For a trial lesson, we were offered to come to the senior group, sit and watch for 50 UAH, since we are small and will not be able to keep up with the activity of the group.
The class time did not suit us, I also attracted a friend and my daughter, we agreed that our group's classes would be held on Tuesday, Thursday at 17.00 - it was on Friday, on Monday I should have been called back to confirm the first lesson ..... I myself called at four- come or not??? to which I received a negative response....come on Tuesday 100%. I came on Tuesday, took my daughter earlier from kindergarten, with a one-year-old baby- AND WE WERE REJECTED AGAIN!!!!!!!!

We have been going to this club since spring and were always positive.The administrator always reported everything on time and without mistakes, the teachers are also good.Nothing about the directorate.
I can't say anything good, the way they consider season tickets is just disrespectful to their parents and to the fact that their parents chose them.The director, as far as I understand, is a mother of two children, I understand everything, but any woman should take care of herself and look appropriate to her status-but this is not the option ....it looks just creepy and does not communicate with her parents about anything except money and payments, it's just disgusting to listen.
Further, there are constant postponements or cancellations of classes (and no one returns money for these cancellations).And today the situation is simply out of the ordinary-the new administrator speaks in raised tones with bulging eyes, does not know how to communicate at all, when parents sit with the headmistress they laugh (they laugh, not laugh), sits yapping food, the headmistress blows her nose and throws something out when the doors to the bathroom are open....in general, it's terrible....And the constant turnover of teachers...This is not a club, but Sharashkin's office.Dear parents, if you don't want stress, then choose another club!!!!
