Very beautiful well-groomed territory, always clean without unnecessary noise, music did not blare for the whole hotel, food to choose from, everything is fresh. We were lucky with the room, the room is spacious, the furniture is all intact, the plumbing is working, we cleaned in good faith, but the beach was dirty, cows walked, dogs ran and the sunbeds were not even rinsed, the entrance to the sea is good and the sea itself is just super. Shops, the market is a little far away. There are bars and restaurants on the beach. I did not like the time of arrival and release of the room, you still need to take into account that the planes arrive at different times, I also did not like the bed linen, it was torn, there were no glasses and drinking water, a kettle and a hair dryer in the rooms, you must agree that it is extremely inconvenient to carry it with you on the plane. I had a rest from 1.07 to 07/10/2024. Positive: well-groomed territory, lots of greenery, good food, varied, clean sea behind the hotel, excursions. There are free sun beds on the beach. A place for a quiet family vacation. Cons: the beach is dirty, although it is considered a hotel beach. A beach worker would rather lie down all day than do anything! The photo of the beach that we see on the site does not correspond to reality. Junior Suite 20 does not meet the requirements of the word at all! It smells very damp, because there are problems with plumbing, which has not been repaired for a long time and is not going to be. The ceiling is full of leaks. The TVs are not working. The linen is not washed, stained. There are no basic glasses and water in the rooms, at least on arrival. The room was cleaned only upon request. For me, there were much more minuses than pluses. Abkhazia has delighted with its natural beauty! There is a desire to return, but not to this hotel!

The hotel is on the beach, the territory is not large, but very cozy. There is a Playground, benches, lots of greenery. The food is delicious, a set menu of 2-3 dishes to choose from, there is always enough and an additive will be given upon request. Cozy rooms, only in economy there is almost no acoustics. Linen is changed on request. The staff is very attentive and responds to any request. I liked it anyway.

I gave three stars just for the fact that from the balcony we had a stunning view of the sea, the sea is nearby, the territory is very beautiful, the food is wonderful, delicious and a lot! The maid is lovely, friendly, BUT
It was disgustingly dirty on the beach, next to the river, it was raining and everything was pouring out of it into the sea, as a result, we all got sick with rotovirus.
Upon entering the room, we heard a strange sound, it was the air conditioner crackling, very loudly. The toilet door was broken.
The conder did not replace us, as a result, we almost burned out on the second night, the outlet into which it was turned on just flared up, I demanded to replace our room, but a man came and changed the outlet and voila, the conder is working again with a bang. There is a separate story about the toilet door, they took it off and hung a sheet for us, and that's how they lived, they put the door for us on the last day of our stay at the hotel!
The cleaning was bad, there were ants everywhere and even in the bed!
Another disadvantage is the complete absence of any entertainment nearby.
There is a cafe, there is an aura cafe nearby, the food is very tasty there and the service is excellent.
We will definitely not return to the hotel anymore

We rested from 30.09-6.10 the hotel looks very cozy and homely, the territory is well-groomed and all green, the food is delicious. The sea is very close by, but there are no shops or other infrastructure. The rooms leave much to be desired: the door to the bathroom was closed with a cloth, the mattress asked for a mattress pad, the springs were felt,. Beach : the entrance to the sea is great, but the mud is right everywhere.... And sun beds without mattresses and cleaning.

Hello, we had a rest in July 2024, an excellent hotel, well-groomed territory, now in order, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, we rented two rooms (wet cleaning, change of bed linen, air conditioning in the rooms, refrigerator and even safe, TV) are equipped. there is no pool area, but it is not needed, the territory is well-groomed and beautiful, the food is organized at the highest level (a varied menu, everything is always fresh and hot), only compatriots who come to dial as if they are beside themselves, and then put food in a bag and take it to the rooms (shame). a mini bar is organized on the second floor of the dining room, in general, the hotel is excellent, with a small exception, it is the administrator Kristina Svetlenkaya (did not tell anything, did not show), with the exception of the cleaners who performed the role of administrator, Olga was a kind-hearted person and in general in the town of Gudauta people are friendly, welcoming. The products in the store are not plastic yet, the prices are acceptable and most importantly the sea is very clean, warm, the beaches are not polluted, the only thing is to be in all weapons, namely, drugs for children, antiseptic, since you can easily catch rotovirus. A beautiful well-kept courtyard, the furniture in the rooms is old, but this did not interfere with our rest. The air conditioner, refrigerator, TV - everything works. There is good food in the dining room, a lot and delicious: porridge in the morning, chicken, vegetables, fruits, sweets - there was enough of everything. The beach is literally behind the fence, clean, the water is not muddy.
Many thanks to all the staff.
To all vacationers: be careful with your food if you do not want to catch a rotovirus infection because of which you lost a couple of days of rest - it is unclear where you caught it. Either from the water (taking into account the incomprehensible river flowing into the sea) or on excursions with stops at cafes from the Biblioglobus company.

