Good afternoon!my daughter is already 31 years old, we left Bobruisk a long time ago, but I will always remember Malgorzata Tadeushevna.a wonderful woman, a wonderful doctor, a competent specialist, who not only helped us during our daughter's illness, she guided us, explained, and did not let us panic.thank you very much!!I wish you good health and mental strength in such a difficult job-to treat children, with great respect for the doctor from God!!Pichkina Svetlana❤️I will give the clinic five stars, to all doctors, this is such a difficult job!Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
Disgusting, in particular, the doctor Anishchenko. A doctor was called to the house on Monday, because the child had a high fever on Sunday and on the night from Sunday to Monday. The doctor came to the appointment and said that there was no fever now, no sick leave was needed. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything. Yes, my daughter is 12 years old, but leaving her alone with a temperature of 38.9 is somehow scary. When asked to take a sick leave, the doctor grimaced and said to come to the doctor on Wednesday, literally: "For an appointment on Wednesday and HAVE RESPECT, GO TO the CLINIC YOURSELF" What is this all about? Did I call a doctor for a child with nothing to do? What does respect have to do with it? She had a temperature under 39 at 7 a.m. Yes, we shot her down and there was no fever by the time Anishchenko arrived. But what kind of doctor's attitude is this? I stayed for 4 minutes, I was rude, showing with all my appearance that you, they say, mom, were impudent to talk about the hospital.
I really like our polyclinic. Especially our wonderful pediatrician O.V. Samokhovets, very kind, responsive, competent. He always comes to the call with a smile, even if one child is ill, he will always pay attention to the second child. Also on the site is a wonderful nurse Natalia Alexandrovna, to whom you can always turn for advice or help. Thank you.
The polyclinic is good because there are a large number of specialists in the polyclinic, which you cannot say about the rest. The polyclinic does not sit under the doors of the pediatrician for a large amount of time. The doctor is very attentive. the pediatrician Vasilevskaya accepts quite quickly and efficiently, but one minus is that it is very difficult to get through to the registry
A terrible polyclinic called Anishchenko's Doctor to the house. Upon arrival at our house, Anishchenko went into a barn, opened all the doors, and talked rudely, saying that the Doctor should be called in the morning and not at lunch, explaining that the child had become worse by that time, she said plainly that she didn't care about it.What is it? Where do they recruit such doctors
The strangest clinic.
It is impossible to reach by phone.
There is no online recording site either.
The opening hours themselves are funny, compared to other state polyclinics.
The strange shape of the queue with additional coupons (is this a separate entertainment for you, so that you don't get bored waiting?).
But the doctors are nice.
I wanted to express my regret about the negative experience with pediatrician Anishchenko.
Anishchenko's doctor came to the home of a child who was suffering from a high fever (38.5), and her attitude was unacceptable, communication was rude and tense. She showed disrespectful behavior by bursting into the house (slamming the door with all her might) and starting communication not with the words "Hello", but with threats to my address: "Where should I go? Why didn't they call a doctor earlier?" At the same time, unbeknownst to her, she went to the carpet in the living room in wet shoes. The doctor conducted an examination in just 2-3 minutes, and did not ask important questions about the symptoms and nature of the disease (when the first symptoms of the disease began, how many days the temperature lasts, what kind of cough). The doctor only looked at the throat and listened to the child. Her attitude created stress, where the child experienced obvious fear.
The doctor did not follow all the necessary precautions, only treated her hands with antiseptic. But what about using a mask and shoe covers? This is a concern, especially when it comes to visiting a weakened child.
Despite the fact that the doctor came quickly, her behavior and lack of empathy made this visit negative and even harmful to the child's condition. The child was horrified by such an unpleasant visit.
I hope the administration will take measures to ensure that doctors communicate with young patients tactfully and respectfully, and do not cause injury to their mental health.
I want to speak about the gynecologist Surovets, I will note the children's, to whom they came for an appointment on a coupon taken online. Not only did they come and she wasn't in the office, but after she came, we went into the office. Then she started telling me off that we belong to another polyclinic, and on this day she does not accept it. And I came with a child who had problems and needed counseling. As a result, she scolded as if it was not a children's polyclinic, but some kind of colony and she was the supervisor there. I understand if she had a crowd of people or I came with an extra ticket, but it wasn't like that. Then she gave out that they do the smears strictly at 8 and if I don't come by this time I won't be accepted. The child was in shock, she said she would not go there anymore. Thank God that there are paid gynecologists for children in the city (I didn't know about this). And we didn't have to take a swab from this nedovracha. By the way, the paid pediatric gynecologists liked Akulovich very much, he accepts Sonodin.
The advantage of this clinic is its location. You can also select a convenient working time. Among the disadvantages are a limited number of narrow specialists and a non-working elevator (I witnessed a woman dragging a non-walking teenage guy on her)
We were enrolled from another clinic to a psychologist here, so there were no questions with the recording. Thank you very much to Alexandra Sergacheva for her attentiveness and for her help in a difficult situation.
