I would like to share the unpleasant experience of visiting this store. I'm 17 years old, and my friend and I came to buy a gift for my niece. However, the security guard at the entrance asked our age and refused to allow us to visit the store, citing an alleged rule prohibiting entry to persons under 18 years of age. When we asked about the reasons for this restriction, the answer was that it was a new rule. However, we have not found any official information about this. Moreover, the guard's attitude was extremely unpleasant: her gaze and behavior created the feeling that we were some kind of violators or completely unworthy of visiting the store.
This is not the first case of such an attitude, and I would like to ask the management to pay attention to this issue. Such behavior of employees not only spoils the impression, but also repels customers!
A very good option is a children's store
The price is normal
Cheaper than hypermarkets
A good team of employees
A nice girl meets you at the entrance
Courteous staff and salesman
Everything is ok thanks a lot to the employees
About 5 years ago there was a great store with pleasant prices, I went there very often for shopping. Now, starting from the eternally evil guards and ending with cashiers who are constantly not in place, this is no longer the place where you want to go. It is very difficult to find a size from things, etc., since no one tries to keep everything in its place, shoes of very poor quality are also scattered randomly.