The territory of the hotel is good, lots of greenery, near the beach. The food is also very tasty, there is a bar. But unfortunately, due to the large number of age-related vacationers, the bar did not always work. There is also a lack of repair in the rooms (the handle on the bathroom door was broken in my room).

We had a vacation with my husband in early September.
starting with the receptionist, she is a pleasant, polite girl. I explained everything, showed it, and immediately felt at home. The kitchen is a separate topic. Clean, cozy and sooooo delicious and satisfying!!!
Everything was in the room for convenience. It's simple, but everything you need is there!!!
And this view of the sea from the balcony is fascinating. The sea is nearby!!!

+ The food is excellent, the chefs and the girls in the hall are polite, they cook delicious, the dishes will be cleaned, they will give additives,it's nice to be in the dining room, always clean, the portions are huge, sometimes we didn't even go to dinner or lunch, because everything is very tasty and satisfying, thank them so much for that!
+ I liked our maid Svetlana, she cleaned the room perfectly, offered to change the bed, but we only came for 5 days, all consumables were always in place, if something was needed, she always helped with a smile, thank you very much too!
Now the cons:
-The room has been renovated, but there was a constant puddle of water in the bathroom, the bed is old and shabby, needs to be replaced.
- There was no water in the hotel for almost 2 days!!!Neither cold nor hot!I had to go to the sea to collect 5L cans and carry water to the room by myself!!!But many people came with small children, just like us!Apologies from hell.the staff were brought only when we came to them ourselves to find out the reason why there was no water!!!We did not see a special desire to communicate with our guests from the administrator, but of course it can be understood, we may not be the first to ask her about it, but then why not gather the guests and immediately explain the situation with subsequent apologies!?

We are for two adults and 2 children of 2 and 5 years old.

Of the Advantages
+The sea is within walking distance, 2 minutes on foot.
+There was always electricity in the hotel, although we could hear the generator working.
+You can always eat on schedule at the hotel, good work of the canteen staff.
+Playground, swing.
+Relatively well-maintained and beautiful interior area.
+ Sometimes it happens that water is served.
+Very good, daily room cleaning, thanks to the maids, it seems to me that everything is holding up.
And now to the small "nuances" of the hotel.
- The air conditioner is not working.
They promised to fix it, but they never did, even though we lived for a week.
- If you want to turn on the TV, then you will not succeed, because there is simply no outlet nearby.
- It's the same with two lamps.
Only 1 has an outlet, but there is no lamp, and even after finding the lamp, both of them turned out to be not working.
- The chairs and the bed are shabby, the leatherette peeled off like rain falling on the bed.
- The closet doors are broken, they had to be dragged with great difficulty.
- There was no refrigerator in the room.
Having asked in the evening, they said that they would bring it now. Now it turned out to be a day later, after 7 times asking "when will they bring it?"
A special mention deserves a friend on the beach from the hotel, the "king of the beach".
His most important task is to control the sunbeds.
So one day he comes up to me and says, "I'll take two sun beds, and you alone, we'll carry them to the storage place."
At the same time, I'm standing with my wife and two children.
To be honest, I was even taken aback by such an impudent offer.
In response, I informed him that I was actually a vacationing guest.
Moreover, I explained it to him in an extremely polite style, although I could have sent it.
But he again offered to help him in a brotherly way.
He was rejected again.
(I understand he has such a hard day at work, he spent the whole day lying on the sunbed, talking with his friends on the phone)
To this, he informed me that he would no longer meet me halfway, and it turns out that I moved the sunbed beyond the boundary of his zone. (At 5-10 meters, which apparently turned out to be critical).
The next day, he also got rude about the sunbed.
My wife later came to the reception and asked why such an arrogant young man was working on the beach without having basic cultural communication skills.
On the same day in the evening (and it was our last evening in Abkhazia) we came to the beach.
As usual, we sat down on empty sun beds in the middle of the beach.
This gentleman called me from afar, "Hey, listen, come here in a brotherly way."
To which I informed him that if he needed to, let them come up to him.
As a result, he came up and said, "do you consider yourself a man at all?"
I naturally replied that yes.
"If you were a man, you wouldn't complain."
To which I told him that I had not complained, and that perhaps someone else had complained about his behavior.
My wife immediately said that she was the one who came up and complained.
As a result, the young man said that we would not get any more sunbeds.
(Apparently there were sanctions against us for complaining about him)
As a result, trying to bring the conversation into a constructive direction, I failed to do so and foul language began on his part,
I asked him to switch to you with me, asked why he was poking me.. and he added that "in another situation, that he would have smashed my face (only with the letter "e")," to which I rudely asked him to leave.
At the same time, my wife, children and a lot of people around me, including elderly women, were with me.
I'd be glad to clean his face myself, but what's the point? Did I fly from St. Petersburg to fight the Abkhazians for this? The most interesting thing is that this is a representative of the HOTEL! Amazing service, be careful.

