She replied: Unfortunately, this happens...Does it happen after that?? But how can you treat a child without a snapshot?? You were correctly prescribed treatment (without a snapshot):the head replied.The nurse took them away, it is not known where she took them. This is the attitude towards children (what kind of treatment can we talk about).
We closed the sick leave without treating the child (12 days), you CAN NOT go to school, because he is not healthy yet, but we cannot legally extend the sick leave. We can write a certificate of disability (which is unpaid)
That's how it is???
I would really like to see the NURSE punished first of all, who did not know what she did with the pictures, where she took them.
And what about leaving a child (10 years old) at home alone to take medication on his own?

I want to express my gratitude to the employees of the polyclinic, my daughter is 12 years old and we very often applied for medical help and for all these years I have never encountered any kind of rudeness, on the contrary, the girls at the reception desk, despite their busy schedule, will always listen, always polite, the laboratory will also always make concessions, always accept, even if their reception has already ended, they are very attentive. Special thanks to our beloved doctor Dubovik Lyudmila Petrovna, thank her very much for treating our children, she is a highly qualified specialist and a sensitive person, she will hear the slightest wheeze, and over the years we have had quite a few of them and bronchitis and pneumonia and tummies. Lyudmila Petrovna will always prescribe correct treatment, always support with a kind word, she is like a Guardian Angel for our family. And let there be clinics that are more modern, for us, our most cozy and native.
