At first glance, everything is fine and wonderful. But it all ended when we received our order - a table and an extension to it. It turns out that our manager not only does not understand the concepts of a table and a cabinet with drawers, but also does not distinguish between right and left. Therefore, we received a table and an extension from different sets. When contacting the manager with a request for a replacement, employees have all sorts of excuses. As a result, I had to sell the table. Therefore, think several times before buying furniture in this store

We ordered a wardrobe in the hallway. There were many wishes, but the picture in my head did not add up to one) They helped us turn all our ideas into reality and drew a project. They explained how to do everything technically correctly, and selected materials. Special thanks for the pleasant atmosphere and delicious coffee. We waited for our closet, it looks even better in real life than in the picture.

Now words of gratitude will fly to the team of professionals from Design Mebel🤩 From the first meeting, my husband and I realized that the furniture would be awesome and new friends appeared. Offer coffee, give home samples of paints so that we can adjust the eye and choose the "right" shade, give advice and suggest how to make it more profitable and more beautiful - this is all for them! All the issues that bothered me were quickly resolved during the preparation and installation process. Special thanks to the guys who installed the kitchen, everything is clear and smooth. I didn't have to adjust my schedule, I came home, and everything was ready! Very polite and patient men tirelessly repeated to me on the phone that my cat was fine and did not run out into the entrance.
Bottom line: everything turned out better than we expected and as my grandmother said when she saw the kitchen in the photo : "Yak in the cinema" and I completely agree with her!
When we decide to continue the renovation, I clearly know who to turn to for awesome furniture with a design idea and professional execution.

I want to express my huge thanks to the store staff for their work. A bed was urgently needed. We were well advised, told everything and prompted, helped to choose a mattress. We have solved the issue of fast delivery, skidding and assembly. The assembly guys quickly assembled and installed everything. It's been a long time since I've seen such a quality of service in our stores.

Disgusting office! I will not wish the enemy to order anything here. Friendly at first glance, but in the end just irresponsible boors. The execution is terrible, the attitude (after giving an advance payment of 80%) is terrible. In general, it's better to avoid them.