About the beach
Galichny beach, very little sand. Dogs run, cows walk and shit. Garbage lies on the beach for weeks, then it will be burned there (possibly).
Time-worn and dangerous breakwaters. Be careful! There are metal, rusty breakwater PINS in the water!

In the toilet with a shower , it feels like they didn 't clean at all , there are cobwebs on the floor in the corners , the walls are all dripping and dripping , there has not been a genial cleaning there for a long time . There are no glasses or a kettle in the room. The refrigerator was working, the TV was not showing, the air conditioner was working. We rested here in early August. There are disadvantages, more on them later, BUT, gentlemen, this hotel has 3 huge advantages. The sea is literally three steps away, its own sun beds and a very sparsely populated coast. Very. It is simply created for a relaxing holiday. There are no peddlers, touts, churchkhels and other things. Quiet and peaceful. The hotel has its own sun beds, but sometimes there are not enough of them for everyone. You can rent 150 rubles in neighboring cafes. That's what we did when we didn't have enough, although some people run at the crack of dawn for free ones. To each his own. The second huge plus is the availability of a generator at the hotel. There is always light, hot and cold water, and conduits are working. During the week that we were there, the lights in Abkhazia were turned off DAILY, for several hours. It didn't affect us at all!! And the third huge plus is the kitchen. Delicious, everything is fresh, the portions are huge, there is a modest variety, this is quite enough, believe me! By the way, my son can't stand the taste of catering. Does not eat from the word at all. I ate with pleasure in the hotel dining room. Of course, this is not an all-inclusive Turkish, but it is very tasty and satisfying. There are always 2-3 dishes to choose from.
About staying in the rooms. We had a junior suite, which, judging by the price list, should include a safe and a personal dryer. There was neither one nor the other)) I didn't get in touch and beg for it, nerves are more expensive, we'll do it. Although drying would not be superfluous. The humidity is freaky. I had to dry things wherever I had to. Towels and soapy towels are given out once upon arrival!!!!!! That's what they told me straight out. I took everything of my own, just for the sake of interest, I asked the cleaners. The linen was changed ONCE in a week and cleaned also ONCE. And then, only after I asked for it three times a day))) I asked why you hadn't cleaned before, and they answered-but you didn't ask. In general, it is logical)))) you have to ask, it turns out)))) I tried to leave the key at the reception, as a hint for cleaning-they don't care. In short, there are either few cleaners, or they need to be driven out of there. In all reviews of the hotel, I see the same thing.
At the same time, the manager is absolutely wonderful, or what to call him correctly, I do not know. He is a very polite, well-mannered, wonderful Abkhazian. Always ready to help, always on site, always responding. Unfortunately, not everything is in his power, and he does not manage to do everything.
About the numbers. This is, of course, a former Soviet boarding house, we were generally ready for everything. But there is a shower, there are 2 condos in the junior suite, both are working, although with one remote control, there is a toilet, the TV does not work, but it is present, a corner sofa, 2 beds, a bathtub, who needs it in the south (?????), while there is NO CLOSET in the two-room room. Only a horned hanger)))) and 2 bedside tables. In general, it is possible to live, for me the most necessary things (water and condiment) were, I will survive a week without the rest.
And again!! Well, it's just a joke!! Number 18 does not close from the inside. Only with the key from the outside)) so we slept with the door open. To our question what to do, the manager replied: why?? the territory is guarded!! In general, the next day they tried to fix it, nothing happened, they did not close the door at night, they just slammed it. I think they do this lock-fixing show with every new guest. Although they tried to help, but it didn't work out)) Thanks for closing the door without any problems.
There is Wi-fi and there are no complaints about it. Early in the morning and late at night, he just flies. And the fact that he does not take out during the day, 20-30 people squat on him at the same time. And everyone wants to write off their relatives. By the way, Telegram feels the most cheerful there.

