I want to write this review with one situation that happened.
The girl went to the "reading" circle, after which she came in tears several times, when asked what happened, she said she would not go to this circle anymore
At first we thought it was because of laziness. But then, when it continued on a regular basis, she just excitedly shouted to be discharged from this mug. Then it was found out from the words of the child that they were constantly shouting at her there, creating pressure, and besides, they shoved the child! because I couldn't read faster. Even if the child does not get faster, this does not justify the fact that it was possible to use force on a 5-year-old child. Then we immediately understood why the child reacts so much to this circle
We wanted to resolve the conflict peacefully somehow. As a result, of course, no one believed us, we were wrong!!!! Our child is lying, stormy imagination and the like, and besides, we talked to this person who leads this circle, talked boorishly! In raised tones. When she asked "what do you want from this conversation?", we told her that we did not want anything from her, but we could at least apologize to the child, but this person said that she did not consider it necessary.
Since it did not work out to "peacefully" agree, then we will resolve the issue above.
This is the first time such a given sitation! We have been going to the garden for 3 years, there have never been any complaints! It's a pity that something like this happened.
