I want to leave a review about our nurse of the 4th Zhuldyz district, for her good attitude towards pensioners. She created a chat on WhatsApp and writes all the news in this chat: appointment schedules, availability of medications, who should come to the appointment when. Eternal queues, even when you come by appointment, people come for a repeat appointment or to pick up tests and a live queue is automatically created. The employees are not all competent in their profession, do not know the basic purposes of tests, etc. To get to a narrow specialist is a separate quest, then there is no record, then the record is not open, then there is no such specialist. Applies to both the children's department and the adult, personally my experience.
