I really like the store, but the staff leaves much to be desired. This is not the first time that the seller does not show customer orientation, dismisses it and does not know the purpose of the product. For example, today we asked OLGA ROGACHEVSKAYA, the seller, if there are any hanging toys in the stroller. The answer was an unequivocal no, although they are available in the application. I had to walk around a rather large store on my own with a screaming newborn in my arms. And what a surprise it was when there were at least 15 products with a suspended part in the stroller. The manager would like to find interested staff, and not people who just work hours.
Everything on the site does not match the store's assortment. And you come to the store if you find clothes for a child but there is no size, you need to go to the seller and ask to look for the right size in the warehouse, so you can sell up to 2 hours. It's a mess.
