To open an account / card, Russians are asked to deposit 5000USD for a month. Moreover, this is clearly the arbitrariness of the departments, because the services are completely different. The office's work schedule is very limited, there is a lunch break in the afternoon, and they do not work on weekends. In general, banking services are very far behind the Russian ones, those who painted ads on the DenizBank office are probably not at all aware of the best practices that Russians are used to. I do not recommend this bank for cooperation (although rather this recommendation applies to the entire Turkish banking sector).
