A good polyclinic with qualified staff, the only negative is the building in which the institution is located.I would really like you to pay attention and provide another, more spacious room for the clinic.
A good clinic, you just need to adjust to the system, the specialists are also worthy of course, who have been working for a long time can not be compared with the young, but the young are also qualified in principle
4 Mozheg polyclinic is proud, they have a neurologist, we have already applied there more than once. Unfortunately, there are a lot of narrow doctors in our country.
This institution is supported only by a few excellent personnel. When the city authorities will pay attention to this clinic and place it in a spacious normal room has been a mystery for 30 years. Every trip there is like Russian roulette, whether you pick up something else or not, while you are jostling in line in a narrow corridor.
Unfortunately, the entrance to the clinic is terrible. It's scary to go down such stairs with a small child in your arms, sometimes it's not even safe. I am glad that there are all doctors . But not everyone is competent about their work, of course. But in general, I am very satisfied with the work of the clinic and most of the staff.
There are attentive specialists, but sometimes due to their lack of queue. They were promised a new building, but it can be seen that there is simply no one in the city)))), and supermarkets are 500 meters away.
The clinic has been familiar since childhood. On the second floor of the dormitory, corridor type. There is a pharmacy. It is better to make an appointment in advance and follow the ticket.
We relate to this clinic. Unfortunately, there are not enough doctors. There are long queues. Our nurse (Oksana Mikhailovna) is an excellent professional. There is no precinct officer now(((
Terrible! There are not enough doctors, the queues are huge, even if you sign up for a certain time, you will still sit for more than an hour to see a therapist. Sick children and healthy ones are sitting in the queue, who just need a certificate of health status.
The staff is good. The doctors are attentive, but I think that the hostel is not suitable for a polyclinic. The corridors are narrow, the sick children are in very close contact. A very good pediatrician Fedotyeva (unfortunately I do not remember the patronymic name) guided my son from the age of 3 until he moved to a teenage office. A very good doctor!!!
The clinic is generally gloomy, I put four stars only because of one neurologist doctor, I do not know his last name, but a couple of days ago I was with my daughter at his reception, really a professional in his field!!!
It's high time to demolish this clinic. As soon as the child has recovered, you come to the doctor for an examination and find yourself in an extremely narrow corridor. You sit with sick children. Result:sick leave again
We visited a neurologist once. A good doctor at first glance. And so the building requires some kind of repair, but it would be better to make a normal polyclinic an independent building
Outpatient cards are very often lost. Repairs have not been done since the USSR. they do not want to prescribe free medicines for children under 3 years old.

It's a terrible system, why give coupons and still take everyone on a first-come, first-served basis. We waited an hour with a 3-month-old child!

The facade of the building is a fucking nightmare. Especially the far wing. Broken wooden windows, glass lying around, garbage
Children's polyclinic number 4, now my child belongs to it, once my husband and I, as children, sat with our parents in queues in its terribly narrow corridors. The most terrible thing is that me, my husband and our child, whom I gave birth to at almost 30 years old, were seen by the same doctor, who should have been retired long ago, who fell asleep on the move. The situation is better now). The clinic is located in the building of an old hostel, I would like to stop at a massage room separately. The massage room is something, previously there were at least 2 of them, and now in one small room, damp (due to faulty plumbing, which the clinic administration does not care about), 2 patients are taken at the same time at a time, a nightmare in this room 6 people (2 massage therapists, 2 moms and 2 children) and this at a time when they are asked to keep their distance... As for the doctor's appointment, they have been pleasantly surprised lately, finally, the appointment is strictly by appointment, therefore, now you have to sit with the child not 2 hours after your time, but only 40-60 minutes longer, because children under 3 years old are allowed to skip the queue, and organize some kind of professional examination a certain period (day, time ) probably not given. There is no optometrist in the clinic, I even find it difficult to remember when he was, fortunately there is a nurse and she can check her eyesight... Although frankly, in other clinics it is even worse with doctors, so not everything is so bad. I would like to note that problems constantly arise with the card, I even had to get a new one, because they managed to lose the first one (since the birth of the child). In general, of course, it is sad that very little has changed in the clinic over 40 years... Most recently, I observed the following dialogue of the medical staff: the receptionist asked the nurse to wash the stairs, saying that she constantly ignores her, to which she replied that she would not give her a head and so she would come down, going down from the second floor on the stairs, she drew attention to it and it was really extremely dirty... I have encountered rudeness in the clinic, but currently these people no longer work there, so I don't want to impose in vain. There are quite friendly nurses working in the laboratory, they always try to talk to the child and calm him down. There was a very good nurse in the EEG office (we haven't visited for a long time, I don't know now), polite and pleasant in communication.
The clinic is located on 2 floors, if there are a lot of patients, then you have to make your way up the stairs (it is quite narrow if people with children go up and down) and along the corridors. The advantages of the polyclinic include the ability to order a coupon online, through the coupon website... because sometimes it is very difficult to get through to the reception
Good afternoon. I read the comments and really wanted to leave my own. I have three children, two of them belong to this clinic. And we have been visiting doctors there for 16 years now. I repeat, I have never heard a rude word at the reception, they always politely communicated, recorded or explained that there was no recording, but never raised their voice or were rude. There were no problems with doctors wherever we went. The fact that they are examined quickly is not the doctors' fault, but the system in which they work. This problem is, of course, serious. But as for the third child, we go to the first nursery, and every time there are some troubles. But this is a different clinic, which means a different story....
Quiet horror. It's not the child's health that matters, but the paperwork. Pediatricians practically do not perform their function. One specialist who is really valuable is Egorov, an orthopedist, fixed a dislocation for our child, this is after we arrived at the emergency room the night before at the BSHK, and there we were advised to bandage our arm, like we have a sprain, pam pairs.... that's it! But unfortunately, he also retired. The new orthopedist did not see flat feet in the older child!
I asked at the reception when it was a healthy child's day to go through a medical commission with a child under one year old, they replied that it did not matter, only by appointment! What?! Up to a year, should I make an appointment with an orthopedist and stand in line for 2 hours? And it turns out that one day to an orthopedist, the second to a neurologist, etc. It's so hard to get ready with a small one, then it gets dirty, you need to change clothes, then the chest will demand for an indefinite time, and when it's satisfied, it will also dirty your mom)
The location of the children's clinic leaves much to be desired. The building needs renovation. There is no room for strollers. Probably the only polyclinic in which a doctor's ticket is not given, in the order of a "live" queue.
You don't come to treat a child, but to sort things out, both with the queue and with doctors. You come by appointment at a certain time, and then take turns. no, I found out everything, strictly by appointment, and they also said that the doctor was to blame for the queue going, but if strictly by appointment, then this would not have happened. So moms, know that by appointment, otherwise a person will come without an appointment and begin to install the queue.
This is our pain. Is it really impossible to build a polyclinic for children in so many decades? There are often a lot of people under the offices. The space is small. Everyone is breathing next to each other.
The building, but this is not a problem for doctors, but for the state. Almost all doctors work for one, two, you are healthy. There is no normal examination, they will not make a normal diagnosis, and if they see any disease, then only when it is already started. Children's polyclinic, doctors should be the best, and not work for a dump. Not all doctors are like that, but most doctors are.
It's a creepy place. Queues and confusion. A breeding ground for Covid. It's high time to build a new one. Unhappy doctors and patients. But no one needs an Ice Palace in the city.
The building is in terrible condition, only in Bobruisk you can see a hostel and a polyclinic in the same building, and in an emergency condition.
Doctors leave much to be desired, not all of them, of course, but 90 percent.