One of the advantages is the sea is literally 50 meters from the exit from the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and each room has a balcony. They feed all day, there is a bar, the beach is clean, their free sun beds, a shower right at the exit from the hotel to the beach, there are wooden "umbrellas" from the sun installed on the shore.
On the downside, the electricity was turned off in Gudauta itself for the whole evening, although the conduits were working. They were poisoned, as we were told, from across the sea, although a lot of people from the hotel were poisoned, so I sin for dinner, they called an ambulance for almost everyone. The cola did not help, but those who consumed alcohol felt almost no symptoms. The rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days, a kettle and a hairdryer are provided at the reception.
We caught a moment when the local fauna was eating right from the slops at the hotel.
The administration is very pleasant, sociable, they themselves offered to call an ambulance when they were poisoned. In a large hotel "Russia", a guest who was on a drip with us was generally forbidden to call an ambulance, threatened with eviction. He took a taxi to the hospital on his own.

The sea is very close. Very close! The beach is pebbly. Sun beds for rent are 150 rubles. We took our beach towels with us.
There were no "shops" with souvenirs and fruits when we lived there.
It is a very long walk to the nearest market where you can buy souvenirs, spices, vegetables and fruits. But you can take a taxi from 200-350 rubles (at the discretion of the taxi driver)
Rooms at the Danny Del Mar Hotel are without pathos. Somewhere the wallpaper is moving away, somewhere the air conditioner does not work, somewhere the TV does not turn on at all, and in some rooms the TV is set in such a way that you can not turn it on and watch in any way. There are no kettles. There is an iron and ironing board on the floor. Drying things is very difficult - Basically one dryer for four rooms.
The rooms are clean enough. (In those rooms where Svetlana works)
The rooms where other cleaning specialists work were not cleaned for some reason. Some people had the feeling that just before their arrival they had just changed the bedding... 😒 In the bathroom there was dirt in the corners and soap stains on the tiles and on the windows in the shower stalls.
The shower holder does not work in many rooms.(hold it in your hands)
Bed linen and towels are changed once every five days. This is not very convenient, since the humidity is high, the towels are just constantly wet and sour from this.
The food is quite tasty. You can choose something. The choice is not wide, but it is there😉 The kitchen is also clean.
There is a bar above the dining room where you can relax with a refreshing drink at prices that are not very low.
The territory of the hotel is very green, there are many flowers, benches for recreation - it is very pleasant to be there. The woman who does the gardening there is a great fellow!
It takes about 15 minutes to walk briskly to the nearest store where you can withdraw cash and buy drinking water.
There are two cafes on the beach itself. One has a very pleasant atmosphere, but the prices there are too high, in another, simpler cafe, the prices are affordable, and very polite girls work.
In general: For a short and very passive rest, the hotel is very pleasant. And for those who do not like to sit in one place, it is quite possible to call a taxi, and get to the nearest cities and take a walk there. We did not connect cellular communication there – we used Wi-Fi services in the hotel and in the cafe (in the cafe it is provided so that you can pay with an online transfer, since cashless payment in Abkhazia exists in 0.5 percent out of 100)

I had to beg for everything. The room is clean, breakfast and dinner are good, the territory is small. We rested in a 4-star hotel. There is a complete correspondence with the stars. It barely makes it to the top three here. Not one of our impressions, we communicated with other people. They also replied that they would not return here. It's light at night - they attached photos from the corridor from the windows.

