Without a bathrobe, without a change of shoes, how is it at all? Everyone passes without waiting in line * for the gang*. I am very unhappy, they talked to me like a child, although I have been of age for a long time. I do not recommend it at all!

But over time, I still had to apply, I decided not to go to the state, but to try to go to a private clinic. I decided to leave my own review. I have been to this dental center twice, after which I have no desire to return.
The first thing that alerted me was the administrators))The room is very small, so when I arrived at my time at 18:00 there was nowhere to stay, I waited at the reception desk, after half an hour of waiting, I turned to them to clarify when the doctor would see me. To my question, the administrator pointed to the corridor, saying that until everyone was accepted (there were 3 more people there). You can understand when one person is delayed in front of you, but when such a number is too much..
The doctor took me without gloves, I did not receive any sheet with the diagnosis, except for the receipt. It was stipulated that repeated admission to the clinic for six months is free. The doctor promised, before installing braces at the next appointment, that I would receive a free aquasplint installation as a gift, but it would be better not to promise☹️
A week later, the second appointment, the situation is the same, again about an hour of my time was spent waiting. I was signed up to the professor to install an aquasplint, as a result, the girl I saw for the first time installed it... during the installation, several young girls gathered around to "take a look". Is it like asking a patient about this???Okay, I'm sitting in shock, because this is the first time I found myself in such a situation in a paid clinic. I think it's okay, as long as it's installed well, the doctor came in the end and checked. And he forgot about his promise. He told me to go pay the amount we agreed on last time, and last time we stipulated that it would be a gift before the bracket system. As a result, I asked the administration how much the installation costs, the administrator replied that it was decided by the doctor, I still did not see the price list…
I paid for the professor's appointment, although he did not install the aquasplint, and the professor's appointment is half as expensive as that of an ordinary doctor.
I couldn't wear the aquasplint, the gums were very swollen after two minutes of wearing, I had to redo everything in another place. It turned out that it was necessary to trim the material that was pressing on the gum. As a result: wasted money and time

You need to write a separate review about making an appointment. You need to wait for a doctor's appointment for a month or two, if possible, look for another place! By the way, it's also a month or two to get to the consultation. They put it on the waiting list, as a result, no one calls back. I asked others, the reception is on time, they NEVER take it, the delay is at least 20 minutes. I hope the management will read it, take measures, and make a reserve of time for doctors to treat it. Expand the staff.

The head physician Tatiana Ozheshkovskaya carried out hygienic cleaning so that the gums hurt for the fourth day. In one place, the gum is badly damaged. It was very painful during the procedure. She asked in the middle of the procedure if it hurt anywhere. I replied: it hurts everywhere. After that, she continued to fuck with the same force and even repeated ultrasound in the same places where she had already cleaned. I have gum recession in some places. I said this at the beginning and she saw it for herself. Never before have I had such an unpleasant procedure at the dentist in principle, not to mention hygiene, which usually goes very painlessly. Work in rough boots. Awful. I do not recommend this clinic. Crowded, disorganized, some kind of bazaar. Unprofessional.

They take it together, everything is fast. I liked that I was consulted before treatment, advised to heal another tooth first, and not the one I wanted because I need to leave soon. And the approach! The phrase caught on: why patch holes, you need to think about how to save your teeth without further implantation. No one has offered to save teeth before. It was usually like this: I came - we treat. It's completely different here. In the process, they showed my caries (not for the faint of heart)))), and how everything was healed. Many thanks to Tatiana for the treatment, consultation, Prof.cleaning (at the same time, my teeth turned much white) and the positive emotions with which I came out. I want to say what I knew about my teeth and how I saw them before the consultation, this is heaven and earth. All my numerous cavities looked at me from the monitor screen together 👀👀👀👀👀
About a bad tooth. In that other clinic, the next step for the "would-be doctor" was only to remove the nerve. Although before the treatment, in all my years, I did not know what a toothache was. Alina Viktorovna first of all sent a 3D image. What I liked: the priority for her was to preserve the integrity of the tooth. Cleaning the canals was a last resort. The picture was good, but since the tooth was still bothering me, I asked to remove all the old material and treat it with a new one. And I didn't regret anything.
To date, 14 teeth have been healed. Ugh ugh ugh nothing bothers.
Alina Viktorovna is a professional in her field. Very painstaking, tactful. He does his job well. Her reputation and the result are more important than any money. And this is obvious. She tries very hard to keep her teeth as whole as possible, removes only what is necessary and leaves healthy enamel to the maximum. I removed the upper (retinated) and lower (semi-retinated) eights using ultrasound. Everything went painlessly. Due to the large size of the teeth, it took some time to tinker. Olga Grigoryevna is patient, an expert in her field. He knows how to cheer up, calm down. I had my teeth removed for the first time, I was terribly afraid. But after visiting Olga Grigoryevna, she realized that the fear was only in her head. The main thing is that a competent doctor is nearby.
