Close to the main hotels, the normal course for 2024. There are guys who speak Russian, the rest speak English. They exchange both cash and money from the card (including MIR).

The exchange rate of the central Bank was euro to lira 37.7. Here they offered 36.5, in another exchanger they exchanged 37.0.