We had a rest from September 13th to 20th. Denis Del Mar Hotel, Gudauta, Abkhazia. The overall feeling of the trip is positive. Well, that's if you're going with that intention. We drove with a positive mood. We were aware that this was not Thailand, Vietnam, or Turkey, where we had vacationed earlier. Abkhazia, alas, is still far from these countries. But Abkhazia strives to be better and better. And in this hotel it feels especially obvious. The well-groomed territory (it is monitored by an energetic woman of retirement age), friendly staff (I will especially mention the maid Svetlana), friendly and responsive management (an administrator named Adi) - all this made our stay pleasant. I can't help but comment on nutrition. As we understood from conversations with guests of other neighboring hotels, the food in our hotel was excellent: varied (always a choice of at least two first and second courses, the freshest vegetables and fruits, dairy products, pastries), hearty (portions are really large) and cooked with local flavor (dishes, national cuisine, spices and seasonings, all in moderation and optional). I especially want to mention Rudolf: he looks like a sullen man, but with a broad soul, a hospitable host, all the kitchen workers and the administrator Alina. Are there any disadvantages? Of course, the hotel administration, as well as the whole of Abkhazia, still has a lot to do. Well, let those who make a comparison with foreign resorts the purpose of the trip write about it. And for us, a 6-hour transfer from the airport to the hotel, the absence of a TV (thank God, we got rid of negative news for at least a week), the abundance of domestic fauna nearby and in the area (cats, dogs, horses, cows), did not spoil the positive mood. The beach is private, a hundred meters from the hotel, sun beds are free. A quiet, peaceful hotel for a family holiday. Fans of hanging out are clearly not here.

Our stay was there from 8.07 to 14.07... In the photos, they are simply gorgeous. I didn't see any bad reviews, so I chose to have a family vacation with them.
I will say in advance that there is something to compare it with. It's a complete disappointment
First of all: we were settled with the child after 5 hours. No one met us. We woke up the guard. (after that, the guard himself woke people up in the early morning)
When they moved in, they turned off all the water for 4 hours, then turned off the hot water for the night. Washing the child with cold water is a so-so idea, explained by the fact that the boiler burned down. They don't know when they'll do it.
Secondly: when they gave number 29, it turned out very unpleasant information about it, the CONDER DOES NOT WORK!!!! FROM THE WORD IN GENERAL, he gave us water. But not the air. The toilet was leaking, no running even. We did, but it wasn't enough for long. The shower was pouring water everywhere, but not on a person. Like a shower and toilet, it's fixable, but conder!!! It's just nonsense, they gave you a fan, it's probably cool when you get up in the morning and your face... Mmm, it's just fucking huge, there's no refrigerator 👌 this is generally a song, they gave it only on the third day. And then after getting to know all the staff. Tk well, this is a complete trash. The administrator is just 0, does not know his duties. We were constantly referred to our tour operator so that she would solve our problems. 😏
Thirdly: the playground is the most dangerous, nothing is fixed there, and our children almost turned over on it. Fortunately, there was another parent and grabbed the swing and returned it to its original position.
As the administrator said, by the way, this is the daughter of the hostess herself, the director, etc., as it is convenient to call her, said that it was the children's fault.

We checked in at night, we were very thirsty, there were no coolers, there was no bottled water for sale, we had to take a taxi to go to the store. 200rubles one way and 200 rubles back, 1.5 liters of water for 500, that the hotel administration cannot sell water to visitors if there is no desire to put a cooler.

