An incident happened. In the morning, we were going with the child to an appointment with the surgeon and it so happened that when I was cleaning my ear, cotton wool got stuck there. I came to the surgeon (a very good woman) and asked for help, she said go to the otolaryngologist at 313 they will help you, they will quickly pull you out. I came and asked the doctor for help, 5 seconds, just get the cotton wool from my ear. They put me out the door, told me to go to an adult clinic. And I walked with a small child into an adult. And if I got sick, and if, God forbid, I started dying there? I take it they wouldn't have helped me there? They would have put you out the door and told you to go to an adult for help. It just doesn't feel right!!! Well, you're doctors!!! You have to save and help, and not put out the door, a person in trouble!!!! I will be calling health care!
I was at an ophthalmologist's appointment. They urgently sent a lens to Volkov's fundus, before that the doctor said that everything would be free. As a result, I paid 31 rubles for the lens. Why lie in advance, knowing that this is a paid hospital and there is nothing free there? The frustrating thing is that I spent a lot of time on the road and on this service.
Convenient location.
The specialists to whom we personally addressed are all super: educated, polite. Thanks to everyone))
And all the staff is great.
The queue for coupons. Of course, it happens that the time shifts a little forward or backward. This is normal)
The repair is normal, not Euro of course)
It is not possible to get through in the morning. The line is busy for an hour and a half, is it really impossible to make a multi-channel line and land several telephone operators? The 21st century has come, can I go online? Yes, but not in this country. You can take a ticket only by coming to the reception!
Quite a good polyclinic, the staff is excellent (I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, I'm always fine with all the doctors) The doctor will not feel sorry for everyone individually! It's a job. You complain about queues and appointments with doctors - you are not alone in this city and there are 1000 people like you, persuade the higher authorities to open another children's polyclinic)
Our doctors are already exhausted (
Thank you so much for your hard work!
the building does not look particularly safe (old renovation), the electronic registry is generally a horror. it is impossible to take a ticket, and when you call the clinic, they tell you to come at 6 a.m. to take a ticket!
There are always no coupons for an endocrinologist, but there is no one under the office when there is no one. It becomes especially scary when a doctor makes a diagnosis on Google
The ophthalmologist is rude.
The level of professionalism and competence of the pediatrician at the site leaves much to be desired.
And this opinion is reasonable and not biased. Almost no one is trustworthy.
It feels like some people are being forced to work there.
The electronic registry is mostly not working. It is very rare to go to the site and get a ticket or just find out the schedule of doctors, basically the site gives an error. I tried to log in from other phones, computers, the situation is similar.
4 points not to the clinic, but to the city administration for not being able to make repairs inside! You enter the building and plunge into the early 90s! 2 elevators and none of them work! An accessible environment for the disabled? How do they get to the upper floors? And for moms with babies?
The service is at an average level. It is very difficult to get through in the morning, it is not always possible to make an appointment at a convenient time. There are therapists who do not behave correctly towards people.
In principle, the clinic is not bad, the staff is good, the receptionist will always tell you, but the facade of the building leaves much to be desired. The elevators are not working.
It is unrealistic to get a ticket by phone to visit a specialist with a child. You call from 7, they don't pick up the phone and you get through to 8 and there are no coupons
It's terrible, this is the bottom of the urban bond, I don't want to go once again, the ophthalmologist is a boor, at the moment, in the toilet, on the 2nd floor, the dryer is not working, there is nothing to say about paper towels and the presence of soap, there is nothing to say at all when you go down to the administration, you scream, at least they move a little and that would Shut up, and the next day it's the same
It is unrealistic to get a ticket to visit a specialist with a child. You stand in line from 6 to 8 and the coupons run out in front of you. The management does not care about this problem. It's been the same every day for years.
I'm not happy with everything. I can't get through to the reception in the morning, and I can't get coupons to some specialists. They lost the child's card several times, while they themselves are not looking for it, but are forced to run and search all over the clinic themselves. As everywhere, there are good specialists, and there are non-specialists.
Parking is needed! But nobody cares. Neither drive past, nor park in the clinic, there is an eternal traffic jam. Fortunately, Augustus did the parking.
