Children were admitted to the emergency room with Russian documents, examination, diagnosis, treatment, everything is prompt, without delay and free of charge. I am amazed and very grateful to the doctors :an optometrist and a doctor specializing in "ear, throat, nose".
Children's clinic, convenient location. There is a transport stop nearby and the location is accessible, easy to reach. There is parking, which pleases.
I came to the traumatologist for the male part, he sent to the surgeon and the surgeon, in turn, began asking what and how to me in the corridor, as for me it was incompetent, also sent back to the traumatologist, he in turn went back to the surgeon.
And then they say we have good medicine
The clinic is terrible, the doctors and the nurse are not responsible, they only look at themselves ..... The registry is generally a separate topic...... What you don't ask, they don't answer questions, like they don't know, or they send you to the doctors incorrectly
The doctors are good, I do not argue, but there is a problem with the registry. They explain it is not clear, it is not possible to take coupons, and it is very stressful to travel with children from one end of the city to the other, especially when the fault is the registrar who said YOU WERE RECORDED, but in fact did not record it. Although I think that the registrar is the most important employee who records the doctor's appointment and issues coupons.
Doleko bus stop, the parking lot is small and always clogged with cars, you can't turn around. There are few leading specialists, although I think there should be elementary leading specialists in the clinic so that with a small child it would be possible to pass an elementary commission in children.the garden is in one place, not driving around the city.
We have been served in this clinic for many years....It is convenient that the polyclinic is located in the building of the main children's institution of the region - the hospital. In fact, everything is at hand... Wonderful doctors work in the clinic. I would especially like to mention pediatrician Ivanova Elena Alexandrovna - a wonderful mental doctor who sometimes surprises with his energy and optimism, a competent specialist with extensive experience in the ambulance, including...
1. The most unfriendly registrars work at the registry (they won't really explain anything, they won't tell you, they'll also make you guilty.)
2. Donating blood is a big problem, recording for 2 weeks in advance. In any other polyclinics, blood is taken without an appointment. We can't get in.
We go through the hospital, everything is free, the whole complex of treatment, 1 department has good conditions, I like it, healthy little children are served at a certain time , massage and gymnastics for children are provided. +
Everything is as usual in all polyclinics, there are employees in a good mood and in a bad one, respectively influencing patients. There are few narrow specialists, you have to go to other clinics.
How hard is it to remain in the dark and puzzle over how to help a child recover?!! For parents, an unidentified diagnosis is akin to torture (We were lucky to get to the children's polyclinic in Vitebsk. Excellent staff. It is appropriate to recall the saying that you need to treat people the way you want them to treat you. Respect the employees of polyclinics and hospitals. They had a difficult time and we really need their professionalism! Thank you all! From cloakroom attendants and receptionists to highly professional doctors.
There are always queues at the clinic. But there are coupons that you can use to come to your doctor and go to the doctor's office at the same time. I've only been to a few specialists with the children, so I can't say specifically about all of them. The ones we've been to are quite normal doctors. We came across friendly specialists, so I think the attitude is good. There is a repair. There are places for babies to change clothes.

A large workload of therapists, queues even for coupons for more than an hour, a narrow corridor without ventilation and windows creates all the conditions of a cell with a hotbed of diseases. Previously, there was a normal 2-storey polyclinic where all the specialists were, but something went wrong, and now you need to travel around the city to visit all the doctors. Sick patients are taken for X-rays from the hospital directly to the therapeutic building, where they queue in a narrow corridor, this is simply not acceptable. Why do we need this.
They were lying in a boxed infectious diseases ward. The repair is good, the food is hearty and varied, the doctors are qualified. The only drawback is the lack of paid chambers.
When you get with a newborn baby right after the hospital, you want silence, but then you have to share oxygen with someone else
We've only been here once to see a gastroenterologist. I give four stars only for the fact that the hallway at the entrance is too crowded. The dressing table for the kids is right next to the door, in winter it's a nightmare, of course. The flow of patients is very large, due to which the door constantly opens, and the child actually finds himself undressed in the cold and in a draft. I don't understand why this is so poorly thought out. So it's better not to undress near the child's wardrobe... I still didn't like the gastroenterologist, that's another lady. There was no benefit from the visit, from the word at all. But for one unsuccessful visit to an "unsuccessful" doctor, I will not underestimate the assessment of the entire clinic)
We have been serviced recently, so far everything is fine. The pediatrician and nurse are excellent, competent, attentive. There is a bit of a problem with coupons for narrow specialists, but this is in all polyclinics.
I only care about one question:why is the law on free provision of medicines for children under 3 years old not being implemented? We asked the pediatrician to prescribe espumizan for the child, to which we were told that it was not on the list of free medicines. They asked for any other simetecone-containing drug, the answer is as follows:the tests are normal, there is no reason to prescribe the drug, although it should be prescribed upon request. Before that, there was no question of free drugs at all, they were prescribed, recommended, but not prescribed, and in other clinics these drugs were prescribed for free!! As a result, we will acquire everything at our own expense
A good clinic. There are many specialists.
There are queues to narrow specialists, but all according to coupons. There is an X-ray room where you can take a picture on the spot
Thank you very much for your work, I really appreciate and respect the specialists of this institution! You should make repairs, but I understand that it does not depend on you!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the district doctor Natalia Zhuravleva and nurse Olga Raeva for their attentiveness, responsiveness and responsibility in their work. Children are the most precious thing for parents. You find an approach to them, treat them, and this is the most important thing. There are more such doctors to look for.
Excellent clinic! The eldest daughter received timely high-quality medical care in this institution (she is already 28 years old) and now the youngest (8 years old).
The clinic is terrible, the doctors are not literate, not competent, the management does not know how to communicate with parents, doctors do not know how to communicate with children. I am very ashamed of the children's doctors!
I was in the hospital just a month ago, I really liked it compared to others, doctors and nurses are not rude, but they will tell you everything and help
After the repair, of course, it became much more decent, only the therapist's appointment was moved to another building where it is inconvenient to sit in line in a long, narrow, unventilated corridor.
There are few specialists in the children's clinic. Although there is also a children's hospital there. It's kind of weird.
I have to travel to other clinics with children.