I've never seen anything worse than this hotel in my life!!! We had a rest from August 29, 2024 to September 7. Don't believe the pictures!!! There are no multi-storey buildings, a large territory and beach umbrellas - there is nothing of this in sight. The whole hotel is very small, there is no recreation area, not a single balcony in the entire hotel. The filth is unbelievable!!! No one cleans up, you won't be questioned. There are no gels or shampoos in sight. Complete unsanitary conditions!!! The whole hotel fucked up and threw up the whole vacation. The staff is arrogant, boorish. The only advantage is the proximity to the sea. There are no shops in the vicinity. It's a long way to the market.
During the week of stay, the room was never cleaned. On the very first day, we asked to fix the broken lamps, shower and door, in a week they really fixed half of the lamps (the door and shower were not touched).
The beach is unkempt. In the evenings, garbage is burned in bonfires.
The staff of Dani Delmar is completely unfriendly, everything in the dining room seems to be in mourning.
The room almost matches the photo, however, it's hard to live, and it's impossible to relax in Dani Delmar's rooms.
In short, you will not be able to sleep even with all your desire - 1) the springs stick out of the mattress through and through. 2) the screams of drunken neighbors can be heard very clearly through the thin walls. There were many more nuances, but I will be brief.
There is a lot of vegetation on the territory, as many smokers there (benches are occupied by them at any time). There is nothing to do on site except smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.
Do not expect any rest on the territory of the Dani Delmar hotel. If you want to relax in your room, then lying on a creaky bed, your Internet will constantly disappear (even when it is there, there is not enough power even for an audio call, not to mention a video).

We didn't like this hotel.
Everything is old, dirty, falling off, doors and locks are broken. We waited three days for the boiler to be repaired, went to the communal shower to wash, the TVs in the rooms for the view did not work, ants, mosquitoes, the rooms were not cleaned once during the week we spent there (we had two rooms), asked to change towels, but there were none. If there were complaints from guests, they are promised to fix it quickly, but in fact they are stalling, people are leaving.
The food is monotonous and very fatty. The staff in the dining room is unfriendly.
The beach, or rather its absence, was struck by its unkemptness, plus a river with sewage flows nearby. There are many cases of intestinal disorders in the hotel, and you need to take your own soap, it's not there. The nearest store is very far away.

We had a rest in Abkhazia for the second year in a row. We moved to Apsny from another hotel and finally started to relax!
Beautiful well-groomed territory, 2 minutes walk to the sea, private landscaped beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, delicious and varied food. I was very pleased with the sea view and the absence of other hotels with window-to-window views, as is very often the case in Abkhazia and Southern Russia. If you ask, sun beds will be brought to the balcony. We were at our own oasis of chill and relaxation))) the managers are very attentive and hospitable people! Many thanks to Albert and Ariana for their care and attention during our vacation. There are several coffee shops on the beach where you can eat delicious food and have fun in the evening. It's a 20-minute walk to the store, but there are no roads, endless passing cars, trains and other unnecessary noise -it was very important for us.
Regarding cleaning, yes, it is on request, but this is such a small thing in Abkhazia. Ask, your tongue won't fall off.

I would really like to draw the attention of the current owners of this hotel to the problems and finally solve them , you have the very season , and the rooms are not ready from the word at all !

