We were with a child in June 2024. They missed it, took the money without asking or saying anything. Further along the way to children's entertainment, it turned out that I was without socks, which is "unacceptable" and I was forbidden to enter there. Of course, it was impossible to tell me about this when paying. Later, when I was already waiting outside for the child, having sent my husband there, I saw that socks were being sold at the entrance. The child operator decided not to notify me about this when entering the play area.
Please: in the summer, during the season of open shoes, hang information at the entrance to the play area: "Entrance is only in socks. You can buy it from us at the reception," otherwise it turns out to be a dilution house where people have paid, come in, and then they are kicked out without offering a solution to the problem.
