We planned a trip to this restaurant back in Moscow, after all, the Ottoman cuisine, the Michelin star, the chef who performs with us on the Russia channel!!!... The cuisine is very tasty and authentic, of course! There is a menu in Russian. We didn't take sets from the chef because we really wanted to try more different dishes. As a result, the choice fell on vegetable salads and three different hot dishes with an unusual meat serving. I liked all three salads, nothing supernatural, it's just delicious, fresh vegetables. Meat with figs and almonds went the most, it just tasted amazing, meat in melon was not very inspiring, and duck meat in puff pastry turned out to be the most delicious! We also took an assortment of snacks (meze), with thin tortillas, which are endlessly brought and brought by waiters, this is something amazing!!!!! I highly recommend taking homemade wine, which is white, which is red, quite nothing... Although the wine list is very decent, there is a large selection of brands and prices... We also got to desserts, delicious, but not "awesome"... In general, of course, an interesting experience, worth a visit, but you have to be ready to fork out: for three (there were two glasses of wine from alcohol) we left 30,000 rubles (this is, of course, in terms of our money, Mir cards, like any other Russian ones, still do not accept, only cash: $, € or local lira)... This is the best restaurant in Istanbul. It's not just delicious, but also very interesting. The fact is that the restaurant prepares dishes that were once prepared in the Topkapi palace for the sultans and their courtiers. That is, you can try what the sultans of the Ottoman Empire once loved!! The menu includes such names as veal baked in melon, goose kebab, simply unrealistic Hurrem pies, etc. ... The dishes are not ordinary and very tasty. Dessert Cutter is just fantastic. And the set of Ottoman snacks is just a delight. A must-visit if you like atmospheric establishments and high-quality food!

We found this restaurant by chance when we thought to try such interesting and delicious things in Istanbul. And how surprised we were when we found a Michelin-starred restaurant! We ordered a tasting of the dishes for two. The peculiarity of this restaurant is that all dishes are prepared according to recipes of the 15th-16th century, these dishes were prepared for the sultans. And we did not lose, the kitchen, service and serving of dishes were all perfect! It's indescribable, you just have to go there once. Very tasty, interesting! And what a dessert!! Yes, it's not cheap, like many good restaurants in Istanbul, but it's worth it.

We have read a lot of reviews about this restaurant. Everyone was drooling when writing their reviews. Our review will probably not be so rosy!
We tried two dishes: meat in melon and cutlets with eggplant puree (I don't remember the original name)!
The dishes are all oversupplied with oil (of course, it is possible that this is a recipe)
The dishes are hearty!
The service is good
Menus in different languages
For two dishes plus beer and water, the bill was 2,840 Liras.
To say that it was tasteless, I'm lying!
The food was decent. But it didn't work out like the others
The place I recommend is one of the opportunities to taste the Twice Michelin-starred food in the restaurant!

Definitely worth a visit! A very tasty historical excursion into the cuisine of Sultan Ahmet. Excellent service. It occupies a well-deserved place in the Michelin catalog. The table managed to be booked through whatsup day to day, but it was 27.10, at the end of the season.

Если вы ищите ресторан в "Султанахмет", то Deraliye станет самым лучшим выбором. Тут не просто вкусная еда - это реликвия турецкой кухни. Все блюда османской империи собраны в одном месте. Тут же проводятся мастер классы османской кухни шеф поваром и владельцем ресторана Неджати Ялмаз, который много лет восстанавливал всю кухню по крупицам из архивов дворца ТОП КАПЫ. На входе вас встретит красавчик Тарик, любезно расскажет обо всех блюдах, поможет сделать хороший выбор и не даст скучать в ожидании. Все официанты ресторана очень доброжелательны, подходят по первому взгляду. Также можно сделать фотосессию в одежде султанов османской империи. Хорошее настроение, вкусная еда, возможность научиться готовить и сделать фото на память вам обеспечено. С удовольствием и от души рекомендую.

Пока лучшая оттоманская кухня на моей памяти. Невероятные сочетания - соусы, текстуры, ингридиенты - всё очень зашло! Ресторан по- настоящему живой, сервис хороший, виннная карта норм. Можно смело дать звезду Мишлен. Если добавить лоска, сервис и докрутить винку, - то и на 2 звезды потянет

вкусно оттоманская еда, открытая кухня и зрелищные мастер-классы. Официанты сразу подходят, как только поймали твой взгляд на себе, приветливы. Хороший английский официантов. Бокал воды бесплатно, как в нормальных ресторанах.
ПыСы: салфетки текстильные индивидуальные, салфетки бумажные крупные в неограниченном количестве.

It's a strange restaurant, in my opinion. The kitchen was not at all impressed, although the Michelin guide is mentioned in some form at the entrance. The service was also somewhat specific. In general, I personally would not recommend it.

Отличный ресторан! Но желательно заказывать столик заранее. Мы пришли без записи, но нам нашли место. Спасибо Мустафе. Дороговато, но оно того стоит, тем более если хотите чего то особенного. Брали гусиный кебаб, запеченные сушенные баклажаны, левзин (халва с миндалем). Все очень вкусно. Порадовало меню на русском языке.

Мишленовская звезда имеется)) Хорошее обслуживание, кухня не прям уж что бы супер, вкусненько. Цены кстати ниже чем в обычном ресторане.

Ни чего особенного. Более дорогая, по меркам Турции, обстановка в ресторане. Через дорогу, а это 3 метра подают такие же блюда, но по другой цене. В целом кормят плохо и не вкусно.

Если вы ищете ресторан «Султанахмет», Deraliye Ottoman будет правильным выбором. Обязательно попробуйте восхитительные блюда от шеф-повара Некати Йылмаза. Особенно блюда из гусиного мяса ... Это лучший ресторан в Стамбуле для посещения.