We bought a tour to this hotel from Biblio Globus (actually, to whom we handed over the management and sale of this place) . We checked in late at night , so we couldn 't see anything , in the morning it turned out that we had a new TV in our room , but only the cord was hanging by itself , because there was no outlet nearby . The managers and administrators are well done , they immediately sent to fix the defects for any malfunction ( thanks to Albert ) , they work ! They brought us another TV and put it on the table under the one hanging above it. Next, we did not have hot water for 2 days ( only in our room ) , we indicated this at the reception - the water went hot. On the third day, after returning from excursions in the evening, we could not get into the room (4). I had to sit in the yard until late at night and watch how first the iron door was cut down with an axe , and then the lock was cut out with a grinder, in general, the lock was changed to us only the next day ( this situation with locks in many rooms, our neighbors also, alas, faced this , they also solved the problem for several days and they lived with an open number , one more point : what about the holy simplicity of the administrators , to the question :-"how do you leave an open number with all things ?! ” the administrator's response :-" It's okay, it's all the same. ". On the same day, a boiler burned down in our room , something was tampered with , it seemed to be fixed , but immediately there was a collective collapse in the entire hotel with water , they changed something in the water supply system , as a result , another half a day without water . Next to the hotel - a river flows a couple of meters away, everything is drained into it from the hotel (the sewage system goes directly into it), we watched the picture one day as the water in the river just dirty green -black poured into the sea, dissolving into it like a black spot, because we swam on the beach or next to the beach bambora or on the equipped Kate Park beach ( it is very clean , sun beds , umbrellas (300₽) , toilets with showers , cafes and green promenades with benches in the grove area )
I will return to the rooms : all the rooms are tired , in need of repair in everything , the furniture is shabby , the plumbing is rusty , with a touch , the water does not go away in the shower , there is nothing to attach the shower head to , it is rewound with blue duct tape , when water is supplied it resembles a fountain , from where I want - from there I pour , it is impossible to overcome disgust .When the breakdowns were fixed, the workers walked on the carpet in shoes ( we had a comfort room and yes! There is a carpet covering - dirty , dusty with stains ) .
The advantages of the room are a brand-new Chinese air conditioner that works perfectly and two windows, one facing the sea, the other facing the mountains.
In eight days , the cleaning was done once and then only in the bathroom , change towels , give toilet paper , you have to run around and beg for it yourself . By the way, in the description of the hotel on the biblio globus website and here the room includes : a hairdryer , hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) - there is nothing of this, take everything with you. On request , neither a hair dryer nor a kettle are provided , there are no glasses in the room ( but if you ask in their dining room , they will give you ) .
One of the advantages of the hotel is its location , right on the first line , some rooms have balconies overlooking the sea , cute cows graze in a herd on a lawn nearby , like dogs begging , it's a pleasure to wake up to the mooing or barking of packs of dogs ( and in Abkhazia there are a wild number of them everywhere ) .
The beach is not bad ( naturally pebbly ), the sea is turquoise, dolphins were observed a couple of times in the evening, free sun beds for the guests of this hotel.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, green, with a Playground, swings and benches for relaxing in these dense thickets. From morning to evening , she works like a bee , a sweet woman gardener , so she took such a responsible approach to her business , so carefully loosened , cleaned , trimmed the garden )
Dining room : very clean , we took only breakfasts through the tour (they are disgusting , monotonous , tasteless ) , it is impossible to eat , terrible pancakes with an emetic smell and hard , as from the distant past , rice / oatmeal / millet porridge, sometimes sausages (given in portions at the distribution) ,boiled eggs , sliced cheese and sausages ( the cheapest , not actually similar in taste or smell to these products), tea / coffee bags, milk , water , yoghurts in carafes .
Lunch and dinner can be bought from them (300 rubles per person) , you can already eat here , they impose large portions , they do not limit the addition . Soup / salad / hot . We ate there. Everything is delicious , as if other chefs are already cooking for a fee . The staff in the dining room is wonderful , kind , and will warm up and add on demand ( I don 't eat meat , dinner was paid for , and only chicken and dumplings were hot , but the cook found fish for me separately and gave me this portion separately , thank you very carefully . A good waitress girl , works alone in the hall , cleans everything for everyone promptly , washes tables , is polite , always with a smile and greets and accompanies . In general, the hotel staff is excellent , they respond to any claim , but they are not to blame that the owners launched the hotel in such an amazing location , do not allocate resources to bring the hotel into working order . The room stock is small, but each room needs repair, starting with the doors, in fact, the fish, as always, rots from the head
All the residents of this area , the taxi drivers are local , the guides say that the owner who is killing this hotel has changed .
Anatoly, the representative of Biblio Globus ( who himself lives in this hotel) pours water , answers everything - write claims to biblio globus , or - I gave the information to the office . When the appeals started with problems every day, he simply sent them to the hotel administrator or simply ignored them.

If you take a group transfer from biblio globus, prepare for the fact that they pick up 7-7.5 hours before departure (although their transfer regulations indicate in black and white - departure from the Gudauta hotel in 5 hours ) We were taken out in 7 hours and 10 minutes , and we cooed for 4 hours on a domestic flight at the airport .
