My daughter was 5 years old, 4 caries were cured earlier, she is afraid, but she does not scream, she does not break out. Here, the doctor did not treat her, even tried, she said a lot of caries, go under anesthesia. As a result, they only did the cleaning for 120 rubles. You can probably come here if you have a grown-up child or are sitting meekly. The others don't.

I've been coming here for 10 years. The quality of service is 10! but still I don't quite understand why there is no assistant. It's not the first time I've only been to the doctor (without the help of an assistant). And she needs help, and it's more pleasant for the client when nothing drips, and the doctor is busy with the main thing, without being distracted.. Teeth are treated at the highest level!

I signed up for a consultation at Vicodent . Ekaterina, the doctor, sent me a picture. We agreed that I would send her a photo of the picture and she would tell me what we would do next. I took a picture and sent it to her. Ekaterina assessed the situation with the tooth , told me what to do , announced the cost and made an appointment with me . 01. 06. 2023 I arrived at the reception in order to start treatment. As a result, the doctor, instead of starting, began to reflect on the topic of my complex tooth, and that she did not want to get into it, and maybe it would not work at all to cure it, and in general: "go to the doctor who did it for you." I'm just outraged! The person saw the picture and what will they have to work with, MADE an appointment with me, I arrived, left a small child just to come for one minute?? The fact that she was refusing this job could be said over the phone . It feels like I just decided to make fun of it. Unprofessional behavior and attitude ! Not only did they not solve the problem for me, they also ruined my day. And doubts about the dentist 's qualifications . I came with a problem, and the doctor says, "I don't want to do this"! What is this all about?
