This is not normal!!!Secondly, the garden workers and parents with children turned the lawn between 95 and 95/1 houses into a pedestrian zone. I understand that parents may not be distinguished by education, do not know basic social norms, but TEACHERS, ASSISTANTS TO EDUCATORS ARE DARKNESS, the same way!!!! adults who teach children the first skills in this life. Asphalt, sidewalk - nooooooo unheard. We are thinking with our neighbors to invite television, let them show the city its "heroes". Well, the third is the grief of the mother, who is always late and parking cars right next to the entrance, so it is impossible to get out with a stroller. When asked to remove the car or drive away so that it is possible to pass, it is possible to hear a choice mate, without being shy of their own children, they swear with the residents of the surrounding houses.
