper towels. I would understand if such conditions were in a budget clinic somewhere in the district center. But this is Minsk and the price category of this vet clinic is quite high. And I really didn't like the article on the site where they justify their high prices. I didn't see any of their advantages. The diagnosis was not made, and the conditions, in my opinion, do not meet the sanitary requirements for the organization of veterinary services.

My aunt agreed to an individual cremation, the clinic said they would call within 3 days to collect the ashes, the call was never received, they called themselves, replied that they had cremated with all the animals and apologized and would refund the money. It was the first pet and a beloved family member, they wanted to take the ashes of their pet to sow the ashes and plant a tree as a souvenir, but unfortunately this is no longer possible thanks to this clinic. If they had known that there would be such an outcome, the calf would have been taken away immediately. So, keep in mind that such a situation can happen. There was no inspection. During the ultrasound, two specialists discussed completely different patients and people with us, and we had to extract all the information from them ourselves. This concerns Roman Tchertopalov and Kirill Romanyugin.
After the X-ray and examination by the doctor Romanyugin, it was announced that "there is a small focus of pneumothorax in the picture", it was said several times that the hospital is the best. After further dialogue, we agreed that we would come in the evening for a repeat scan to see the dynamics, according to the doctor, "come by 19-20 o'clock, I work until 21." According to the treatment, it was advised to give painkillers and sedatives. Against the background of stress, I did not notice that in the end he did not prescribe a sedative, and did not indicate it in the conclusion.
We arrived at the picture again in the evening, as it was said by 19-20 o'clock, listened to the dissatisfied woman of the administrator (Ekaterina
Kosarevskaya), who just squinted and said "the wait will be very long." We waited for 2 hours and as a result did not get to the doctor Romanyugin, because his working day was already over. Tchertopalov took us in, took an X-ray, looked at the picture a couple of times and announced that "pneumotorex is here." Again, a million phrases about the fact that a hospital is better here, I did not hear adequate answers to some of my questions. I ask a question, in response, "girl, what do you want? the cat fell from the 4th floor."
As a result of the evening appeal, they did not give any conclusion to the hands, the administrator's reaction to this was "well, okay."
It was not offered to take the X-rays, I had to ask for them myself, the ultrasound findings were also not given.
The next day, we went to another clinic, where the cat was fully examined, the doctor calmly answered all questions, studied the pictures for up to an hour and a half. Treatment was prescribed, and all the conclusions were given. As a result: there is no pneumothorax there.

They said that the bladder burst and the spleen was enlarged ... but as a result, we took the cat and in the morning went to another clinic there we did all the manipulations again and said that all the orgones were in good condition, prescribed injections and said the cat would live. But they hinted at the campaign of your cat, they wanted to snbe, or just take off more money!!!
An ambiguous impression. I sterilized the cat (bengal), everything went well, but on the third day the cat started vomiting and stopped eating and drinking, brought her to a consultation, gave her an injection, I assessed, the cat broke out and scratched me hard, chlorhexidine and a sponge were offered to help me. Today is the fifth day after the operation, the cat hardly eats anything.
