It's a very strange place. The first thing that catches your eye is dirt. Very dirty floors near the reception and in the corridors. Secondly, it is very unpleasant that they called on the eve of the visit and asked to bring cash for payment, allegedly their terminal does not work. I read the reviews later and realized that they call almost everyone like that. Thirdly, I did not like the fact that I came for a basic cleaning, I was signed a contract for one amount, and in the process of performing the procedure, the doctor persuaded me to do an extended cleaning for a large amount. But a new contract for a new amount was not drawn up for me, a copy of the contract and a check were not issued. Well, the procedure itself was carried out somehow, the doctor works without an assistant, so the sensations were as uncomfortable as possible, and the plaque on the distant teeth remained untouched.

In March 2024, I treated two adjacent teeth at Dental Plus. In June 2024, a part of the seal placed by a doctor in this dentistry flew off. I wrote to the clinic, they say, I want to come under warranty. I was told that they closed for repairs in May 2024 and plan to open in early July 2024. They promised to fix my seals under warranty. Accordingly, Dental Plus did not open in July. They didn't open in August either. On the official Instagram page, they write about the alleged discovery with the indication "day / month", but these dates are CONSTANTLY postponed to another date.
The phone number 8 (029) 604-00-72 is unavailable. They don't get in touch. It is not clear where to apply. I gave more than three hundred rubles for Dental plus treatment, the Contract stipulates a warranty period of half a year. But the door to dentistry is still closed....

I treated their teeth in March 2024, and somehow there weren't as many negative reviews as there are now.
Just like the others, I received a call the day before and was asked to make a cash payment. But I still paid cashless. The doctor put two fillings on me, probably in 30-40 minutes.
They gave me a six-month warranty card.
Upon arrival home, I looked at how the seals were put, and they were completely different in color. They were just yellow. There is a lot of superfluous material. Later, I only went to the checked places, completely repaired the fillings, as the attending physician said that it felt like they had been placed in a state institution for a long time.
I thought about going to get medical treatment using a warranty card, but they were closed. 🥲
And to be honest, it's easier for me to overpay a good doctor who will do his job efficiently, and not waste away, than to come to have a tooth treated for free.
I would have been very happy to see negative reviews before I went to them for treatment.
I rarely write reviews, but then I just couldn't help myself after reading other reviews.

The strangest and fastest dentistry you can imagine. It is not clear why these establishments are not checked and why they are not fined or stripped of licenses for non-compliance with sanitary standards.
I was booked for aesthetic dental restoration, took a taxi to my place, waited 40 minutes for them to receive me, while waiting it was already clear that I had arrived in some kind of darkness, but definitely not to a private dentist, all the furniture was locked, dirt was collected in huge layers in the corners, which it is impossible not to notice, The walls are streaked with dirt. Then I went to the doctor and the most interesting thing was that she said that I was still not very good at restoration and recommended going to another dentist. Question: if a patient is signing up for a specific procedure, then why not tell them right away so that the client doesn't waste his time and money to get to you.
In short, I paid 60p for a taxi to sit near a smelly toilet, on a scary couch for 40 minutes and go home.

I did Prof.cleaning in this clinic and, unfortunately, was extremely dissatisfied. The whole procedure took 15-20 minutes, the front teeth were still cleaned, but the back teeth somehow, even in the mirror you can see poorly cleaned places, but this is still half the trouble. Before the procedure, I warned the doctor that I would have an implantation and obviously the tooth, which is located near the implantation site, should be perfectly cleaned so that no germs would penetrate when installing the implant, but the doctor decided ... not to clean it at all! Already at home, I felt a plaque and when I looked in the mirror, of course I saw all the untouched stone on the tooth.
The doctor worked alone, without a nurse, after the procedure, the whole face is dirty and you need to go wash your face, in the toilet instead of antibacterial soap, it is the cheapest, there are no napkins to wipe your hands either (it is assumed that you will wipe your pants). This is the first time I've seen a private dentist who saves SO much on everything, it's just terrible. I was already running out of time and needed to do the cleaning as soon as possible and only this dentistry found the time I needed, but if you are not in a hurry, choose another clinic.

I signed up day in, day out, thank you very much. A small neat dentistry, there are discounts on cream. The prices are quite adequate. The only drawback: they did not give any guarantees for the seal, no confirmation that I did something with them. They gave it in other places, but here I even forgot to clarify myself. But otherwise I liked everything.

If there is a choice of dentists, then it is better not to go to this one. The doctor (a woman) put a temporary seal, and a week later she told me to come for a permanent one. A week later, the doctor (male) said that last time they put a seal without medicine and offered to do this procedure again and again FOR MONEY. As a result, I'm going home with a toothache)