It's a good clinic, I can't say anything bad. The only thing is, when there is a large influx of people, it is difficult to order a ticket to narrow specialists. But this is not always the case.
I went there as a child, now with a child. Good staff, friendly doctors. There are long queues for some doctors, but unfortunately it is everywhere.Perhaps there are not enough specialists.
There are very few doctors, it is difficult for some to get an appointment at all, the registry works like a stick, only a cocktail also saves them. The condition of the polyclinic has not changed since my childhood, as has the work of doctors. If a child gets sick, they almost always have one answer: "you need to give antibiotics" even with simple snot, they do not really examine, they will immediately write out what to buy and go in peace, just do not interfere.
Our native polyclinic for many years!!! Doctors are polite, sensitive, but they are already starting to be missed! And of course during the off-season and in winter there are crazy queues!
One star only because I don't know all the specialists, but otherwise I can't say anything good. The qualifications of those to whom we turn are absolutely none. It seems that either they don't want to work or they don't know how. At the slightest problem, they are sent to Mogilev. No one thinks about how to ride with a baby in their arms. Don't we have qualified specialists in the city?
Without comment ..... They have uzists worth their weight in gold, either they have, but they don't get in, or they quit. The neurologist is constantly on some kind of vacation, it is difficult to get in, and now she has quit altogether. It needs repair. The 21st century is in the yard, and the building is remnants of the past.
We were at a psychologist's appointment, I will say briefly that in four meetings I helped not only the child but also me (for this special thanks). Also, many thanks to the neurologist for his attentiveness and approach.
We were there for the first time. They did an ultrasound of the abdominal organs for the baby for 3 months on 08/19/22, the nurse and the ultrasound doctor Lotysh N.V. were very pleasant, the attitude to patients was at a height, they answered the questions of concern
I didn't like the psychologist at your clinic. They came with a child with a problem, listened to me, and made an appointment for the child another time. Then she postponed the appointment 3 times, she didn't really want to listen to my child, and 3 times she scheduled an appointment for a holiday and that was it. I will never recommend this would-be specialist to anyone.
It's a terrible clinic, they drive around the offices back and forth when a person is really sick.. and if a person is dying? will he run around the offices too?)) horror.. even 1 star does not deserve.. 0
Calling a doctor at home, how is that??? Is it necessary to sit by the phone all morning? When 6-7 years ago they couldn't get through in the same way, my husband went to the registry in his heart, they answered him that the equipment was old, the phones were old, the line was overloaded. He went and bought them a new phone with a caller ID even. Apparently, nothing has changed since then. We've been calling for 51 minutes.
I do not recommend using paid services in this clinic to anyone, It is better to contact a children's hospital!
They did an ECG for a fee, refused that the result should be waited for 4 days, arriving 5 days later for the result, they tell me that it is not there yet, because they decode the results at the children's hospital. Why such paid services!? Which ones do you have to wait a week and drive back and forth a hundred times?
After visiting this clinic, I was shocked! And it's not about our pediatrician or anything! Have you seen the condition of the building?? There's an oak tree and you come with a baby, the scales at the pediatrician are iron. Putting the baby to change clothes is another quest, plus the changing tables are purely chipboard! Where are the higher-level organizations looking at all, or who is watching this! The path is all broken up to the entrance. I feel sorry more for the people who sit and work there and I think not for a fucking lot of money!
A good polyclinic friendly to parents and children. A few years ago, we were assigned to another clinic, but many specialists were trained in the second clinic. Now, during the pandemic, the number of specialists has decreased, but the quality of service remains good.
We went to a consultation with a gynecologist Surovets L.Yu. The first time I met such a doctor, at first she expressed her dissatisfaction with the fact that we were not from her site for ten minutes in a raised tone....That she doesn't get paid for it! With her tone, she scared the child so much that I couldn't calm him down. As a result, she quickly looked from afar, or rather pretended to look.
Never set foot on her again! How can you disrespect patients like that? How was such a doctor allowed to work with children in general!Unfortunately, the impressions are only negative.
It was necessary to undergo a medical examination for a child in kindergarten, but neurologist Karpovich Alina Alexandrovna was going to camp for a month. The receptionist told me to approach her, maybe she will see today. At that time, there were no patients, and knowing how all these commissions fall when a maximum of 2 minutes is given to a child, she said she would not accept. But she sat there and didn't do anything. I'm just shocked at what doctors have come to without a coupon and don't want to take it. I understand that this does not burn for us, but there are times when you need to make concessions. After all, the same fate will affect them someday. In general, it's not a polyclinic, but some kind of nightmare, the doctors have already eaten into the edge. There are fewer and fewer good doctors, and new ones are looking for benefits for themselves.
I'm afraid if, God forbid, the pediatrician Galushka Malgorzata Tadeushevna leaves the polyclinic, then there will be no one to turn to for help. Galushka is a pediatrician from God. The knowledge and experience of this amazing doctor will be enough for more than one dissertation. May the Lord send her health, happiness and prosperity for many, many more years. And let her work in the polyclinic for many more years, saving children from illnesses and with great knowledge and a warm heart, and her pure soul.
