This is the second time in this clinic.Everything was great the first time, friendly staff, good doctor. A situation occurred today, after which neither I nor my friends will sign up here anymore. After taking a picture of the jaw, they did not give me the result of the picture itself (neither on disk nor in electronic format). The administrator named the exact amount of 60 rubles, I planned to pay by card, to which I was told that I could only pay by phone or in cash (without notifying in advance that the cards did not pass), fortunately there was cash and I gave exactly 60 rubles, asked for a check, they gave it to me and the service was in it at 59.45. Of course, they weren't going to give me change, but when I asked about it, the receptionist looked at me askance, took out a paper box with trash and small coins and replied :"well, only if they are!". I thanked him, declined, and left. The receptionist could politely say that she had no change, but decided to act differently. That's how, because of one trip to your clinic and your "administrator", I lost my mood for the whole day, and you lost your clients.

Hi. Unusual atmosphere, friendly staff. It was the second time in this place, honestly, I wasn't treated, only as an escort. Egor personally made a "panorama", sat him in a chair and laid out what and how and the further development of events on the shelves for the patient...The pros!
