We bought a tour to Turkey for 2 adults and 2 children at the Destination KZ tour agency. The tour was chosen by the spouse from reviews on the web, as there were no sensible offers from the tour company. They offered options such as the Diamond Club, where there were cases of poisoning and complete unsanitary conditions. Neither option suited us and my wife found the Eldar Resort 4* hotel on her own. First, they announced one cost, then as soon as they left a deposit, the price began to rise. Since they were in a hurry, they gave an application for the next flight. We were told that there are tickets for July 10 and we need to bring a deposit before lunch. I brought them a deposit by 11:00, but they didn't put up a reservation, it turns out they forgot. Tickets ran out and had to be booked for July 13th. Airport, passing the border... it turns out that the "professional" manager wrote an extra letter in my last name. They somehow released it from Kazakhstan, warning that there might be problems in Antalya, it was not pleasant, the sediment remained. I paid for the service and these "professionals" of the tour business cannot fill in the full name and check. They were told that they have their own insurance, so no, they sit and write out insurance... Why?! The contract is drawn up so that you have no rights, only obligations. By the way, we had a wonderful rest, but this is the merit of my wife, who chose the hotel herself. I do not recommend dealing with the Destination KZ travel agency. Avoid it, there are more trusted travel agencies.

We have been vacationing with Desti for many years. I would like to say a special thank you for the last trip to Thailand. We went for the 2nd time, because one trip is not enough for such a magical country like this! The tour was selected, as before, taking into account all the needs of children. Заказывал достаточно сложный тур в этой компании. Сотрудники очень вежливые, достаточно оперативно подобрали мне варианты. Во время всего путешествия чувствовал поддержку от менеджера, периодически звонили, спрашивали всели хорошо. И, кульминацией всего стало то, что у меня было день рождения, и утром компания курьером доставили мне коробку конфет и шикарный коньяк - это было что то нереальное! Спасибо Dectinations.kz буду всем Вас рекомендовать!
