I bought an apartment in the arboretum. When buying, they said that it was business class. That's the state they're in. The door lock is terribly embedded, there is a dent on the new door, which spoils the appearance. There is some kind of crack in the apartment itself, which was repaired and I cannot explain what happened afterwards. I am very disappointed in the developer. The cladding of the house, as in the standard class, when selling, the manager focused on this, which will be different
