And now it's July, we go to an ordinary city polyclinic for a certificate to school - and gets a verdict - THREE teeth with caries, needs treatment. I call Dentico (by the way, they always don't pick up the phone, you have to call 100 times), and they have an appointment for the end of September! And how to get a certificate to school, having cured three teeth with such an attitude? Was it really impossible to see the problem in the spring and heal it? That's how regular customers get lost. I understand that if you have an appointment for 2 months in advance, then you have no problems with clients, but then you should have some kind of minimal conscience.
We went to the doctor Kozlovsky, as a doctor (I give her 5 stars) I liked her very much, my child was very afraid, and there were a lot of emotions somewhere, but he was good, but the nurse ruined everything, I completely disliked, she answered shamefully, I came to the doctor and not to the nurse.Her comment was that my child needs a watchful specialist- I came to you for the atmosphere that you created for the child, so that my child would have a better first impression than I had as a child. They made an appointment 2 weeks later, arrived 2 weeks later, the child sat down in a chair to drill a temporary seal and get the medicine, but as soon as the drill was turned on, he was very scared, I tried to calm him down, and offered to get the medicine without drilling, the child agreed and sat down again in the chair, the doctor said she would try to get it, I felt the seal silently without saying anything to the child, I just said, like, now I'm going to feel it hard, I didn't want to drill a pier. It was obvious that she did not want to help the child in any way, but rather wanted to get rid of us by sending us to Novomed for treatment with anesthesia, and said that she did not need to persuade the child, she would not have time to make a tooth anyway, since there were 30 minutes left, although last time we waited 20 minutes for our reception from the appointed time.
